Summary: I love using Soda PDF, it makes my work so much quicker and more efficient. I can be completely paperless and the presentation of my reports is suburb.

Positive: Soda PDF is very easy and intuitive to use, I was up and running with it minutes after downloading the software.

Negative: Recently I had a problem with Soda PDF billing but the customer service rep sorted it very quickly so I was a happy camper.

Summary: Great software, reasonable price, great customer service and I will recommend this to people who don't want to use the big PDF software companies' products.

Positive: The technical support team is quick to response and were able to solve my questions right away. I really like this level of customer service aside from what the software is capable of!

Negative: Sometimes it's hard to scroll a file but this won't "break it" for me.

Summary: Excellent! When uploading documents with size limitations, this is the best option on the market in my opinion.

Positive: Amazing Compression feature with lots of options! Saved my day! The options even alert you what type of information you may lose if you compress further. You can then pick the perfect compression for the best result.

Negative: Default viewer changed on my system -- Would have preferred that to be an option, rather than automatic. Frightened me a bit.

Summary: Truly great for the value. I use primary to design interior pages for print books for self-published authors and this is a fantastic solution. I have also used it to create contracts.

Positive: Ease of use is fantastic.
Customer service and software support is great.
Not a substantial learning curve.

Negative: Have found none to date, software provides for all my needs.

Summary: Really good product and first-rate help. This is a better product than the Acrobat Pro which I have been using.

Positive: Sandra at Customer help was quick and thorough, and sorted out a problem which I have had for 2 years. Thank you.

Negative: It may just be me, but I couldn't see a button allowing me to choose OS. I am a Mac user, and was subscribing to a PC version.

Summary: My overall experience has been good and when I have an issue it is solved quickly. I find the variety of differing program options confusing and I haven't seen any tick lists or comparisons between the options or descriptions of what each option is or is not yet. That would be helpful for me.

Positive: Once I became accustomed to the program I found it easy to use and edit documents, brochures and items that would have cost me to send to a designer to alter.

Negative: All the notifications that popped up for the software. Eventually sorted.

Summary: Product excellent.

Auto renewal and renewing subscription caught me out with double payment. Miffed.

Or cancel second year subscription and make me happy.

Positive: Feature packed and wants for nothing, used daily and makes report management and pdf editing so straight forward.

Negative: Auto renewal process and cancellation I found not intuitive and I ended up paying twice and had to commute second payment to an extra year's subscription. I would have preferred refund.
BUY IT AND TURN OFF AUTO RENEWAL.

Summary: Very conventional, I think this app is compatible with every device I do believe. It is well worth the price.

Positive: Easy step by step instructions, download convert edit and eSign, also convert jpg to pdf format. Not to time consuming.

Negative: None this is an amazing product, I will be recommending this app to my family and friends.

Summary: Great software, I have used a lot of software from this supplier, and as with all their software it does what its supposed to and I can't fault it in any way it does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Positive: Works very well, and I have used it on a couple of files so far and have been very pleased with it, although I had initial problems with registration the Customer services team soon sorted it for me.

Negative: Have not found any problems thus far, although a relatively new user, I have been delighted with its functions and overhaul very happy with the purchase.

Summary: I have been very happy with this product as it has met all of my expectations. I certainly would recommend to others.

Positive: I like Soda because it is easy to use, does all that I need to do and is less expensing than some of the other similar products which is important as my organization is non-profit.

Negative: Nothing to add here that I would consider a con..

Summary: Good, very happy with product and support.
I don't use many of the clever extra bits, mainly PDF reader, file conversions etc.. but it is set out nicely.

Positive: Easy to understand, fairly straightforward to do the day to day stuff.
File conversions good.
Printing function is straightforward.

Negative: Having to pay 100 per annum to renew licence - particularly as I'm a pensioner!

Summary: I have had this latest version about 1 year since I discovered Docudesk Studio in 2017. I will continue to use SODA PDF until I don't need it.

Positive: Though I have been with DeskPDF for several years, I still consider myself an amateur home user who can create fill-out forms. SODA PDF is much easier to learn and has more functionality than the other products I explored. I have not even scratched the surface of its capabilities. I believe it to be robust enough for the PDF expert in a business enterprise to make himself shine among the others. The help desk people can solve your issues in a reasonable amount of time.

Negative: The e-sign is not well understood by me. I somehow stumbled upon how to effectively use it. Surely, I could have explored YT videos for help.

Summary: So far so good I have come across any major issues with the software. the more you use it the easier it becomes. I did have an issue with an update but customers services sorted it within minutes.

Positive: I've been using this software for around 7 months. I have found it real easy to use. Its simple to use, very user friendly. They have a good support network should you have any issues. and a very helpful customers services team who knows their stuff.

Negative: Only issue I've encountered was a software update that would not load correctly. On live chat the issue was resolved in minutes.

Summary: I Like the SODA PDF product and I am grateful for their help.
I use the product a few times a day.
The features of the SodaPdf help me to edit and merge documents.

Positive: Once I have a problem I receive a quick and professional support.

Negative: A very useful and important product for me as a teacher.
