Summary: I love ClickMeeting support, design and it is extremely good in use. I highly recommended it. We use not only webinar option but also we have short conversations with ClickMeeting.

Positive: ClickMeeting is very easy to use. This is our second platform to webinars but it is amazing! They have amazing support and they always help us with all the problems.

Negative: Sometimes some technics problems (but it is not common).

Summary: I recommend it to anyone who needs to organize large and small online meetings, especially webinars or online training. I recommend it mainly to novice users due to the ease of use.

Positive: The platform is very easy and intuitive to use, even for beginners. Lots of different options and settings. Meetings run smoothly even with a large number of participants. Possibility to create polls and record meetings. Thanks to the ClickMeeting platform, I can also enlarge my mailing lists.

Negative: I did not notice any serious errors or defects that would lower the assessment of using the platform.

Summary: For months I have been looking for a solution that I could use for my e-learning schools. ClickMeeting works great! I wanted to build a professional contact at every point of contact with the customer, and it has succeeded. ClickMeeting sends automated meeting invitations that look very professional. Also, I was able to refine the waiting room, which now looks really good!

Positive: I use ClickMeeting very often. I conduct either project meetings or consultations. Several times a week. It is a very intuitive system, it is easy to navigate. The admin panel is very clear. It is easy to plan each event, and the notification system sent to the invited person makes sure that there is attendance at the meeting. For me ClickMeeting is one of the most important discoveries of this year :) Before it, I tested three other systems, but none of them worked so well for me. I can use a whiteboard during a meeting, ask follow-up questions so I can build enthusiasm among the participants, and even collect feedback after the meeting by sharing a survey.

Negative: At this point I have not found any special flaws in this system. Well, maybe it would be useful to integrate ClickMeeting with some external system for booking appointments. So that a person booking an appointment, for example, for a consultation with me, would immediately get a notification and details of the invitation to an e-mail address. This can be done a little differently. A way to book an appointment is to use a profile page where you can put all your events as an organizer for viewing. Participants can then select a specific event and register for it.

Summary: The tool is a strong competition to other webinar solutions, it scales easily to small and large meetings. During 12 months of use, I did not find any functionalities that would be inoperable or unnecessary. You can see that the company is constantly developing and improving the platform, which is a good sign. Several years of using ClickMeeting has made it unnecessary for us to look around for a related/competitive solution for our organizations' needs.

Positive: No crashes and errors.
Non-technical people can easily learn the tool.

Quick access to helpdesk.

Negative: Occasional connectivity issues, e.g. lag and/or A/V sync problems. No major problems were experienced.

Summary: The organization will use the program in the coming years, a program worth recommending, with a very simple and clear interface.

Positive: Easy operation, a program involving participants, the ability to create surveys, great file transfer.

Negative: Small number of participants, small number of presenters, no possibility to engage participants by voice, poor transfer of invitations.

Summary: It's easy to use, our meeting participants had no problems with logging in and our presenters also got used to the platform smoothly. Thank you!

Positive: We're using the ClickMeeting platform for our online classes for the refugees from Ukraine so we really appreciate that it's available in Ukrainian and Russian language. Moreover ClickMeeting does a great job about protecting privacy and personal data.

Negative: None! We're happy to be using ClickMeeting - it's great!

Summary: The ClickMeeting platform significantly influenced the activity and strengthening of the image of the ITAKA Foundation as an organization that comprehensively deals with the issue of disappearances. The number of webinars we organize has increased. We can organize them faster, more efficiently, and at the same time we can reach more recipients. Thanks to the online formula, it also saves a lot of costs. The same is also true for internal meetings.

Positive: ClickMeeting is an intuitive and easy-to-use platform. You can use the ClickMeeting platform from your browser, you don't need to download any application. We also value this tool for its good video and audio quality, as well as quick technical support. In addition, thanks to the automatic recording of webinars, we can use their fragments in our SM channels to promote subsequent events.

Negative: So far, we have used the ClickMeeting platform, which is perfect not only for organizing webinars and internal meetings. We are satisfied with the quality of the services provided.

Summary: Quick help in solving problems is very important to us. Help desk employees are able to solve any problem very quickly and effectively and answer any question at an express pace. What is important to us is: the option of scheduling meetings, recording them, saving the chat, generating the attendance list and, above all, very easy and quick contact with ClickMeeting employees.

Thanks to this platform, we can 100% carry out our trainings through quick contact with participants, regardless of their location.

Positive: The choice of ClickMeeting was primarily influenced by ease of use. You can schedule a meeting very quickly. What is important for us, there can be 3 presenters of the meeting at the same time, thanks to which we can make the training more attractive thanks to the participation of several presenters at the same time. You do not need qualified personnel to operate the panel because anyone can operate the panel, even a person who is not proficient in using IT tools. An additional advantage is the recording of training sessions, chat recording and the ability to generate a list of participants. The employees are very helpful and in a very short time they answer all questions and solve all "difficult" situations. I recommend.

Negative: At the beginning it was difficult to figure out how to invite participants and how to send the presenter's link in the panel, but after a few clicks everything was ok.

Summary: I was using 3 or 4 more webinar apps, including most popular commercial tools and this one is so far the best. I strongly recommend for small enterprises and small events.

Positive: I'm using Live 25 (up to 25 participants with 8 cameras on) which works perfectly fine for me.
+ the design: intuitive and user-friendly
+ Q&A mode
+ dashboard with freehand writing mode (cool)
+ possible to freeze the account for max. 3 months with no charge (i'm using it occasionally, so it's great for me to have such opportunity)

Negative: No such things so far.

Summary: ClickMeeting platform is a very professional and easy tool for our me to organise webinars. I have all I need and even more - i see opportunities to improve my events.

Positive: The most important value for me are: ease of use, good communication tools with users and good quality of records.

Negative: Only one problem i have is inviting users from previous webinars excluding speakers.

Negative: There is nothing that we don't really like. Maybe the design is not what we prefer or the design of the promotion, but it's really a detail and it's not really important.

Summary: If you are looking for a webinar platform in German that offers a variety of solutions and offers enormous possibilities for customization, I recommend ClickMeeting:) Jakob adapted the offer perfectly to our needs and we started working within a few days.

Summary: Tool requires no installation and is intuitive to use. Creating an online meeting is very simple. We appreciate the speed and efficiency of the software even when handling huge workloads.

Incredible customer service. During the conference process, we can count on support in case something goes wrong.
