Summary: I have rarely contacted support at Soda for help. This time around Soda support, in particular Julia, were extremely helpful, solving my issues in a timely fashion and suggesting merging my separate Soda PDF versions on three different devices into a single source subscription.

Positive: Ease of use, compared to Acrobat and Revu, both of which I use at work.
I used Soda PDF in writing, editing, illustrating, and finalizing a 400- page book, with ease and no problems. Thank you Soda!

Negative: Being bugged frequently by ads for software upgrade or new product.

Summary: I'm happy to recommend this software. Yes, it costs but it is is far better than any freeware or web-based utility out there.

Positive: I really like the ease of use and range of features. I am by no means an IT expert but within 15m of installing the software I was up and running.

Negative: There are not any negatives for me with the software.

Summary: Soda PDF can be used to sign the documents online and also edit them without any hassle. It is easy to used and user-friendly.

Positive: - It easily compresses the file without downgrading the original PDF quality.
- PDF can be signed electronically with Soda PDF.

Negative: - There is no con that I have found, works great in every scenario.

Summary: Their support is excellent. No waiting. My questions in my emails were answered in a day and the answers were to the point and they understand their program so well they knew exactly what I required.

Positive: Excellent for editing, designing, converting and protecting. Been using it for 6 years and never let me down. Using it extensively as most of the documents I send out must be protected. Very user friendly to design and copy from one file to another. Very useful to insert pages from other files. I just find it to be one of the most useful programs I have regarding PDF files.

Negative: I found no cons in this program. It is easy to use and just what I need. Obviously there are other programs maybe with more features, but there is nothing I found that hanged on me or did not work. The functions are all working as it should.

Summary: Customer support is excellent and friendly. As I said before, the software is great. I definitely recommend it.

Positive: I think SodaPDF is a great product. It's easy to work with and its features makes it easy to work and manage PDFs. I recommend it.

Negative: Be aware that they renew the annual subscription without alerting you about your anniversary so you may have to contact customer support to cancel.

Summary: Online chat with Andrian put all my anxiety to rest. Fearful confidential docs would B public. With Andrian's help created a login profile/pass.

Positive: The documents are clear; many editing tools. I like to make notes, underline text, open a number of documents at the same time so that I can compare to make sure I'm not repeating myself. Used it years ago and really liked it.

Negative: Wasn't immediately able to create my own profile.

Summary: I have found SodaPDF to satisfy all my needs for PDF manipulation. The editing feature is the one used most but the other features are nice to have.

Positive: This is a well-featured product for PDF files featuring functionality to create, edit, merge, convert from other formats and more.

Negative: It is sometimes a little slow loading large PDF files.

Summary: I use this product daily and it has helped my overall work flow and speed of processing. Had one hiccup with the annual renewal (my fault) that was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Definitely recommend as part of anyone's business daily use

Positive: Soda has a wide range of capabilities. The ones I use the most are the highlight and compress. Definitely the best pdf program I have ever found

Negative: Really still exploring all the features and have yet to find anything that was not easy to use

Summary: Happy with the product which I have been using for a few years now. Support is quite efficient when I have called upon on it in the past.

Positive: Good number of features.
Features are easy to access.
Easy to use.
Reliable.
Efficient support process.

Negative: Cost when compared with some of the competition when as a single private user what are average costs for small business are not seen in the same way by private single users.

Summary: Soda PDF is a great PDF creator with numerous helpful features. You can edit, merge, convert, compress, sign & secure your documents in just a few clicks.

Positive: Very user friendly application.
Fast document rendering.
It has many advanced features, such as merging forms, signature management, document encryption and accurate OCR conversion.
Customer service is quick and responsive.

Negative: Conversion of certain large files takes a bit long to process in some cases.

Summary: The software does the job I needed to do but I like the previous version better. The technical service representative was Fast, Efficient and extremely courteous, A++++

Positive: The customer service representative I had was great because she spoke fluent English, She was extremely courteous and above all very technically Smart because she knew the product and had all the answers.

Negative: My comment here is nothing to do with the Technical service representative.
It had to do with the software changes that went into the 360 Pro. It is my Personal feelings is for every icon you have to hover over it to find out what it means. Use a small icon with a simple explanation under it.

Summary: My overall experience is they have always been on top of every thing. The are very good and capable about what they do and they are extremely efficient. I recommend them to any one.

Positive: Every time I have a problem they have been most forthright with me. They truly aim to please and are ever willing to go the extra mile when it comes to your needs. I am ever impressed with them and have never had a bad experience. They deserve the top of the line rewards for their professional service and accomplishments.

Negative: I can honestly say nothing. They have never been undesirable in any way.

Summary: Great. I recently reinstalled my OS and trying to use other software was annoying. Very pleased to get Soda back working.

Positive: It is a great blend of attractive, intuitive design and extensive functionality.

I've tried several others and none come close. Adobe is the closest but that is much more expensive and I am not interested in a subscription model.

Negative: Having to get new code each time I change my system is a slight minus but I can understand why - so not really a complaint.

I don't want a subscription model which seems to be the push at the moment.

Summary: I use it daily without problems . The scanning of documents is automatically made and easy to handle.

Positive: It's easy and quick and well connected with my printer and scanner. I can recommend it . I use it daily several times.

Negative: Everything ok. I don't see any problems and it's easy to use.

Summary: Excellent.

Positive: Molly one of your support staff is excellent, patient, and understanding of the issue and solved it in great time. Hire more of support as her.

Negative: Nothing that I could see.
