Summary: This platform helps us to be able to share ideas and manage projects in one place, it's nice to work collaboratively with all the members of different projects without losing focus on each of them. I found certain parts of the interface of this platform practical because of how easy it became to understand the functionalities and because it is not very difficult to get lost along the way even with so many functions.

Within my company, a site was required where all the tasks and all the projects could be concentrated without the need to go from platform to platform or for someone to be left out because they did not understand, so this platform seemed the most practical for me. the quick understanding when working collaboratively and also that all updates are shown within the platform instantly.

I have been able to include my clients within each project to allow them to be closer to what is happening and to be able to involve them more in the work process, likewise they also have permissions in certain areas within the platform such as leaving a comment or suggesting a change in a task for greater optimization of time or any change that is required.

It has helped me not to exceed delivery deadlines and also the employees of my company have had very few delays when delivering any assigned activity, the project management with this platform has been very complete and the tasks that have been assigned the Most of them have been completed without practically any problem.

Positive: + I liked how you can visually organize projects and tasks. It is very easy to understand the Gantt charts within MeisterTask since you can have continuous monitoring of everything that must be done for the effective completion of a project and also be able to quickly keep up to date with all the events, both problems in the course as the culmination of each task.

+ It is very easy to be able to assign groups of people for certain certain tasks, this is very practical when determining the qualified people for certain tasks that are needed within a project. Also, that I can divide these groups into subgroups in different subtasks to be more specific with the work activity established in a project and thus obtain the best performance when working collaboratively.

+ It was useful to be able to export the project in various formats such as .csv or .pdf, this helped several employees within my company to have the project both digitally without needing the internet and to be able to use the project within Excel to facilitate the management for other members who have not yet adapted to this platform. It also helps me to print and have it together with the documents associated with the projects and have everything complete.

+ The integration with multiple platforms allows me to have the different platforms and their functions connected to each other with MeisterTask, since I don't have to re-upload all the content from one platform to it, but simply connect it and everything will be available, just like the customer contacts, files like the ones I have in Box, chats from other platforms like Slack and many more integrations. Facilitating access without having to navigate between platforms to be able to add something that I had already uploaded on another platform with a cloud service.

+ It has templates for each different project in order to speed up the planning of a project and the distribution of tasks. In addition, custom templates can be saved in case a strategy works in order to apply it in another similar project, although if it is not similar it can be easily adapted by creating another type of template for another type of project.

Negative: - You cannot immediately download a file of a recently published task, this delays the workflow as you have to wait a certain time to have the availability of files such as documents that can describe in detail a task to be carried out within the environment labor.

- The mobile application is not very intuitive nor is it the most complete to be able to manage tasks efficiently. This is very limiting to be able to have the portability of this platform since currently mobile devices are widely used in the work environment due to the simple fact that it is easier to have a smartphone at all times than to have a laptop which is very uncomfortable. for portability jobs.

- Performance is a bit slow, sometimes it takes time to load a huge project, so you have to wait for it to load to manage projects. So if it had a better optimization, it could work more smoothly without having to have to wait for everything to load correctly. I speak both the web version and the desktop version of any browser and any operating system for computers. The mobile version works really fast, projects load much easier when I use MeisterTask with my smartphone.

- The overview of the projects is not very intuitive when it comes to knowing their progress without entering the complete and detailed screen of each project, this is a bit useless having to enter each project to see the updates of each completed task. Also, it is also not practical to be able to manage two projects at the same time within the same window since it is very confusing, I hope that they improve this to be able to improve daily work and have a better performance.

- I would like to be able to choose where to start every time I start the platform, since in my opinion it is much more practical to go to a specific task or leave the overview of a specific project. An example would be to ask the user before leaving this platform if he wants to leave the current workspace or select another when starting with MeisterTask, as well as being able to choose the default screen in case it is needed.

Summary: The benefits that we have obtained with this great platform are quite varied, since this platform is implemented in various areas throughout our company, for example, in the marketing area this software has been very useful, since it is possible to have an excellent control of assignments so that our employees can develop campaigns at the right time. Currently this software is becoming very useful in the company in general, we can keep track of all the assignments we have every day, we can know how much time we will dedicate to a specific task and we can also know the assignments that our co-workers have . The support team of this platform is quite punctual with all the requests that we repeatedly made to them, they attended to each one of them and helped us throughout the journey when we are adapting to the main functions. We are proud to have this software in our company and to be able to use it every day to manage all the tasks that we are going to develop in our company.

Positive: The administration of tasks and production in various sectors of our entire company has benefited thanks to the arrival of this great software, the things that I liked the most is that it has a fairly wide view in list type, this list helps me to organize each one of the assignments of all the employees, I can have a corresponding organization for each one of the tasks that each employee is going to develop, in addition this list allows me to filter each one of the tasks by means of the date of assignment, to be able to filter it in this way It helps me to know exactly how many assignments there are for a specific day. Another of the things that I like about this platform is that users can work together and develop tasks in a group, accessing the main platform, they can integrate their co-workers to a specific task, that task can be developed in line with mutual support, this is a great idea to develop collaborative work at all times. Finally, another thing that I loved is that when I am going to make an assignment for my employees, I can attach files and guides for said assignment. I can also attach images that help the user to complete the task more easily. This is totally worthwhile software, it helps manage tasks on a large scale, there is no limit to the number of assignments you can record consecutively.

Negative: One of the things that needs to be improved in MeisterTask is that currently this software does not have a system that is capable of notifying me when a person has not fulfilled their assignment, this causes me to review this information manually. When one of my employees does not fulfill the assignments that have been placed for a specific day, I really did not notice, because this shower does not notify me or send me a notification that the time of the assignment has passed and I do not has been successfully completed, I would love for this system to be implemented in this software as soon as possible, this would help me to draw the attention of my employees when they do not complete their assignments. Another thing that should be improved in this software is that the Free Trial that they currently offer is quite limited, it does not allow unlimited assignments, and it does not allow tasks to be carried out jointly with other employees. Having a much more comprehensive free trial would help new users get to grips with the platform much faster.

Summary: The general experience that I have had and that all my employees have had in the various sectors has been relatively good, we have been able to increase production and improve the responsibility of all our employees. The main reason and motivation to start using MeisterTask was that this system promised to help us manage our tasks, and it did, it has saved us a lot of time in ordering each of the activities and has also helped us to have concrete control of on a daily basis, that our employees complete all assignments before the end of the workday. All of our employees have new tasks every day, and MeisterTask is there to help us monitor them.

Positive: Controlling each of the tasks that we carry out in our company and keeping track of the activities that our employees carry out is something that we have been able to do with the help of MeisterTask, its presence in the various sectors of our company has been positive in many factors. I liked several things about MeisterTask because it was able to manage our entire workflow, one of the things I liked the most was:

1. MeisterTask was able to show in real time the progress of each one of the activities of our employees, this system is capable of Tracking the progress of the tasks that were previously assigned, this function is very important for us because it helps us to know that our employees are fulfilling the tasks in the agreed time, in addition, this system has made it possible for us to track if our employees have a long way to go to complete the assignments in their entirety.

2. I love the way MeisterTask allows me to create assignments and send immediate notifications to my employees' emails. I have imported my employee contact list into MeisterTask, and have been able to send immediate notifications to everyone when I have completed the activity assignment process. This notification system works completely normally, and helps me keep all my employees attentive in the process of completing tasks.

3. I really like the orderly report that MeisterTask provides me. This system divides the various sectors of my company in the reports, I get separate reports for each sector and this helps me a lot to know exactly which of the sectors is being more productive in the last weeks or months.

4. My employees can work as a team with the help of MeisterTask, they can request help to complete a task within the platform panel, the platform will automatically record that the employee received help to complete it.

Negative: So far I have not had any problems with the MeisterTask service, I am satisfied with the results and the effectiveness that this platform has worked for all this time. We have been using this system for over 1 year and the results have been groundbreaking. We have no complaints with the general functionality of the platform, all the tracking, administration and task data collection functions have been satisfactory, in addition, the support and customer help system has worked wonderfully, they have answered all our questions in less 24 hours and that's great because it helped us adapt faster to features that we didn't quite understand how they worked.

Summary: It is a fairly comfortable platform, the user interface is broken down into several sections which helps to differentiate the tasks for each employee. Tasks can be moved to another date with the drag and drop system, this helps them to be organized or postponed more quickly. Tasks can be monitored in real time, you can know exactly if an employee is fulfilling their tasks or not. This software has been very effective, it is being used in all sectors of my real estate company, it has provided effectiveness when it comes to having control of assigned tasks. I hope to continue having these great fruits, I am very happy that I am currently using MeisterTask.

Positive: In our Sales sector, it is important to have a correct management of tasks and organize all kinds of business tasks. I am Manager of the Sales sector and I have that responsibility. During my experience, I have liked the following factors of MeisterTask:

- The tasks assigned to each user are fully detailed. When I assign a task to an employee, I can put all kinds of details for it and in this way it is executed perfectly, in addition, I can attach work material so that it fulfills the previously assigned task.

- MeisterTask sends me immediate alerts when an employee has exceeded the delivery deadline and has not yet completed the assigned task. This is a very incredible function, since I can know exactly if any employee is fulfilling the tasks that have been assigned to them. The alerts are fantastic and I receive them in my email.

- All employees can see in a general way, what task their colleagues are fulfilling. This is great because everyone can tell if the employee is busy or has finished their work.

Negative: - MeisterTask does not offer any type of analytical system in which you can see the behavior and effectiveness that employees have been having with the completion of assigned tasks. This is a very necessary function, both for me and for the Managers of the other sectors of my company. Knowing in an analytical and detailed way the behavior of the work groups, would help to correct it at the exact time.

- Notifications only work when an employee has not yet completed their tasks but there is no function to send notifications to employees that new tasks have been assigned. Employees should periodically check the platform to be able to know what tasks have been assigned to them.

- The mobile application is quite slow, both for Android and iOS, it is not a recommended application.

Summary: We have completed many tasks to improve the quality and fluidity of the work. We are extremely reassured that all activities are performed according to the project management planning. We have an extensive list of tasks that can be included in the target distribution. Negative: I don't like the interface; it is a bit slow, it needs more fluidity and more customization in the functions. Also, some functions run slowly.

Summary: My overall experience with MeisterTask has been really good, I have been able to manage all kinds of tasks that we plan, and I have also had the ability to perform tasks online with the collaboration of my entire team. This platform has been totally easy to use, and I have quickly adapted to each of the functions. In addition, MeisterTask has an excellent notification system, which alerts us to the exact moment in which a new task has been placed, the alert system is very well optimized, and it also sends us very constant alerts to be more attentive to the exact date and time when the previously scheduled task is due. I am happy with the overall performance of MeisterTask, and we will continue to use it to manage all of our company jobs.

Positive: MeisterTask seems to me to be a very complete platform, capable of managing several tasks consecutively, and being able to connect several employees, to perform tasks as a group. One of the things I liked the most about MeisterTask was:

1.- This platform has a fairly organized design, where the user can also decide the order of the sections as "pending tasks" or "completed tasks". In MeisterTask, the user is able to modify the entire panel design and make it more comfortable.
2.- The progress of the tasks works in real time, as a percentage, which helps all employees to see if a task is about to be completed or how long one of their colleagues is missing to finish it.
3.- MeisterTask has a section where users can place a specific task and integrate one of their colleagues, so that a good group work can be done and the task can be completed in less time.

Negative: I have no complaints about the services MeisterTask has provided me. This platform has been totally stable and consistent in task management, I have always been able to connect with my co-workers and we have been able to develop any planned task with the help of MeisterTask. I hope to continue having this very favorable experience, without any type of error in the operation of MeisterTask.

Summary: It has been possible to have a better efficiency with respect to that the employees fulfill their objectives in their determined term. MeisterTask has helped to optimize how the company works, thus being able to have more staff with high efficiency and also to maintain communication between us. This platform has been a participant in the changes by being able to successfully complete projects within the established deadlines, thus ensuring better performance and a structured organization, avoiding confusion or setbacks.

Positive: It has been very intuitive to work within this platform since it keeps the work team organized and attentive to the tasks that are assigned to them in order to fulfill them within the established deadline. I really like that it can be integrated with Slack in order to maintain a more direct communication between the entire work team and there is also clarity and transparency in the proposed objectives. I like that it can notify people by email that their task has not been completed or the task is about to be due. I can keep track of who has completed and who has not.

Negative: I have had a good experience using this platform to improve the organization of my work team by assigning specific tasks for Lara employee. However, I have noticed small problems such as sending comments that are not sent and I have to make several attempts, I have tried the internet connection and that is not the problem. Also sometimes the website tends to be a little slow making this not so effective for daily work, but this has not been an impediment to leave MeisterTask since they are small problems that sometimes arise.

Summary: My team internal team loving this platform. It gives great power on-screen to work in a collaborative environment. The user interface is super user friendly. Overall, it's an excellent tool.

Positive: MeisterTask increases the productivity and ability to manage projects from anywhere. It effectively boosts the team collaboration spirit. On a broader scale, it works great in mid businesses. The file share and other collaboration work seamlessly.

Negative: The due date should have auto reminder for projects.

Summary: Overall, MeisterTask is a modern way of managing tasks and projects. It makes every remote employee close with the team. Recommend this platform to everyone.

Positive: MeisterTask helped my team to always stay on top of every project. Its interface is super streamlined and ideal for project management. I liked being able to assign tasks in one action. The project board is highly customizable. You can automate custom workflow.

Negative: Task visualization is very basic. No other cons.

Summary: MeisterTask increases the agility and simplifies the management of our tasks and projects. It enables productive management. One thing I liked best about MeisterTask is its robust project prioritization.

Positive: We can collaborate with every team member no matter where they are. Its home screen provides most of the functions on one page. I liked its time and expenses integration and file sharing to share files without switching tabs.

Negative: Project Reports and actionable insights are not great.

Summary: A good Task manager helps make task management effortless. For this MeisterTask does exactly the same for me. With this, I can easily automate and manage our tasks with teams. It offers beautiful custom backgrounds to make task dashboard attractive.

Summary: MeisterTask is a simple task manager. We use it with Slack integration. It gives us a seamless experience to control and organize tasks right from the Slack app. It gives project task time tracking, due date reminder and effortless way co-ordinate with co-workers.

Positive: #1- MeisterTask gives the simplest way to manage tasks.
#2- MeisterTask can be integrated with the Slack app, gives you platforms combine all resources.
#3- It indicates the project timeline, with a chart and gives well information about its progress.

Negative: #1-Nothing to dislike about MeisterTask. It's the simplest task manager.

Summary: For my needs this has timetracking, due dates and simple project/client navigation. Suits me perfectly.

Positive: I've tried out and worked in a lot of software and this is the best I've worked with and as a freelancer this is the one I've stuck with the longest and plan to continue to use it. I'm really happy with the level of projects that can be created and a timetracker. I use this just for myself and know I could add on other members if I want to but I don't think I need to. I'm really happy with it and I can't see a reason to move on.

Negative: I've been using it for about a year and I don't see anything that nags at me.

Summary: Great app, modern and flexible way to approach project management. Would recommend!

Negative: - a direct chat/IM function would be great
- the Windows desktop app crashes a lot after updates

Summary: Excellent! Easy to use, but also a pleasure to use--not only for the visual reward I get from completing a task, but also for the well-designed interface.

Positive: I have tried several other project-oriented websites. MeisterTask is my favorite. As a creative, I enjoy the photos of nature and quotes, but also the well-designed layout. I find it easy to add and edit projects. I really like the feature where you can break down each project into smaller tasks, yet still see how it fits into the whole. This works with my visual reward system! I find it highly motivating.

Negative: I would refer to myself as a basic user, so I am likely not receiving the full benefit. I haven't used it for group/team endeavors so I can't comment on that.
