    Positive: Its flexible module allows for diverse business needs. Its user friendly interface & workflows even for non technical users. It also has a active open source community for extensions & support.

    Negative: There is a steep learning curve for configuring more complex implementations. Scaling to large enterprises may be challenging. Support on documentation not on par with paid solutions.

    Amazing, with a learning curve

    Summary: Odoo is wonderful and if you are in need of an all-in-one software, this is definitely one of the best options I've seen.

    Positive: Odoo covered the bases of everything I needed: invoices, payments, contracts, proposals, website, LMS, accounting, web building, and the list goes on. It truly is a one-stop-shop. You can make it as beautiful and unique or as plain as you wish. It's incredibly white-labeled. For just about any business, no matter what size or industry, this would be a great option if you have the funds and a decent time to learn. Customer service is responsive and great as well.

    Negative: It is not quite the $12 a month if you truly want to customize and get the most out of Odoo. For me to get all the features I wanted and needed, it came out to about $225 a month. Honestly, this still isn't THAT bad considering you really won't need any other app or software ever for your business. However, being just a small operation myself on a tight budget and with little time to learn the complexities Odoo has to offer, it wasn't an option.

    A good scalable web site/CRM solution

    Summary: If one wants to self-host a website/CRM solution, that can be used as an online store, ordering and book keeping, and other online business functionality - Odoo is great. One can start small (and free), implement it, test it out and then slowly scale up. Important to note from the start, that it can get a bit expensive if there is strong growth in terms of functionality and number of users.

    Positive: -scales up well. One can self-host it with basic modules, then expand as needed both in terms of size and users
    -has a lot of add-on module capabilities (to grow with ones small business needs)
    -quite simple to install and administer (even the free version)

    Negative: -gets expensive the more modules and users are needed
    -some add-ons cause technical instabilities
    -website design is a bit complex, but results are great

    Odoo covers every productive and administrative corner of our company

    Summary: Although it has a regular amount of management flaws and lack of functions, Odoo in general terms we highly recommend it since it sharpens and optimizes the processes and procedures within our company in administrative and productive matters with its functions of creation of various reports, analysis of results and HR management.

    Positive: The application has been presented to us quite useful with its integrated tools and extensions that allow us to make HR processes, sales management, CRM and finance, as we become an excellent development in our productivity and agility in the development of our human capital in their functions. It also has the best price in the market with a cost of 20 dollars.

    Negative: We consider that they should apply improvements in functions and activities of cost and expense tracking to allow us to keep a clean accounting. In addition we find it problematic that we can not accurately manage the hours of management by employees for a more accurate payroll. At the same time, although we can handle sales management, it does not have sections for promotion and marketing management.
