Positive: ClickMeeting allows for customizing the appearance of the webinar room, which is great for my brand's image. Additionally, the platform offers interactive tools such as surveys and chat, which help create engaging meetings. Screen sharing is another cool feature that allows me to easily present visual content and collaborate with others. It's also worth noting that the ability to record meetings is very useful, enabling the sharing of materials with those who couldn't attend live.

Negative: Certain advanced features, particularly are available on higher-priced plans, but they tend to make your job easier.

The tool is very simple and contains a lot of useful options, such as sending automatic reminders to event attendees, recording, displaying presentations, chat moderation or running Q&A sessions.

Negative: None :) ClickMeeting works very well and I wouldn't trade it for any other tool.

Negative: I don't know if this functionality is unavailable or if I just didn't know how to use it, but it would be lovely to send more customized messages to the audience after streaming ends.

Summary: In short: a platform that makes work easier and saves time. Thanks to it, contact with our co-workers becomes easier.

Positive: Thanks to ClickMeeting, we can reach everyone, everywhere, as long as there is an internet connection. Even the holiday season is no longer a problem because invited guests can log in from any device, and that's awesome!

Negative: Some features or settings are hard to find and less intuitive to spot.

Summary: My overall experience has been nothing short of superb! I have never had any problems with the ClickMeeting platform and their technical support has always been fast and super helpful.

Positive: I absolutely love the entire ClickMeeting platform and it has been instrumental in the success of my company! The webinar portal is simple to use for both the presenters and the attendees. I have found it to be the best and most user friendly of all of the webinar platforms out there.

Negative: Unable to get statistics of actual login and logoff dates and times for each attendee for OnDemand programs.

Summary: We are happy to work together and are happy to organise online meetings. We recommend you use ClickMeeting.

When it comes to integrating ClickMeeting with our existing workflows, the process was smooth, aided by the platform's broad compatibility.

Negative: A minor drawback of ClickMeeting might be the occasional technical hiccups, although they are infrequent. There's a potential for enhancement in offering more customization possibilities for the webinar interface to align better with specific branding requirements. While some advanced features may require a bit of a learning curve, the platform remains largely user-friendly. While the integration was not overwhelmingly challenging, there is scope for betterment in offering more detailed integration tutorials or assistance.

Summary: Overall, we can meet our needs using ClickMeeting. We sometimes have to adjust our expectations, and some options are hidden beneath the dashboard. However, because of the prompt assistance by support team, we were always able to get things resolved very much to our satisfaction.

Positive: I enjoyed how easy it was to utilise ClickMeeting. Setting up and managing a meeting was really simple and natural. The user interface was very pleasant and straightforward. Furthermore, ClickMeeting provided a host of capabilities, such as screen sharing and video conferencing, that contributed to a more productive and effective meeting.

Negative: The automated thank you email should be able to be altered. We no longer have access to that feature, so we now send our own customised follow-up message to participants.

Positive: ClickMeeting has really been a great tool in my organization, it's a tool that it's dimensional because it can be used for multi purpose uses. Like it's a great tool because when it comes to collaboration with colleagues it's number one, when it comes to marketing it the best, and when it comes to maintaining a good relationship with our clients through constant communication this tool is there.
I love the huge virtual events whereby its easy to scale and stream our content to many attendees with the use of webcast technology. This is the place where we share ideas and turn them into great projects.

Negative: It's quite challenging when user want to send an invitation to a presenter which takes time and lots of clicks.

Negative: It is difficult to locate individual chat history, the interface needs to be unclogged.

Summary: This is one of the greatest ROI tools we have in our organisation. We basically use it for internal and external purpose so it has been serving us very well. My user experience definitely it's top-notch.

Positive: ClickMeeting is a very straightforward and easy to use online meetings tool that allows for quick and convenient connections with clients, partners and colleagues especially those that are working remotely really enjoy this platform. I like how dedicated the support has been over the past 2 years I have used this tool.

Negative: So far so good, the only downside I face is when attendees try to join an ongoing meeting sometimes it's been difficult. I hope the support will address this soon as possible.
