Summary: The most important tool during home office and to organize webinars. ClickMeeting has an extensive dashboard while giving a webinar. My favorite thing about it is the surveys and polls you can create during a presentation.

Positive: You can create your meeting and schedule it ahead of time. You can also use for conference calls for up to 25 people on cameras. Really easy to use with clear interface.

Negative: Everything is ok for me, but it would be easier to have an option to speak with customer service over the phone not just by livechat.

Summary: It has helped us maintain regular communication whenever needed. It has not generated inconveniences and has several features that promote team collaboration and even remote support to third parties. It is a cost-effective tool and ensures that users have a good experience through its features for video conferencing and third-party collaboration; it is worth a try.

Positive: It is an exceptional platform to promote internal and external communication. Its video conferencing capability is quite optimal, as is the video and sound quality. It has features that enable regular communication and collaboration between team members.

Negative: It is a great tool; it has met my expectations; however, it has had certain deficiencies when our connection is slow. It requires a good internet connection to ensure a pleasant experience.

Summary: We are very happy with ClickMeeting's online event usability. It helps to solve our limitations that occur during webinars and events. Using ClickMeeting we can easily share webinars with remote users.

Positive: You can easily host and invite remote webinar attendees to join a powerful platform. Ux design is pretty simple and easy for new users. Interaction options. Live streaming support on YouTube and different platforms.

Negative: The scheduling option needs to be improved. Overall It works just perfectly for us.

Summary: ClickMeeting is the best alternate for the Zoom app. My organization started using ClickMeeting during the lockdown period, it helps us to join and discuss current and future business move. It gives me the best experience of video meetings and allows me to add notes during meetings in digital format.

Negative: #1- ClickMeeting is an excellent digital meeting app, you should try. Don't have any cons to share.

Summary: ClickMeeting has worked perfectly for our entire company, the platform is being used by the sectors of marketing, sales, finance, projects and the corporate sector of our company, I must clarify that this platform presented positive within each of the areas of Our company, to the degree that we can, we've been able to create various meetings for our employees but at the same time we've been able to design meetings for our clients and thus get a much larger audience. I consider that the behavior of this platform has been very satisfactory and has complied with all of them, making the meetings much more stable than the ones we held previously, in addition, we have managed to have an interaction and connection with the clients, talking with them through the transmission of the meeting or through Live Chat. ClickMeeting is a very complete platform and I recommend that for those people who use the services that they have complete customization of each meeting.

Positive: The things I liked about ClickMeeting were:

1- This platform has great access for various participants, the platform allows you to include up to more than 500 participants within each webinar that you carry out within it, I am very important since it allows you to have a fairly large audience in each of the meetings within from ClickMeeting.

2- Another important function allows you to receive payments within it, this is very important because if you have which you need to sell or you need to sell some type of product that you are presenting in that meeting or webinar, you can sell that product within ClickMeeting so that the participants in that meeting will buy the item immediately.

3- The video quality and audio transmission are totally stable and work in real time, therefore, it does not have any type of delay and the video transmission and audio transmission are totally consistent. Another important aspect is that this platform has a fully modifiable video quality, within the settings of each meeting you can configure the video quality you want for the participants of that meeting, in addition, you can also configure the number of total participants as a limit.

4- This platform has a fairly extensive compatibility for mobile devices as well as for computers, which can easily access each of the meetings.

5- The meeting page is fully modifiable by the administrator of said meeting, you can modify the waiting page for your participants, you can modify the general design of that waiting page and you can also modify the general design of your webinars, this helps a lot since you can use a custom design for your meetings.

Negative: The main negative aspects of this platform are:

1- Another negative aspect of this platform is the prices it has, this platform is much more expensive than other platforms that are better known in the meetings market. The basic plans and the premium plans within this platform are quite expensive, therefore, I do not recommend it for those companies that are just starting out in the labor sector, since it will affect their ROI.

2- The second negative aspect of this platform is related to the customization of the general design of each meeting, the platform does allow you to modify this design, however, it is quite complex to use the customization functions, since some sections of the meeting you have to edit them using the drag and drop editor, but there are some sections of this meeting that have to be modified through the backend, or codebase, I was quite negative since new users have complications to modify the design of their webinar page.

Summary: ClickMeeting has a high-performance rate with fast and smooth video and audio streaming. The platform uses secure servers and encrypted connections to ensure the safety and privacy of users.

Positive: ClickMeeting is a robust platform for webinars, online meetings, and video conferences. Its user-friendly interface, comprehensive features, and high-performance make it an ideal choice for us as a professional and convenient way to connect and collaborate remotely.

Negative: Some lag has been observed during peak times but that's a rare event.

Summary: The effective sales and marketing campaigns management solution and on remote event management the platform is amazing. Documentation is perfect and quite easy on marketing content sharing and its integration options are effective.

Positive: The sales pipeline management through the system is effective and the marketing content management is also excellent. With this tool the multiple meeting and event management becomes very easy and amazing when it comes to meeting recording and coordination across different marketing projects team members. Marketing data analytics and reporting through the product is profitable.

Negative: I got totally nothing against this meeting organization platform. Easy starting and also easy on first training on its basic usability.

Summary: Calendar integration and Mobile support on ClickMeeting is fantastic and very effective sales data management platform with very responsive conferencing capability.

Positive: Through ClickMeeting its very easy on event management, easy scheduling and sharing files across teams is very easy.
The collaboration and online meetings management using ClickMeeting capabilities is perfect and the Audio and Video output quality is productive.
Recording tools are very active and Application sharing is also amazing.

Negative: I have no issues with ClickMeeting and the functions because after initial training the rest is very simple.

Summary: I really like using this platform. It is easy to use and is a great alternative to face to face learning.

Summary: 9/10 for educational and promotional purposes.
8/10 for business promotion goals.
However the team keeps working on improving and adding new features. It's a platform definitely worth trying.

Positive: Clean, easy to follow design.
Many great functions and integrations for captivating presentations.
Very stable system with zero to none technical issues.

Negative: For a business venture there could have been more elements that provide deliverables for business partners - like promotional banners.
