AxioPlan serves as a project estimation tool tailored for delivery managers and agency project managers who require immediate answers to scope-related inquiries during client calls.
Estimation is probabilistic rather than manual. Each task is given a t-shirt size and a risk level, from which AxioPlan derives three-point PERT estimates, computes risk-adjusted totals through the Root Sum of Squares method, and produces P50, P85 and P95 delivery dates alongside a cost breakdown categorized by epic and role. There are no spreadsheet formulas to build or maintain.
The timeline operates in real time; modifications such as removing an epic, changing team size or shifting a milestone prompt instant recalculation of delivery dates and costs.
Users can share a read-only link before or during the call, enabling clients to view the live Gantt chart, the P85 delivery date and the real-time cost breakdown, updated with each adjustment made, eliminating PDF recreations or follow-up emails and facilitating a swift closure during the call.
AxioPlan also integrates with surrounding tools. Existing Excel or CSV estimates can be imported and become live, recalculating plans. The platform connects to Claude as an MCP connector, so plans can be drafted or restructured conversationally, with every proposed change presented as a reviewable diff before it is applied. Once a bid is won, epics, tasks, dates and statuses export directly into Jira Cloud. A free PI planning board supports quarterly and program-increment planning with cross-team dependency and capacity warnings.
Designed for digital agencies and software consultancies engaged in fixed-price contracts, AxioPlan offers flat monthly pricing that accommodates an unlimited number of team members.
