Summary: We are overall very happy with choosing ClickMeeting which answers almost all our needs when organising online events. We highly recommend using this tool to all organisations who, like us, organise meetings for a large number of users and want to reach them in an approachable way :)

Positive: We especially like: intuitive interface and an always-ready to help customer and technical support; easy-to-use switch between organising a webinar and an online meeting; plenty of options when organising an online event, such as interactive activities, easy screen sharing, Q&A mode; many automatized features such as recording or follow-up messages after a webinar; constant updates in the features offered by ClickMeeting - they always upgrade their product and make it more intuitive and enriched with new functionalities.

Negative: We are very happy with ClickMeeting as our main tool to organise online events (especially webinars). We are very curious of new features emerging on the way!

Summary: I have recently joined ClickMeeting and the process has been so smooth. Their customer service was quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I had before joining and Hana in particular was brilliant. There are so many exciting features that I can't wait to use as my business grows (which it will with such a superior webinar experience).

Positive: Amazing customer service.

Also hosts meetings so i was able to cancel my account elsewhere where I host meetings.

Negative: Nothing so far, it has all the features I need for my business.

Summary: Very good communication platform with a lot of useful features. It's not free of disadvantages, but I would highly recommend it because of its design and ease.

Positive: Very easy and intuitive design allowing presenter to set up various options to his own preferences. Possibility of creating a report, changing functions in real time and automatization of many processes. ClickMeeting allows to gather even 500 webinar's participants and to create register form with automatic reminders.

Negative: Meetings were limited to 25 people (including presenters). Presentations uploaded to ClickMeeting server's memory sometimes lose their quality. It's impossible for participants to turn on a camera during webinar – only presenters can do that.

Summary: The whole experience has been excellent!

Positive: It has been a real pleasure using the ClickMeeting platform as it works smooth and intuitively (even for tech unsavvy people!). Also, the business is run by good humans, who are responsive, helpful and empathetic. The whole experience has been excellent!

Negative: Nothing. But it appears I have to write a longer sentence for the response to be accepted, so nothing, nothing, nothing.

Summary: I use it for commercial and training purposes. I can make really innovative training session and also sales webinar that really convert.

Positive: It has both marketing and online meeting features. It's easy to learn and configure, adapting it to your needs.

Negative: 16:9 video stream just as add on for large events and streaming session.

Summary: Overall a fantastic tool which helps us a lot! Especially during Covid19 we get the chance to experience it very well and since then we are using it permanently.

Positive: Excellent platform for webinars and meetings! Due to the many different tools we have been working with this platform for almost 2 years! ClickMeeting offers the possibility to organize live webinars, on-demand webinars or meetings - we use all of these in our company regularly and reliably! Especially noteworthy: great support with immediate help in the live chat!

Negative: We are using it very successfully and reliably, so nothing negative to say.

Summary: ClickMeeting provides a good service and support. Price is affordable and befitting. Security is assured with token access.

Positive: ClickMeeting provides token security via API, what is a leverage for high level developers. Easy to deploy and a hard job for the enemies to break.

Negative: It would be good if online chat room had some features via API to show pieces of text randomly on screen; ClickMeeting doesn't have 24h online support; Support team does not speak Portuguese.

Summary: A friendly, easy to use tool. Thanks to its functionality you can organize an online meeting completely different from the standard one. All in one!

Positive: Very good platform for online meetings, webinars or trainings. Intuitive and easy to use, includes all necessary functions. You can also count on fast technical support.

Negative: No negative comments on the functionality of the platform.

Summary: I recommend it as we have tested several platforms and this one is the most appreciated by our teams.

Positive: Easy to use, beautiful, practical, the statistical report is very useful, the tech support is quick to give an answer.

Negative: The non-supported format for Powerpoint presentations deleting the transitions and motions effect.
The position of the AV pod that is not separated from the presentation in the recording of the event.

Summary: Very clear interface. I use this tool for business meetings. I can highly recommend it to everyone.

Negative: The customer support always helps me and in a super way.

Summary: Overall, it is a good platform. Making it more difficult to delete events could improve it.

Positive: Clear interface, chat support is very fast and mostly competent. Answers to most doubts are available on the website.

Negative: Tool does not block new registrations after the max. number of participants is reached.
The same account can be used by different multi-users, that can also delete events. But we cannot track who exactly deleted the event.

Summary: I'm a project manager and have already managed over 100 webinars.
There were no problems with any of them.
The support responds in the shortest possible time and has no problem responding to individual requests.

Positive: Incredibly easy to use tool.

Negative: Have not found any yet.
I have been working with other programmes and I am just glad to be away from them.

Summary: For me the most important features are the whiteboard, the automated recording, upload of recordings to YouTube and . Moreover, and compared to other webinar tools, I like the straight but elegant design. Participants are not distracted by unnecessary design elements.

Positive: Easy and quick setup of webinar events, payment option for registrants, knowledge base for new users.

Negative: Technically, it has everything I need. Compared to other webinar tools, the pricing is above average.

Summary: We are very satisfied with the technical support which is prompt, helpful and very pleasant to write with.

Positive: ClickMeeting provides all features we needed and complies with our DSGVO regulation. This was one of the mots important aspects for our customers.

Negative: Overview of scheduled meetings could be improved. We would appreciate monthly clustering as we schedule about 20 meetings per months and about 4 months ahead.

Summary: The quality of the service is great and I would recommend it to any organization that needs a reliable platform for online events.

Positive: The platform is user-friendly and easily understandable. It is a great platform for webinars and other online events, as well as for online meetings.

Negative: The quality of the service is quite good, without any setbacks.
