Summary: For now, quality/price this is an amazing product, either you're looking for basic things to do or advanced things, Soda has all you are looking for at a reasonable price!

Positive: Really like it so far. All you need in one easy to use program! Would recommend to anyone looking for a PDF viewer, editor, e-sign.

Negative: Can't tell any cons for the time being, as I said it fill all my needs for now.

Summary: I highly recommend SODA. It's very affordable and user-friendly. It has all the editing feature that you need such as converting, editing, compressing, merging, and securing documents.

Positive: What I like most with Soda is you can use it online and offline. I always travel and some places that I go to don't have a stable internet connection. So it's very convenient and you can feel at ease knowing that your can still work anywhere and anytime. And it's more affordable compared to Adobe given that SODA offers almost the same use as Adobe.

Negative: The trial version is requiring us to register and give out some personal information.

Summary: The tech person was just great solved all my issues and was very courteous. The tech was interested in helping me and I appreciated it.

Positive: The program that says it all. All I want is for the app to just work and this just works and it works well.

Negative: The website was difficult for me ....but I am 79 years old. My first computer was a Radio Shack Trash 80 and lived with DOS and Windows. We thought 9600 baud was fast (that's a joke) and Pentium chips were the end all (that is a joke also). But what do I know, it probably works well for those under 12.
But for us vintage people who miss the coffee cup holder (the CD disk drive) ......well what can I say!!!!!

Summary: The issue sorted out by transferring involving three customer services and finally Irene told me that I would be refunded partially so It is all good at the end.

Positive: Customer services representative very keen to sort out the issues/problems.
It was very positive attitude.

Negative: There was some confusion in order places and amount charged.

Summary: Overall, SODA PDF is an easy-to-use PDF editing tool available on all the platforms. The price is reasonable, and the features are enough to create or edit any PDF document.

Positive: - SODA PDF is the only application required to do any kind of operation on a PDF document.
- It has innumerable amount of features that works great in creating or editing an existing PDF document.
- The price of the application is aggressively low, which makes it an affordable option for everyone.

Negative: - Aside from the outdated user interface that feels sluggish sometimes, there isn't much to dislike about the application.

Summary: Brilliant highly recommended, cannot find fault in any way, simple and easy to use with excellent customer care and support.

Positive: I like the software as it is so easy to navigate and use. The customer support is second to none couldn't fault it and responded very quickly with a very friendly manner nothing is too much trouble.

Negative: No cons so simple to use and help can be found very simply.

Summary: I have digitized my entire life going back 50 years. Every paycheck, receipt, certificate, letter, etc....has been scanned and organized on my hard drive. Soda PDF Pro was a key tool in making this happen. I can pick up my computer and move to another location with all my life long documents.

Positive: I have been using this product for over 4 years. Does everything I need and I suspect I have only scratched the surface in regards to functionality. Easy to use.

Negative: Nothing. Soda Pro has more functions than I need...but maybe someday, I will find a requirement.

Summary: Easy to use and download and customer service was fast and nice to work with.

Positive: Customer service was excellent in explaining and updating our account in adding a license to our account.

Negative: Nothing was inconvenient.

Summary: Overall, this is a great product!! As I stated before, I haven't really utilized the product as I would like, but what I have used, I am very confident that I will be an avid user of Soda pdf. I won't speak down on other file converters, but the ease, quality, and efficiency of Soda pdf is top-notch! Keep up the great work. More people will convert, no pun intended. Great work guys.

Positive: I liked the ease of the download process. There was instant modification of other files! I thought that was a very professional, down-to-business approach. I am a just-do-it person, and I like my products the same way. I will be purchasing Soda pdf when able, and I will be sure to tell everyone I come in contact with, that is looking for instant-file-conversion gratification. Thank you Soda pdf for restoring my faith in technology again.

Negative: I haven't really accessed all of the features, therefore, I can only comment on the present resources utilized during my experiences. I was having file conversion and uploading issues for many of the assignments in courses I am taking. I came across Soda pdf and Wow! I took a chance, and this was one of the best decisions I've made in a while regarding technology. I downloaded Soda pdf, they proved themselves to be true to form. My files were converted, I believe they're secure, but most of all, I was able to get my assignments turned in and get the grades I tried so hard to get before. So, no, I don't have any cons at the moment.

Summary: Access to your service could be made easier.

Positive: Excellent service to correct and credit the extra service done by error of purchase.
Furthermore, I received the instruction to uninstall the old Soda program and install the new Soda Desktop PRO 12.

Negative: Difficult to get to your service; once there, it is fairly easy to work with your technicians; but once accessed, it is courteous.

Summary: I have been using Soda PDF for over 5 years and enjoy using it. Over the years, I have not had any major issues using PDF. They are always updating their design and features. It was easy too.

Positive: Easy to use and reasonably priced. Customer service is really good. Anytime I have an issue that they cannot immediately resolve, they make sure to find out how to get it fixed and will follow up.

Negative: Sometimes it crashes. I wish they had a backup feature so I wouldn't lose what I was working on. Dislike being limited on how many signatures I can do.

Summary: I really like this program. It is convenient to be able to alter text within a .pdf. It is great for compiling documents. Without this program, I would not be able to complete tasks required of me at work. I am pleased with the fast and available live chat agents.

Positive: That the live chat agents were friendly, quick and compliant. There were no questions asked. They resolved everything within minutes.

Negative: That the charges came without me being aware of it.

Positive: I like the product very much, but PLEASE find the second account in your customer list.

Negative: No response to my problem of having two accounts with Soda PDF.

Summary: It was a smooth purchase except for adding in options to my payment that I did not want, but Rachel handled that promptly.

Positive: Rachel was prompt and courteous with her response and time with the issue I had. All in all the conversation took less than 5 minutes for her to handle. I wish all companies handles their customer service issues that quickly.

Negative: The website automatically added in 3 options that I did not request at time of payment. There was nowhere for me to unclick them.

Summary: A bit too costly if without any promotion pack. Need to have the guidebook or help common to understand how to use the features.

Positive: Can convert files easily even offline. Snapshot is useful rather than the print screen. Need to attach a guidebook on the feature.

Negative: Difficult to find on the copy and paste even it simple command; If can have instead signature because now have a touch screen.
