Journal Journal: To A Crapflooding Liar 6

FremdschÃmen is a German word
Suitable for when you see
Someone cover himself in turd
And trundle on all merrily

At first you think him unaware
He's covered himself in filth
You try hygienic ideas to share
But it starts to look like stealth

For his crap-splattered ideas go
From this sewer to that
With only moral inversion to show
Under his fecal hat

And then you wonder if at last
This scatalogical glee
Is only someone having a cowpie blast
As the service is so free

It thus seems best to point & laugh
At this moronic git
His Biden-esque mind is born to gaff
And that's just how the bulls hit.

Journal Journal: This is arguably the stupidest non-reasoning I've seen on /. 31

When have I not defended even the parts of the Constitution that I oppose, specifically

Being as you are supporting movements to overturn the 1st, 5th, 13th, 16th, 17th, and 22nd amendments at least in part, you are not defending the entire constitution. Considering you especially don't see the 5th as relevant to your political agenda, you are very much one who does not practice what he preaches regarding defending its ideals.

This malarky would make sense if Article V didn't exist, I guess. However, we do have Article V, and we also have an example pair, Amendments 18 and 21, where something was tried and rejected.
So, I invite you to lay by your dish, damn_registrars. Yet another one of your asinine accusations, "you are not defending the entire constitution", is revealed as pure bunk.

Journal Journal: IRS Scandal, Parts 1, 2, 3

http://pjmedia.com/instapundit/184531/
I realize that, to the slack-jawed Statists, scandals are OPRA => Only Problematic in Republican Administrations.
Nevertheless, the weaponization of the IRS is an issue in the real world, and represents a pressing need for reform. Not that the GOP is championing that, mind you.

Journal Journal: Hold before you the truth that the Kochs are the bad guys 23

The FCC may have suspended its invasion into American newsrooms, but the controversial "Critical Information Needs" study also has George Soros' fingerprints all over it.
While disturbing, this should come as no surprise since Soros' gave more than $52 million to media organizations from 2000-2010.
Two schools were working with FCC on the project, according to Byron York of The Washington Examiner. The University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Center for Communication and Democracy, were tasked by the FCC with coming up with criteria for what information is "critical" for Americans to have. The FCC study would have covered newspapers, websites, radio and television, according to The Washington Post.
On top of the 1st Amendment problems with this proposal, the schools involved have strong ties to liberal billionaire George Soros' Open Society Foundations and have gotten more than $1.8 million from since 2000.

Read the whole thing, and don't forget that the Kochs are bad.

Journal Journal: Off to a cracking good start 3

Breitbart London packs heat:

because environmental propagandists have set the bar so low that were night found to follow day, or water prove to be wet, or sheep discovered to go "baa", these too would no doubt be cited by the likes of the BBC, the Guardian and the Huffington Post as incontrovertible proof that "global warming" (or whatever they're calling it right now) is real.

I think today it's "socially constructed universal non-constant entropy"
