Positive: I normally don't like pop up fields but in this case i needed to change a receipt. It was done just in a few minutes. This support is just awesome.
If i would scan and email i would loose too much time! The Lady was very professional and nice!

Negative: There was nothing i didn't like.

Summary: It's a great product.

Positive: The initial installation went great. I'm interested in putting my large excel files to PDF files for emailing.

All went good.

Negative: When I went to print a document. Soda would come up?

All that needs to be done is go into each program you print from and change print to printer instead of Soda. All works great afterwards.

Summary: Keep up the good work Team Soda Pdf.

Positive: The interface is easy to understand and operate.
The support has really been very very fast whenever I had a query.

Negative: Very rarely it has hung on me. I restarted and worked fine.

Summary: I installed the first time and everything was fine, then an update came out and the system would not operate, however - the customer care team were quick to respond and assisted me greatly. They quickly came up with a fix for the problem and we were back up and running in no time. Many thanks to Audrey and Roni for all their kind help.

Positive: Ease of use, simple to install and has great features.

Negative: Nothing at all, even though we did have an issue, it was quickly and expertly resolved by the customer care team.

Summary: Good luck with your business.

Positive: Very easy and cheap. Kind response to the complaint.

Negative: Expand the converted languages of the image to the 100 countries.

Summary: My overall experience was a very good one.
The Customer Support Agent (Angela) assisted me without hesitation, and my system was re-installed and updated with ease.

Positive: I liked the support that was readily available with the "Chat" feature - in spite of the pre-dawn hours that I submitted my request - the Customer Support Agent was there to help to resolve the issue.

Negative: N/A

Summary: I recently needed to reinstall Soda PDF Pro on my computer. Using the customer chat option was fast and convenient.

Positive: Soda PDF Pro takes care of all my needs for converting PDF documents and images. It is easy to use, intuitive.

Negative: It took me a while to shift from another PDF converter program but the transition was relatively painless.

Summary: Great lightweight PDF editor. Does not have a massive footprint on the hard disk for the functionalities. Handy alternative to other mainstream editors.

Positive: I have used SodaPDF for sometime now. Although my usage is pretty minimal, I use SodaPDF for my needs.

- Slick interface, although I'd love it to improve in a few ways

Negative: - No black theme/ customization
- I'm using a slightly older version, the interface is now starting to look jaded. Now there's no perpetual license. (Not a fan of subscriptions for my occasional needs. )

Summary: Using Soda PDF 360 Pro makes my daily job of editing PDF files a pleasure. I have an extremely busy work schedule, so to use a product as good as this is a pleasure.

Positive: The editing facility is the best available, the aligning text blocks feature allows one to make extremely neat pdf documents. There are so many other great things about this software, I would recommend you purchase it today.

Negative: That I didn't have access to this software 10 years ago :)

Summary: Overall, Soda PDF is a user-friendly and highly secured documents tool that helps in creating, editing and sharing documents with ease.

Positive: - It helps a lot in signing PDF documents securely.
- Soda PDF helps in sharing documents online securely by using passwords.
- It has various useful features, some of them are multiple document viewing options and native OCR tool.

Negative: - Soda PDF works flawlessly in desktops, however I faced issues while creating documents in the mobile version of the software.

Summary: Software I use daily and suits my needs. I would recommend this software to others. It suits my work perfectly.

Positive: Easy to use. This is software that I use every day and works well with the other programmes I am using.

Negative: None. I don't have any issues with this software at all.

Summary: Overall, Soda PDF is a PDF editor by which anyone can create, edit and share PDF documents securely and quickly.

Positive: - Soda PDF helps in compressing the PDF size without affecting the quality of the document.
- It has a clean and modern user interface.
- The documents can be signed with e-signature flawlessly.

Negative: - Creating and editing PDF document in mobile version of the software can be a bit hard to do.

Summary: Elected this product over two others.
Use on my Desktop when in town, and my Laptop when at customer's office.

Positive: Ease of Use.
Good Documentation.
Can develop Form using Microsoft Word.
Preview option as one edits.

Negative: When completing the Form, cannot send an email with this attached file.

Would like to hear about a solution.

Summary: Once I understood how to use it I found the program amazing and very easy to use. Just love it. I is really amazing how quickly my documents are conversed.

Positive: That I can use the conversion on my iMac although Word generally is not supposed to be able to be used on iMac.

As a translator this makes my life easier, a lot of clients would want the translated documents in word.

Negative: The program seems to be a bit difficult to use, that is there are some hick-ups such as logging out. I have to first close down the program and then log back in before I can finally log out. This is difficult to understand.

Summary: We use SODA for a whole range of business activities and find it very easy to use. There's no need to read any instructions to get started, it's that simple.

Positive: The system is intuitive, very easy to use.
Multiple options, offering great flexibility in what you can do.
Excellent customer service.

Negative: Although it has not happened for a while, on the odd occasion, the premium service switches itself to free, for no reason. It's easy to switch it back though!
