Summary: I moved from a larger timesheet/payroll processing company to WorkForceHub. When our company down-sized during the covid pandemic, our processing company didn't allow for a decrease in our costs. The team at WorkForceHub was excellent to work with. Any issue that I had, they quickly responded and let me know what I should be doing.
Positive: I love that the payroll entry is so user friendly. From the time sheets to the payroll processing, this is a smooth process.
Negative: I don't have any cons to this company. All issues that I had in the beginning, were quickly responded to and taken care of.

Summary: I really enjoy using WorkforceHub. It is easy to use, friendly staff, and overall decent features.
Positive: It is very easy to access online. If I have any problems there are always someone there to assist me.
Negative: There are a few design flaws that I don't like. If you have staff that have been "terminated" you can't add their their W-2.

Summary: We compared many of the other solutions available and workforce hub made the most sense. We did not want to pay for a lot of extra features that we did not need, as we handle our own payroll.
Positive: We use workforce hub as a total solution for our time clock, onboarding, and HR needs. It has everything you need to adequately manage a business with around 50-100 employees like us. I can see it scaling up to 500 employees with ease. Most of the tasks we need to be complete are intuitive to navigate through the menus. They have a mobile app that is fully featured with remote login, time off requests, or time card review(and notation). Fingerprint login is also available and easy to setup.
Negative: Lengthy onboarding experience and some minor issues with time punch exporting initially.

Summary: I want us to go back to this program. My company dropped it while I was on leave and I am working to going back as it is the best solution we have found.
Positive: We were very impressed with the HR portal within this program. My company is working towards an all-digital filing system and the employee documents seemed to be the last to go.
Negative: The only downside is that, due to our QuickBooks program and requirements, it was not able to report over to QB as needed. We were aware that QBs doesn't allow third parties to report all the data as their own program would; however, we found the manual work around to just be a little too much.

Summary: The product gets the job done. It does better than others in the market, at a lower cost.
The mobile app is easy to use for the employees.Positive: I liked the setup process and the customization to my company needs. The integration with QuickBooks generating weekly time sheets is great, there is no need to upload files. The geofencing is a valuable feature. Making changes and corrections involve simple steps. In general the product is easy to use and great value for money.
Negative: When using the QuickBooks integration, the over time needs to be classified manually.

Summary: Good, we use it daily for all my employees, we are not going to be using the start and end break features.
Positive: Clocking in and out, also tracking time PTO/Vacation. Like the calendar to show who is off each day.
Negative: Wanted to be able to adjust already approved time off, in the current weeks time sheet.

Workforce Review for Small Medical Office Date: Mar 05 2024
Summary: Overall, It is a user friendly software that is great for a small medical practice. We definitely do not utilize all the bells and whistles, but meets our needs for timekeeping. The pricing for the software is also reasonable.
Positive: I like that the software allows my staff to see how much PTO they have and are able to request time off via the app, even when they are out of office. I also like the functionality of manipulating the clock in/clock out times and adjusting PTO manually.
Negative: I wish there was an easier way to adjust approved PTO if someone only ends up taking 2 hours instead of 3. You have to deny the request or have the employee withdrawal the request instead of letting an administer manipulate it manually. I also would like to see a cleaner report for PTO time. The totals for timekeeping can look a little confusing as well if someone has unpaid time, PTO and holiday pay. It could be more streamlined.

Summary: Tech support is amazing.
Workforce Hub user friendly.
Combined reporting could be more useful.
Keep in mind when purchasing that Administrators are considered employees; may need to purchase more "slots".Positive: Various reports to fit needs.
Ease of login.
Great Tech Support.
Many features.
Pricing very comparable.
User friendly.Negative: Paid time off calculations are not easy to set up. Some reporting cannot be done as one report; have to run several to get the results. Administrators should not count as employees if not tracking their time.

Summary: Overall we are pleased with the money we are spending. It does make life easier in the long run.
Positive: Love that it is customizable for a number of things. It is easy to learn and for the most part, is great.
Negative: Issues with formatting, cannot format in Workflows when trying to send instructions to others. The email pushes everything together. Seems like an easy fix.

Summary: Overall, we get by using this product but we wish it were much more versatile and that the support was better.
Positive: I like having a platform to help with onboarding, tracking timeclock entries, and having a portal to posting open jobs with Applicant Stack. It definitely helps with keeping us organized and we always know where we are in the hiring process.
Negative: Support can take over a week to help in some cases which is pretty frustrating.

Summary: Moderately happy with product. Have had several issues along the way. We still aren't fully using the product because we are still ironing out a few things, so we don't quite know its full potential just yet.
Positive: I like the ease of entry for new employees. Time cards are easy to view and edit. I do like the history function for pay.
Negative: It's a little confusing to find exactly the information you need. Also, even when a timecard has a vacation entry, it doesn't deduct from their vacation balance. We don't have employees using the portal just yet, so they cannot request vacation. It's just a little frustrating.
