I have mentioned on occasion that I like to write in a private journal, hashing out my thoughts and keeping track of ideas. The
It would be a fun and interesting exercise to circulate a real, hardbound paper journal, passing it from person to person to add their own tidbits, drawings, and poetry - whatever is desired. Is there an interest in such? If there is interest in doing something like this, I will acquire a suitable journal, add a couple of pages of "stuff", and mail it on.

It may be somewhat interesting to have everyone pick a date (or two), and then we all write about what we did that day, down to the details of what we ate for lunch, etc, and then perhaps Koria could compile these writings into a real book: A Day in the Life of a Slashdotter, or something. Mailing a book around is going to take a while, plus, there's always the chance it could get misplaced. Maybe even include a photo or tw

Maybe a better idea would be to pick a date (as RailGunner suggested) and we all write about our day on that date, including pictures, program guides, newspaper clippings, and other ephemera as appropriate. Then we could all send our submissions to someone who could compile them all into a book which could then be scanned (as per Richards comment)
