Summary: I have tried a number of PDF programs, but this is the best one I have used that I really liked, and that was easy to do what I wanted it t do.

Positive: It is easy to understand. I like how I can easily setup the pages I'm working on, and then easily save them for using later in my projects. The many adjustments I can make is also great.

Negative: It's probably not perfect, but I haven't found anything to complain about.

Summary: SODA PDF is a quick platform for document reading, and there is even the option of editing from the program. Again, SODA PDF is too responsive, and accurate in its functionality.

Positive: SODA PDF makes it practically easier to access all the documents, where there is even an easy editorial process. Again, SODA PDF accepts files or documents in all forms.

Negative: The developer takes quite long for an upgrade, and this is critical to keep the software moving.

Summary: Overall, it supports many languages as well as using it very easily.
Every feature is up to date and the fining of the file which is edited or made on it is awesome.

Positive: You can easily make a pdf file or edit it with all the necessary tools. It gives you the power to convert a file in pdf format or from pdf to any other format.
You can use it online or download it on your PC.

Negative: Basic features are free but it charges for important features such as conversion and does not give a trial version for the same.

Summary: Do yourself a favour and buy it! Stop the stress of trying to convert Word docs etc Soda is a breeze and works always.

Positive: This software rocks...I can create docs, edit, comment, OCR its the bees knees and all so simple. Much easier than some other well known products which are way more expensive!

Negative: None...zero....it works so well I cannot in all honesty criticize it! It's the bomb!

Summary: I definitely recommend Soda PDF. It's one of those things where you don't realize how much you needed it till you have it. And no more of that Acrobat Reader nonsense.

Positive: I've always secretly despised the Acrobat pdf reader, even the pro version. The whole thing feels like a big commercial. Soda PDF concentrates instead on doing the actual work of editing, creating, etc. Love the optical character recognition -- something else I've been missing.

Negative: I've had a good experience, so no big complaints. The app is more efficient than the web browser, but that's almost always the case anyway.

Summary: Fairly easy and good help. Molly helped me in a very speedy and friendly manner.
She did not give me a hard time or anything because I made a goof. It was awesome, especially since I was in freak out mode and needed the doc asap for a payroll submission.

Negative: When I submitted for help, the little chat box was covered by questions. I could hear it dinging that someone was there, but I could not find the person typing. That was the only real problem. Finally I found the chat & helper, they were gone, but when I entered a hello, they showed up again.

Summary: Professional and speedy, solution was found within seconds and proved to be exactly what was
Required.

Positive: Went onto Chat. Response within seconds.
Sent me some links to solve problem.
10 minutes later all solved.

Negative: I had no problem connecting with support so I do not have any issues with support.

Summary: Molly is an excellent tech.

FYI: I support the software end of my husband's business. He loves that I'm able to utilize Soda to help him with technical material.

Positive: I needed an image displayed landscape on a page changed to display as portrait. Soda's tech, Molly, provided me the steps and it worked. The next day I needed to do a similar thing but those steps didn't work I was lucky and got Molly again. Puzzled, she had me send the new original and the one I tried to change. She fixed it and sent it back to me. As a former IT / Software Trainer, I could tell Molly knew "her stuff".

Negative: None.

Summary: You pay for great service. This piece of software is imperative for me to run my house.

Positive: Very easy to use and if you can think of an application you can do it on Soda PDF. I have used this from mortgage documents to kids school projects.

Negative: I wish I didn't have to write anything here...No cons

Summary: I've had issues before with copying and pasting from Adobe where what I was copying and pasting turned out to be jumbled, which required me to type instead of copy and paste. I do not have that problem with this program.

Positive: 1. Available both as a desktop and a web-based app.
2. Increases productivity.
3. Makes editing a PDF a breeze.

Negative: I don't have anything negative to say about this product.

Summary: Excellent support from a knowledgeable support team. I would recommend this product and their after sales support.

Positive: Your support lady Angela was amazing. She sorted me out, which isn’t easy as I am not that tech savvy. She was patience itself. Thank you.

Negative: Nothing at all to complain about I was pleased with the whole interaction.

Summary: My overall experience with the SodaPDF software and contacting support and the resolution for my issue was excellent.

Positive: So far, I love the 360 Pro version. i use PDF's quite a bit and i love the options to merge, edit, create PDFs.

When I tried to install the 360 upgrade, my CC was charged, but I could not install the upgrade. I contacted Support and they responded within a couple of days with a resolution.

Negative: So far, I have not found anything that i have not liked about this software.

Summary: A good app, I recommend at any one who is interested. With the exception of the design of the soda pdf 12 really to be recommended!!!

Positive: The possibility's are great. It does what it has to do, no less, no more. A great app we are using now already over 5 years at least.

Negative: The new design of the app is bad : less clear, everything in the red color, so more difficult to read. I hope it will change during the upcoming period.

Negative: SODA PDF has eliminated many bugs, making it the right way for custom document creation. Again, SODA PDF has high updates, which makes it remarkable.

Summary: It is one-stop software for you if you are, like me, not very good at handling PDF files,!

Just purchase it and enjoy the ease of what the SODA PDF giving you!

Positive: Generally, the after sale service is not a main point for customers, like me, for the software.

Considerate is the word I feel the services received from the service provider!

Other than that, the powerful performances of the Soda PDF, for me, need not to reiterate here again, as good product promote itself!

Negative: If it can be purchased with one-off price, it is better!
