Summary: Very pleasant! All tasks together in the same software, although it's not always easy to find them.

Positive: Very strong features! I appreciate especially the chance to modify the pdf, without any effort: really GREAT! Other features are more common with other software packages, but here You have all them together. It's not always easy to find what You want to do, but with the experience all gets more and more easy.

Negative: Not much to say. My antivirus had some difficulties with false positives and I had to reinstall the software twice. But at the end, with the help of the support, it worked again.

Summary: Excellent. The programme changes files to pdf instantly and makes my life easier when needing to store and combine files.

Positive: Ease of use does and what it says on the Tin. I find it versatile and reliable. I use it on a daily basis.

Negative: Occasionally it hick ups after an update but Customer services are always helpful and get it sorted.

Positive: Low price, a single license allow to use the software in up to two Windows computers and online from a web browser, ease of use, very similar in functionality to Adobe Professional, good technical support and easy licenses administration from Soda PDF web portal.

Negative: Users who are used to using Adobe Professional might find that Soda PDF is not easy to use at first.

Negative: It seems every time I have updated the program I have had issues getting it validated. This time was no different, after much frustration to get the program activated I went to support and a chat with Molly. She figured it out that I had two different emails on file. She deleted the old email I no longer use. Finally got the activation to work thanks to Molly. She sure is patient for I am stupid at times. Thank You.

Positive: It is fast reliable, easy to work with, even though the practice is necessary to take advantage of the software.

Negative: Year cost for new versions as a subscription, not as paid software it used to be. Also, application modules included in early versions are now charged separately. Nowadays in this market and unstable economy worldwide, taking a year commitment to an intangible product is too risky for many users.

Summary: Excellent, helpful and quick to come back too me and the app is great know I know how to work it and can access it from any where in the country.

Positive: Emie was very helpful when I had a problem with my Soda desktop, she helped me get back into and reset the app so I could carry out what I needed to do and enabled me to carry on working. Lovely lady & very helpful.

Negative: The only thing I didn't like was when I couldn't get into the app but that was not Emie's fault I think I messed around with something and she put it right.

Negative: I find it hard to select and use e-sign packages.
