I'm sure there's an XKCD on that.
In English, currencies are not normally capitalized. You don't capitalize "dollar", "euro", or "rupee", so you shouldn't capitalize "bitcoin" either.
You're correct when referring to the currency ("one bitcoin"). However, when referring to the software ("Bitcoin Core"), the network, or the protocol, the name is a proper noun and as such should be capitalized. The capitalization in the summary is thus correct; in the title, the word "bitcoin" refers to the currency but should be capitalized anyway, simply because it's part of a title.
Actually, the cheaper Olimex A20 boards are cheaper than a RPi and superior in basically every aspect. Go figure.
I usually just send them shampoo and other hygene supplies.
I'll agree the GP is just a troll, but unless your real name is Frosty Piss, I don't think you can talk about "having balls".
You may call me Mr. Piss (from the great state of Washington), Mr. Baric. That's Mr. Frosty Piss.
Which product(s) have the same specs as a RPi and cost $500?
If you haven't seen ARM dev boards with lower specs than a RPi which cost that much, then you haven't actually priced them.
But we're talking about a free online service. Why would you imagine the service provider has some moral duty to keep providing it indefinitely? "indirectly fund a franchise" - really? They owe you because you took their gift? Entitled twit.
Nothing ever entitles you to future work from another. You can have a contract that sets some penalty they'll pay you if they don't do something, but nothing can obligate another to keep providing a service. (You do know slavery is out now, right?)
Oh, because it is low cost, and targeted at kids, that makes regarding the customers as stupid o.k. in your book?
Well, first I have not found any "large parts they leave out" so far, and second, the RPi datasheet "excerpts" are missing things as fundamental as the full GPIO specs. TI does no such utter BS.
That is just my point: They FAILED to publish the full GPIO specs! How demented is that?
Anything that has the full MCU datasheet published is significantly superior. Get a Beagle Bone Black for example.
Always draw your curves, then plot your reading.
