Summary: My experience using Sonetel number while in US or travelling outside to receive voice call or text messages is very good. Also my interaction with Vasudhara has been really pleasant.

Positive: Vasundhara was very helpful in enabling me to make the required payment to Sonetel to continue to keep my US number active.
The US number is helpful for me to stay connected, specifically getting SMS.

Negative: I am very happy with the service and cannot think of any Cons.

Summary: I really like Sonetel and recommend it highly to all that are looking for a safe and secure way to connect with customers or potential customers.

Yo to date I have not had any issues with Sonetel and the Support Team (Kudos) great support but most of all issue resolution in a timely manner.

Positive: I like that is it very user friendly and always connects the calls, I don't experience any outages when using Sonetel. I also like that it has a large amount of caller IDs available for USA and that you can forward the calls to your personal cell phone or voicemail.
That is very helpful to ensure customer we are a legit company.

Negative: I would like to have an auto dialer available on Sonetel, you already have the caller IDs that we can use. Voicemail and other great features. Why not have it all?

Summary: It is here to stay that’s clear and has stayed so, we will continue with them for sure!
The fact that I get to have for my team global numbers that it’ll facilitate costumer service in that said country and continent it is unprecedented and give a unparalleled peace of mind to any client / costumer my company has in that location and, it comes without the insane paper trail that you’d need, long lines, documents and contracts individually you’d need country by country and A MUST residence and / or office!

Positive: We have used this service at a global scale for over half a decade and grew along with them and their updates and diversity in services!

Saved us headache & wasted fees over the years.

Negative: Perhaps a REVOLUT and Apple Pay option but, that it’ll mean more fees on our part so, maybe not. Apple charges 30% for apps so...

Summary: One of the biggest challenges for a starting business is to be recognized, Sonetel allow us to have an international US number that can be used for all the business needs, even WhatsApp, because Sonetel is able to receive SMS with confirmation codes. Their customer support is always willing to help. Very affordable and convenient service, they also have their own web application and mobile application.

Summary: We had about 4 to 5 contacts with the Sonetel service desk since the last years: always helped with professional excellence.

Negative: The are NO cons or questions raised : straightforward solution, Right to the point.

Personal support is what I liked the most.
I would recommend being more clear what documents each country requires before making a payment.

Positive: I contracted 1 Swiss phone line.
After 2 days I got contacted to provide information that the local company needs to register the phone.
Sajida was a charm, she explained what I needed to provide. She covered local numbers as well as toll-free.
In our final email I realized I could not get the service due to missing documentation. A full refund was done.

Negative: The web page is very good.
I only had trouble creating an account, an error was showing in the app and the web page. Most probably a service was down.
Eventually I was able to create an account.
Finally, the web page could be better structured. I had to navigate all sections to know the different products. Maybe a wizard or main page explaining the services.

Summary: Their service is awesome. I have been using Sonetel for a couple of years now and absolutely love it. I have multiple virtual numbers with them. Customer service is really good too. They have been extremely helpful with any questions or issues that I have.

Summary: The overall Sonetel phone number experience is BEST BEST BEST. I have been using Sonetel for over four years now, and there is no other better competitor who can match their service expertise. First of all, they have quite a large pool of mobile numbers you can choose from. I like choosing easy numbers that are memorable. Sonetel's large pool of numbers makes me give them a BIG tick. Their services are very reliable, and their calls are as clear as using within the country.
Customer care and support is very key when it comes to choosing a reliable service provider. Sonetel's customer care is where I give them a tick in all the boxes.
Sonetel customer care is very responsive, knowledgable of your problem and you are served by a real person.

Positive: Sonetel international mobile numbers are easy to set up, and the best part is that they forward SMS messages to your email. Most other international phone providers do not provide SMS capabilities.
I find their customer care team very responsive in sorting the issue. They follow up with you until the issue is resolved.

Negative: Forwarding mobile calls to your country PSTN can be pricey.

Summary: It's an excellent and dirt-cheap service that gets the job done! It's worth every penny to anyone who needs a virtual number.

Positive: Sonetel is pretty easy to use. We've rented a US number to receive SMS OTP messages. It works great almost all the time. Customer support is also responsive and works beyond office hours to resolve issues. Above all, it's cheap.

Negative: I'm yet to encounter any issues worth complaining about.

Positive: The process of getting a virtual number is easy with Sonetel. Yes, you are required to submit some document in order to go through verification, but the review process is done professionally.
