Summary: Excellent. Has a wide array of options to handle and convert many different ways as part of the offering.

Positive: Soda PDF offers all the options you may need for your business to work effectively. I use it daily and it provides the options I need.

Negative: Would like the dashboard to be a little more explanatory.

Positive: I liked the response time to my e-mail. I also thought that the attitude of Sophia was fantastic.

Negative: Possible more communication in the fact that you received my money for Soda software.

Summary: If it called for a "dash," it's harder to measure in terms of powder, but soda's there for you!
Now, if you want to very real--and the way the world is now--"real" i s a temporary thing , I'll say it's a shame it took something as bad as Acrobat to force PDF onto the stage! PDF made my life a heck of a lot easier.

Positive: Makes pancakes light and puffy.
Makes fridges, toilets , teeth and hasn't managed do.
Boxes are easily identifiable-right, honey?

Negative: Really not safe to put the scrapings from the toilet bowl back into the box.

Summary: The program is successful and comprehensive for editing pdf files, the advantage is the possibility of expanding the function, but for my needs it is sufficient.

Positive: The program is universal for my needs, editing pdf files is intuitive and simple, the advantages are inserting bitmap objects, which many other competing programs cannot do.

Negative: I didn't notice the cons, it took me a while to get used to the transition from Soda PDF 5 Standard to a newer version - the new control interface, but that's practically all programs.

Summary: Overall software design and user friendliness, great, not to mention the easy support use and live chat assistance.

Positive: I did like the whole format of the software. I liked it was installed on my computer and I could log in from any system online and use it that way.

Negative: It was not exactly what I was needing.
the price was a bit high.

Summary: A very good program, and helpful support when needed.

Positive: I receive PDF reports as part of my work and I have to review and edit them and send them back to the author, I find Soda PDF an excellent tool for this work, very easy to use.
I also create pdf's for training and use the 'Convert' ability of Soda to make up PowerPoint presentations. Soda does this with ease.

Negative: Soda keeps sending me messages that my subscription has run out and they are canceling it, very annoying.

Summary: I needed a product to merge PFD files and SODA is the only one that matches my requirements. Easy to use, interfaces with other PDF products, and has a vast array of applications. I've only had to contact Customer Services once and was totally amazed by the speed of response and positivity in resolving MY issue. Best Customer Services ever.

Positive: Ease of use, flexibility, and the range of tools available with this product. Visually well designed and easy to navigate.

Negative: Nothing to comment on as I've had no problems regarding the quality of the product.

Summary: I found the product so easy to use and was able to navigate through the screens very easily. Highly recommended.

Positive: The product does an excellent job and I can highly recommend this product everyone who needs to convert PDF Files.

Negative: I did not find any cons within the product whilst converting files.

Summary: I was very happy to get a desktop version and at the same price great and i started using it and it is easy to use and to understand.

Positive: I had just purchased SODA online for Mac and i saw a desktop version and wanted it but they did not have it for mac and the agent found something better for me that answered my need and was a desktop version for the same price great service.

Negative: Don't have any i think that i is a great product ands would say it is worth it.

Summary: Overall, Soda PDF is a great tool to do all kind of operation on a PDF file easily and efficiently. The tool is simple, fast and increases overall productivity of the organization by saving a lot of time.

Positive: - Soda PDF is the perfect application for managing and editing multiple PDF files at once.
- It helps in merging, deleting and segregating PDF files easily.
- The free version has enough features for students and non-professionals to do their tasks easily.
- All the processes gets completed in an instant, regardless of the file size.

Negative: - It is the perfect combination of features with a simplicity, no cons in my experience.

Summary: EXCELLENT what else is there to say.

Positive: Quick response.
Reps sticking with the problem until was solved.
Patience with a minimally computer savvy user.
Support personnel know the products.
Generally one of the best customer service support I have encountered in almost 20 years as a computer user.

Negative: Some Techs better listeners created slight delay. Not negative enough to to change a support rating of my overall excellent experience.

Summary: Very good product, easy to use and efficient. One of the best in the market. Many features for different requirements.

Positive: Quick follow up and excellent service and resolution. Multiple customer service officers were able to quickly take on the subject and resolve the issue.

Negative: That the conversion from pdf to excel had to be done in word first and we had to manually do tables before being able to convert to excel.

Summary: I prefer desktop version to online subscription due to my infrequent use, but I can see the value to others for using the online version.

Positive: Ease of use. Nice looking interface. Fairly priced, good support. Easy to add pages, merge documents and edit existing PDFs.

Negative: Somewhat clumsy edit menus. Once figured out it is fairly easy to use. Online subscription a little pricey for infrequent users.

Summary: Initially, I had questions about using the product but a quick message to "support " describing my concern was met with a quick resolution which allowed me to timely complete my project.

Positive: I was in the middle of a very important project which failure to complete had the potential of severe consequences from several perspectives.
This product's functions saved the day and I will forever be a consumer.

Negative: I didn't have any negative experiences. I found it was responsive to my needs.

Summary: Very satisfied with customer support. Quick response and complete resolution to my issue. Very polite.

Positive: They were able to identify and resolve my issue with little or no effort. I did not have to spend a lot of time finding the resolution.

Negative: There wasn't anything that bothered me. If I had to say something, I could say that my "problem" would not have occurred if the website showed the format of how the date is listed. (MM/DD/YY or DD/MM/YY) I am in the US and thought my renewal date was in March instead of December.
