Summary: It is easy to use and set up but I have difficulty using some of the more advance options. They seem great but fall short when executing, such as the Thank you page. I would like to be able to customize it.

Positive: Ease of use and setting up permanent events. If you want just the basics and just want to get it done, ClickMeeting has the quickest set up. We have 8 locations and conduct interoffice meetings without having employees travel to another location.

Negative: Needs more customization. I would like to be able to set up meeting rooms on behalf of the other presenters.

Summary: Honestly incredible. The operation on platform ClickMeeting is very well thought out and intuitive in use. By that platform we transfer knowledge quickly, efficiently and effectively. It has many functions which makes job easier. It helps us with surveys creation and voting during the webinar. The possibilities of interactivity with the audience. Customer support is irreplaceable. You can always contact them to receive help and exchange ideas. They are the perfect choice for customers looking for good quality.. It is a great tool for any organization. Polish Yachting Association has been very happy with ClickMeeting and the service they have provided.

Positive: I like the most ease of use, good communication tools with users, clear design, good features and still growing.

Negative: We don't see any downsides. Everything worked perfectly.

Summary: We are very satisfied with this product: we can deliver professional trainings for our clients, many of them are free of cost so the reasonable price of this product is welcome!

Positive: It's easy to manage, reasonable price, many automated functions, 2 hosts and 2 presenters at the same time.
It's easy to use even by people not much skilled in technical things. Our clients declare problems with using this platform.

Negative: Many automated options but we until now not all recognised ;)

Summary: We are very glad with ClickMeeting in general and would be much more satisfied and working smoother if the above implementations could be incorporated.

Positive: Our company previously worked with Adobe Connect, so we chose ClickMeeting as the video conferencing service most similar to Adobe Connect in terms of interface.

We are very satisfied with the image and sound quality.

Negative: - To cover the guest list, we must cover it with the chat. If we block the guest list, the names stop appearing in the chat. We want both things: that the names appear in the chat and at the same time do not have the guest list enabled.

- From the mobile app we cannot make any type of restriction (hide guest panel, set panels, etc.) but users can move everything at will.

- The number of moderators per account is extremely restrictive for us, which was not the case with Adobe Connect.

- Default configuration:
* The "Image change" tab maintains the configuration that we have previously left, but the "Waiting room" and "Automation" tabs must be configured each time we create a session.
* Same with certain settings of the "Details" tab. We would prefer that by default, the access type is always "Open to all", in case we ever forget to change it and inadvertently "Access type: Password" remains, something that would cause us a lot of problems.
* Within the videoconference, the default recording option is "Presentation, top bar". We have no option to leave the default option we use: "All windows". Sometimes our moderators forget to select this option when recording and we lose the chat recording.

- IMPORTANT: the REC button is activated and deactivated with just one click. No confirmation pop-up appears. This is extremely risky, as both moderators and presenters can inadvertently click and stop the recording. Perhaps this is one of the most critical points of ClickMeeting.

Summary: Finally, the recording option couldn't be easier. No annoying conversion process to have to go through, and I like the fact it records online so we don't have to worry about the local machine failing.

Positive: I like the simplicity of use for our participants. Nothing to download to their machines. They simply click the link and they are in our room.

I also like the flexibility of being able to require registration or not, and the home page that allows me to publish our events.

Negative: I don't like that when you play a youtube video for the whole center to see that if there is an ad banner on the bottom of the video you can not "X" out of it. You can see the X, but if you click it nothing happens so that your webinar has to see the banner ad.

Summary: I've used ClickMeeting less than a month and I planned one webinar. I like the way I can invite people to my event. The interface is nice and easy to use.

Positive: I like that I can easily create a webinar and invite a lot of members. It's super important that I can invite people who don't have a profile at this platform.

Negative: I don't like that I can't add a photo to the event invitation.

Summary: We are able to provide high quality education to our membership. It's a great but not perfect platform so I hope they implement my suggestions soon.

Positive: It is very simple to set up a webinar. I appreciate that you've provided a general link for each webinar to share with individuals. The presentation board is great, and I love that you can draw and have a pointer.

Negative: The recording is of your full screen. I don't like that the recording has a watermark.

Summary: The interface was nice. I liked being able to customize the meeting interface, and it was pleasantly easy to use.

Positive: The functionality, easy to use and manipulate the colors and layout. the affordability is awesome as well, as this product was the cheaper, dynamic option.

Negative: I have had issues with the layout while presenting, and issues with the question feature, and the layout was a little more complex than we were looking for as we just want to show our screen.

Summary: With ClickMeeting, we educate investors about investments in renewable energy sources sector. We are presenting our green project to people all over the world via webinars. It is a great software to us.

Positive: User-friendly interface, easy to use by presenters and attendees, multilingual platform and support. ClickMeeting is also a polish-based company.

Negative: ClickMeeting should also think about 24/7 support via chat/mail/phone/Skype etc.

Summary: We are looked online platform for a long time. We tried the ClickMeeting and immediately understood that we are found our perfect platform! It's very simple for using and has a lot of function. The best option is online work, no need to download.

Positive: It's super easy for using and has mailing and remainder. No need to download. And customer service is good.

Negative: Relatively high price, but there are great opportunities, so the price is also acceptable.

Summary: Switched from Webex to ClickMeeting for webinars, and I find ClickMeeting significantly easier to use, and of course, way cheaper. Works well for small audiences (under 50) and integration with HubSpot seems to work well as well.

Positive: Easy to use and everything logically places. Friendly and fast customer service chat, which has been great to lean on to on many occasions. Ready made templates for invites and the "waiting room" look good, so haven't felt the need for a custom solution.

Negative: One bug in particular caused headaches when I first started using ClickMeeting. If I uploaded a powerpoint presentation, the fonts changed from our company font to a standard fallback font, which is understandable, I guess.

Summary: We needed a way to give training/onboarding webinars to 50+ people at a time, with a presentation slideshow. Our old platform allowed only up to 15 people per session, and ClickMeeting has allowed us to integrate polls into the presentations to increase user engagement.

Positive: ClickMeeting provides a simple and effective way to conduct training seminars for our company. It allows more people to enter a room than Google Hangouts, which was our previous platform. It also facilitates easy tracking of attendees during and after the events.

Negative: We sometimes experience audio/visual issues with ClickMeeting, causing us to have to type our information into the chat box rather than talking through our points. This detracts from the personal aspect we're trying to convey during the webinars.

Summary: ClickMeeting is a very good software for webinars with a lot of participants. They have a lot of solution which can help you to create better meeting.

Positive: - Stability

Negative: - price, is to high, especially for startups or beggining markeers

- browser plugin requirement for participants

- old style design of admin panel

Summary: We highly recommend ClickMeeting as it responds to many needs of our Foundation and it gives us a chance to share our knowledge with others.

Positive: We have been using ClickMeeting for almost a year and we appreciate the most:
- ease of use
- intuitive interface
- available and quick technical support
- ability to record webinars/meetings

Negative: ClickMeeting is our main tool to organize internal meetings and external webinars and we really appreciate all the possibilities it gives.

Summary: Excellent for organizing webinars and workshops on-line. You can have crowds of people and the whole event goes smoothly without any problems. We definitely recommend it!

Positive: We like everything about the platform. It is easy to use for everyone and a lot of people can take part in the events at the same time. Adding presenters function is also an advantage.

Negative: There is nothing to complain about. We like everything about the platform.
