Positive: Trello is based on agile methodologies which make it easier for everyone to collaborate and overview assigned projects. The user interface is intuitive. Milestone tracking is very useful. I loved its Gantt and timeline view, easy to visualize. Easy to distinguish between priority and nonpriority projects.

Negative: When I try its automation ability I found a very less number of things that I can automate. That is the biggest con of this tool.

Summary: Trello is a service that I would totally recommend to any company, despite being quite expensive software and having plans with a fairly high price, I consider it to be a very beneficial service for any company, since it is capable of showing different views For projects, it has a board view and a grid view, which helps you understand all the projects that are being developed in your company. Currently, in this financial services company, this platform has been really optimal and beneficial, since we have developed short and long-term financial projects with the collaboration of many of our employees, with the help of this platform we have been able to have constant monitoring of the development of each activity that complements each project, we can have a monitoring of all the activities that are being developed and the activities that are pending to be developed, we can assign a diverse work team for specific activities. However, the most important negative factor of this platform is that it is very difficult to visualize all the pending tasks within a specific project, since the platform is not capable of breaking down all these pending activities within the main panel, but rather you have to access each project individually to view all the pending tasks, although the grid system and the board system is quite beneficial to know the participants and the progress of each project, it is not capable of showing all the pending tasks , but only shows the number of tasks, but does not show them in detail. In addition, another negative characteristic is that any type of information that is deleted from the project cannot be recovered, this is something that is really critical, since if an employee deletes a task, it is not possible to recover it, nor to recover the information that was inside her.

Negative: Because it’s extremely customizable, there is a steep learning curve to it. However, the upside to that is ability to completely customize your experience

The ability to add detail and checklists to each task card helps simplify the process for everyone involved and lets project managers see the progress from their whole team, on each agenda item, in real time.

Negative: Somewhat clunky to start using, card editing is not always intuitive, meaning that team members unfamiliar with the platform may not always see the detail or checklists under the heading and fail to use that information as intended. It is also easy to accidentally move a card to a different project header and then have to search for it.

Summary: Overall, if you want a project management platform that will help you and your team stay organized, Trello is the one for you.

Positive: I love that Trello helps keep all of my information organized and that nothing (information and candidates) doesn't fall through the cracks. My favorite feature is the tags, because there are many Trello boards that I share with my coworkers and we can tag different cards so each of us know who is working on what.

Negative: I wish there was an "undo" feature. Sometimes I accidentally move or delete something off my board and want to undo my actions.

Summary: The amount of benefits that Trello has brought us is great. Since it belongs to our company, at the beginning, our main objective with this platform was that it will help us to carry out small projects, which took about a week, however as time went by we discovered that this platform went much further, we were able to carry out much more intense projects which also involved many more participants, this platform allowed us to add all those participants and be able to create a fairly high number of projects. Finally, my other positive point that I really believe that every software, website or OS should always have is drag and drop, this function is very practical and I am very happy that Trello has it since it saves a lot of time when organizing.

Negative: The main problem I have had with this platform is the synchronization of the board of the entire work team that is within one or several projects, tests have been carried out to see the speed with which the status of the completed tasks, actions taken or some notification and it was noted that it took some time for all the team involved to see the applied update. This does not prevent the use of Trello but it does disappoint a bit because the first thing that is required to automate the work is speed and in short-term projects it is of the utmost importance that everyone is as up-to-date as possible, even the client wants to see real-time project progress. Another point in favor is the little interaction it has with other platforms, in my case I don't see how it can be integrated with Slack in an easier way to be able to carry out specific and organized topics of conversation within a project without losing the thread. I know that I have mentioned how easy and simple it is to share what is done on this platform with clients, but a user outside of Trello is almost difficult because it is not intuitive, complete or safe when it comes to a user who needs to perform a follow-up if you are a client and without being part of the project team. The reports that are generated to be honest are not very practical, there are things that are practically unnecessary as well as others that are missing, very few personalized and incomplete, that essential aspect needs to be improved. I would like more detailed information but one that is practical and easy to understand if you go directly to a project but rather see almost everything within the main dashboard without losing versatility. I would also like them to improve performance when working with large teams since it is very difficult to manage within the platform. Add more additional CRM features.

Summary: Trello created a solution that another program of mine could not. It is a straightforward and organized interface that keeps me and my team on track for our tasks. Would highly recommend for any size company.

Positive: Trello does task management very well. It has many customization options to organize your tasks exactly how you want them for you or your team. It offers a better task management system than the CRM I utilize making it a great add-on to my current tools.

Negative: The customization on the to-do cards are lacking. There could be more options when it comes to labels and compartmentalizing task to create a more specific category for each card.

Summary: Great, highly recommend this as a daily productivity tool. Easy to setup and runs on mobile and desktop computers.

Positive: Very easily to understand and use. I like the graphical interface and the layout of the screen. And it is free to use.

Negative: Not much to criticize about how the application works.

Positive: My team has used Trello for both program management, and as a way to visually organize data. I love sticky notes in general, so I love the sticky note themed visuals, but they are so much better than the paper copies because 1) they don't fall off my wall and 2) multiple team members can be updating them as they work on tasks no matter where they are working from.

Negative: I found it difficult to easily combine Trello boards or to share them with someone who wasn't part of the team creating the board.

Summary: Trello is the one tool I always have on every platform. I have used it for years back before Atlassian bought them. I am happy that they didn't ruin it when they bought it.

Positive: Love the simplicity and organization this gives me. I am able to set checklist, share content and track items easily. I use this for everything I track. Projects, personal lists and Goals.

Negative: The migration to Workspaces was a little tricky. I understand why they did it but I had to move a lot of boards around and do a lot of permission stuff to get it back to how I wanted it. Overall not a big deal but I got it working fine.
