Negative: No dislike on ClickMeeting because the implementation was simple and no need of training as long the use has basic usability experience.

Summary: I like the user-friendly UI, and this tool doesn't require any installation makes it a great and easy to use tool. I have had a very positive user experience because even the support team has been very responsive and intuitive.

Positive: I really like how easy it is to use ClickMeeting either to organise or attend meetings with just a minimum effort with seamless experience for both host and attendees. We've been able to achieve the best experience while using this tool for different reasons like for online meetings, quick organisation webinars and reminders and other uses. I like the vide quality which of great quality and also has a very seamless integrations with other tools we use in my organisation.
I like the features that this tool offers are very cost effective like follow-up emails, presentation mode, automatic recordings of meetings for either future reference or current use.

Negative: I like how easy to share links with colleagues in order to attend meetings or webinars easily. The only dislike I have I am unable to create a recurrence for the meetings which needs to be manually done. This waste time.

Summary: ClickMeeting is a very helpful and user friendly online meeting tool that saves lot of our working hours and cut down operational cost like cost of traveling to go and have a meeting or meet one-on-one with a client. It's just simple to organise or attend meeting.

Positive: I have used other video conferencing tools before and I can testify that they don't match the capabilities of ClickMeeting one thing is because this tool has the best-in-class video quality and also sound is HD to make users more comfortable during online meetings and webinars. Also it's cost effective and has an excellent support service team which has been very phenomenal and responsive.

Negative: For sure this tool has been there to meet all our needs and it does exactly that. I am fully satisfied user. No cons apparently.

When hosting different events and for different webinars and this has generally improved and created a stable communication with our clients and team members. The customer support has always been proactive quick to respond to any challenge users are facing.

Negative: The only downside I see is how the online streaming is not included in the standard subscription. Should be added to the subscription because user is forced to pay extra for it.

The most prolific and robust feature I like is the ability to customize registration form and follow-up activities according to our needs.

It also allows us to host or attend different events and also join live online meetings that are very stable and great video and image quality. Presentation mode, automatic recordings of the meetings are also great features.

Negative: I hate it when this tool doesn't allow us to upload our own branding elements like logos and backgrounds so we kinda feel customizations is bit limited.

Positive: The connection has always been great, something I didn't always experience when I followed a webinar from another platform. This means there are no disturbance when I talk. It has all the functions I need, for eg. sends reminders, records automatically, saves the chat history, etc. Plus, the customer service always helps me right away and in a super clear way. I'm not a technical person so this is crucial for me.

Negative: Maybe I'd like an even clearer interface. Often times I need to search a little to find a certain function.

It's easy to attend or organise interactive meetings with up-to 40 participants and still get a clear picture and video and audio quality of high level. And also collaborate in real-time.
I like how we are able to share screen or Virtual whiteboard and share knowledge in the meetings is much easier.

Negative: Lack of custom where by user can't modify or move screen size and location. Also limited function to edit on registration page.
