The Material Management module captures every transaction or movement of materials, enabling real-time data access for accurate forecasting and analysis of materials. Meanwhile, the Purchasing Management module empowers users to oversee Vendor Performance through the management of Purchase requests and Purchase orders. For higher-level data analysis and decision-making, the KPI Module offers both standard reports and detailed drill-down reports tailored for executives and senior management. Furthermore, the QR Code/Barcode Module facilitates the printing of QR Codes or Barcodes for various items such as assets, spare parts, and work orders, enhancing data retrieval processes and minimizing errors. Additionally, the TOMMS Mobile module allows field service personnel to access and update real-time data regarding Asset Tagging, Work Orders, and PM Checklists, streamlining operations even further.
