AxioPlan Description
AxioPlan serves as a project estimation tool tailored for delivery managers and agency project managers who require immediate answers to scope-related inquiries during client calls.
Employing three-point PERT calculations, users input optimistic, most likely, and pessimistic hours for each task, allowing AxioPlan to compute risk-adjusted totals through the Root Sum of Squares method, which provides P50, P80, and P95 delivery estimates alongside a detailed cost breakdown categorized by epic and role.
The timeline feature operates in real-time; modifications such as removing an epic or adjusting the scope prompt instant recalculations of delivery dates and costs.
Users can share a read-only link either prior to or during the call, enabling clients to view the live Gantt chart, the P85 delivery date, and the real-time cost breakdown—automatically updated with each adjustment made, eliminating the need for PDF recreations or follow-up emails, thus facilitating a swift closure during the call.
Designed specifically for digital agencies and software consultancies engaged in fixed-price contracts, AxioPlan offers a straightforward flat monthly pricing structure that accommodates an unlimited number of team members.
This efficiency in communication and project management ultimately enhances client satisfaction and streamlines the decision-making process.

Finally a planning tool that does one thing really well. Edited: Jul 04 2026
Summary: I've bounced between a few of the bigger planning tools and always ended up overwhelmed by the sheer amount of stuff I had to ignore. This one is the opposite - it's focused, fast to pick up, and the feature set feels like it was built for exactly the way I work rather than trying to be everything to everyone. It quietly gets out of the way and lets me plan. Been a nice surprise and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants planning without the bloat.
Positive: Setup took me maybe 2 minutes, no onboarding wizard hell or 40 settings to configure before you can do anything. Setup account and you get straight into project planning window. What I really like is that it does the handful of things I actually need for planning and roadmapping and doesn't bury them under features I'll never touch. The interface is clean and everything is where you'd expect it to be, so I was building out my scope on day one instead of watching tutorials.
Negative: Would love a couple more integrations down the line, and a dark mode wouldn't hurt. Minor stuff though - nothing that's actually slowed me down.
