Summary: Believe this is one for the money. Have referred this product to many friends and family. Truly happy with the company, service and pricing.

Positive: Excellent product with great support. Very happy with this program which I have used for several years now.

Negative: No issues at this time. The program has always worked well for me.

Summary: So far my experience with Soda PDF has been excellent. My interaction with technical and sales support has been very good.

Positive: I liked the ease with which I could edit and manipulate existing PDF files. I also liked the support I received from the tech staff and the Chat personnel. The chat I had produced everything I was looking for and more relate information.

Negative: You are forcing me to expand on a subject that I only have zero comments. I do not have any negative comments about the program or the support.

Summary: Was very frustrated Tuesday, but Molly redeemed my opinion and relieved my frustrations. I was working so had to try to work while trying to get this fixed. Was kicked off chat four times and then when I tried to get on chat after I was done working on Tuesday, chat was down. So glad I got Molly today because she was able to get the software working as it has since I bought it in 2018.

Positive: Molly was able to get me set back up so I could use my owned software within 30 minutes. Appreciate Molly's quick resolution of my issue.

Negative: Previous Tuesday when I was knocked off chat 4 times.

Summary: Excellent!

Positive: It is so nice not being stuck with Adobe's PDF very expensive editor. I think SodaPDF is more capable than Adobe's PDF Editor too. I really like the arrow option and I do not remember Adobe having an arrow option like SodaPDF.

I have had to contact customer support a couple of times and they have been very responsive, polite and professional.

Negative: No cons so far.

Summary: I didn't have to speak to a lot of people. Customer service was able to transfer me to billing department to resolve the issue quickly. The refund came in a few days.

Positive: The company was determined to refund the money I overpaid. The price dropped and I was glad that the company was willing to make the adjustments. I will be glad to share my experience to everyone.

Negative: There weren't any Cons for me. I was very pleased with my experience.

Summary: Just a good product and helpful company. They were there right when they were needed. thanks for the help.

Positive: I am so glad I use this product. The support staff are great. On the ball and helpful. Will continue to use this product.

Negative: None really. I am happy with this product. It does take some time to learn some of the extras that this does have to offer.

Summary: Soda PDF is an excellent program. It is easy to use and I am particularly pleased with the customer support that I have received. It is a program that people who do conversions to and from PDF should have on their computers.

Positive: Soda PDF is an excellent program and one that is easy to use. In addition, the customer support associated with the program is also excellent. I am pleased to have selected Soda PDF for use.

Negative: I have not found any problems with Soda PDF that effect my work.

Summary: Good! I like that it has the e-sign features so I can sent contracts this way. I feel like it’s necessary these days to make signing forms easy for people otherwise there’s a chance they just won’t do it or it would take many followups to get things signed and returned. This makes it streamlined!

Positive: The design, the ease of use once I figured it out, and the support was pretty good too - see comment below.

Negative: I was told to upload a pic of my issue I was having. I asked her to stand by. She said take your time. I think it took me around 4-5 minutes to get my image over. In the meantime it must have been too long because it looked like a default message kicked out that said you’ve been silent too long, etc. and I was transferred over to a new tech. I feel like this wait period could be longer or controlled on the tech side or else please don’t tell me to take your time when that’s not the case. Regardless the issue was solved by the new tech no problem and I love your product.

Summary: Kudos to MOLLY for guiding me back to restoration.
I do have a complaint---sometimes a PDF file that I have modified and saved "hangs" and Windows will not allow me to move it to a different folder because it is "open and in use" (even with everything closed). The only way to "free it up" is to restart Windows. ----Just a minor inconvenience.

Positive: I have been using SODA 11 since April 2019. I like what it provides for manipulation of my PDF files.

Negative: I became VERY unhappy and frustrated when "my administrator" "unassigned" my access" to my program and was literally FORCING me to purchase an upgrade, abandoning my perpetual license that I purchased in 2019!!!!

Summary: No concerns, my customer service experience was excellent. The team in the chat room were prompt, expert, and very helpful.

Positive: I was immediately referred to someone who could help me, and she was patient and helpful in solving my inability to read an xfa file, even though I'm not a techie, and just an average user.

Summary: Great experience with support. They knew how to solve the problem without bringing in someone else. Got it done quickly and right!

Positive: I had several issues going on and support was able to handle both. The team gave good instructions, and handled everything correctly and efficiently.

Negative: took awhile to find out how to get to live support from the website.

Summary: It’s a good product that makes dealing with documents easier, both creating and editing. I like the use of esign, previewing, and converting documents.

Positive: Easy to use for business and personal. creating and editing documents easy. I like the esign ability. Easy to merge word documents.

Negative: After an update I have had to reinstall as it doesn’t recognize my subscription.

Summary: I don't edit every PDF that I have on my computer ... but every once in a while I find a need to change something on a PDF and SODA 14 gives me everything I've ever needed.

Positive: I like what I can do with SODA 14 and I don't believe that I could use any other features other than those provided with this version.

Negative: I needed to learn what I needed to do to use all the features ... but once I did this "CON" turned out to be nothing at all.

Summary: Always excellent products and support at a reasonable price. I would recommend Soda PDF Pro to anyone creating or manipulating PDF documents.

Positive: Besides an excellent product in PDF Pro, the technical and support staff are outstanding. I had inadvertently subscribed to two different versions of SodaPDF with overlapping subscriptions. The support staff pointed out my error and extended my PDF Pro subscription as compensation.

Negative: Great products and services, nothing to complain about.

Summary: Very good product. Works quickly and simply.

Positive: Needed a pdf conversion software.. looked at numerous ones... Soda works perfect and simply for me... thanks.

Negative: Slow customer service response..... but did respond and quickly resolved the problem.
