The platform offers useful features such as displaying questions from the chat, the possibility to use additional pointers during the presentation, and a drawing option, which enhances the interactive experience for both presenters and participants. Another pro is their customer service, who act fast even during on-air event and are able to quickly solve the problem.

Negative: One of the cons is the inability to search for presenters when creating the room on the platform, which can make it challenging to locate if there are lots of past presenters we don't want to delete. Additionally, when the presenter shares the screen in full mode, they are unable to see the chat or the camera feed, which can be inconvenient for some. Several presenters have highlighted this as an area that could be improved.

Summary: ClickMeeting is a complete webinar tool that I have been using for several years. I value its stability and the good quality of both the connection and recordings. For marketing and sales webinars, ClickMeeting offers the option to place an active Call To Action button, which is visible in the main webinar window. This greatly improves the effectiveness of lead generation during webinars. I haven't found this feature to be as well-implemented in other competing systems.

A particular advantage is that the webinar room can be set up and saved in advance.

Negative: The possibility of automatically sending participants a confirmation of participation or certificate is very attractive. We would very much appreciate it if it were possible to customise this and adapt it to your own requirements.
