Negative: It's a challenge to list any when it comes to our experience with ClickMeeting at ELEVEL. Remarkably, we find ourselves in a unique position where the 'cons' section remains empty. The platform has flawlessly met all our requirements, leaving no room for drawbacks or negative feedback.

Summary: Overall, ClickMeeting serves its purpose perfectly for standard online meetings and presentations, educators as well as students are engaged and satisfied with this platform.

Positive: It's super easy to use. No matter who is using it (I work with many different lecturers) it's always very easy for them to set it up and use. This is super super important. Also the program is very stable and predictable which is very important while doing 500+ users events.

Negative: The possibility of having more than one predesigned CTA.

Summary: We have been working with ClickMeeting's software solution for 10 years. And have loved the appealing design and ease of use of the tools in the virtual classroom right from the start.

Positive: Our Pros go to the tools, that are essential for high-quality online teaching: the new whiteboard, which simplifies collaboration with our course participants, with many new elements such as post-its or individually adjustable font size for a better overview.
A big plus is the transcription mode, which we use in almost every lesson. We also use the chat translation function a lot. The quizzes and the playful progress-check with the appealing Polls-Tool ensure a varied lessons.

Negative: On the whole, we are satisfied with the ClickMeeting webinar solution. We would still appreciate better optimisation of the file storage for the uploaded documents.

Summary: I am thoroughly impressed with this excellent European-made solution. Its strongest advantage for me is the GDPR compliance, ensuring data security and privacy. Moreover, the hosting stability is remarkable, consistently reliable during every video conference and webinar I've conducted.

Negative: Visitors, often more familiar with platforms like Teams and Zoom, may need to acquaint themselves with the functionalities of ClickMeeting to fully leverage its unique features and capabilities.

Summary: We have been using ClickMeeting for the second year now and find the tool a great fit for our needs, especially when it comes to organising webinars. As an NGO that deals comprehensively with the topic of disappearances, we often organise webinars. One example is webinars aimed at educators and teachers, among others, which address the topic of teenage runaways (runaways are the most common cause of disappearances in this age group).

We also use ClickMeeting when we organise meetings of our teams that operate helplines (our Foundation is the operator of several lines). We collaborate with psychologists and therapists who live in different locations in Poland and work remotely.

Positive: The function we appreciate the most is the ability to record meetings and webinars. This makes it possible for us to use content from the webinar in the future. Moreover, ClickMeeting is a user-friendly tool, it is very intuitive, you do not need special training to use it.

Negative: We would appreciate the option that let you to choose the quality in which webinars can be recorded.

Summary: Overall, it is a very good tool for our applications, i.e. for webinars and symposia. The ability to serve 3,000 participants or even more in our business is essential, and ClickMeeting provides such an opportunity. The ease of interacting with participants is also what distinguishes this product.

Positive: ClickMeeting offers very easy management of "presenter"/"participant" statuses and communication between presenters and participants of webinars and conferences. It is a very good tool for our applications, i.e. for webinars and symposia.

Negative: In our opinion, an option for improvement, is the possibility of closing the event (webinar, conference) by the presenter. Our experience shows that this option should only be available to the administrator.

Summary: Planning to continue using this platform. Totally can recommend ClickMeeting. Events I organized on this platform were great thanks to functionality.

Positive: We have worked with ClickMeeting for 4 years, and we have truly appreciated the automation and security of their platform. The Customer Service is Excellent, and our speakers also appreciate the ease of use. Setup of our classes is not complicated.

Negative: They are located in Europe, limited immediate customer service very infrequently was never an issue. I would recommend a reporting mechanism so that an educator/administrator can run a report to inquire all classes a learner has registered for.

Summary: Very efficient, intuitive application, easy to use and friendly. Adapted to high expectations through the possibility of creating rooms and work on the table.

Positive: I liked that you can run several meetings at the same time. I our organization it is important to us because most of the time we can only have meetings after 8 pm. It is also important that we can meet a large group without time limits. ClickMeeting is intuitive, is stable. You can have a chat conversation during the meeting. All this make us like to use ClickMeeting.

Negative: While I share screen I can't see participants. However, we are very happy with using ClickMeeting. Thank to this, we can develop our competences on- line.
