Summary: I was a user before but decided I needed a change. WRONG!! I repurchased Soda and was amazed how it had improved, offering things I needed.
Today was my first day of use and it performed beautifully. I put it through the paces trying a few choices. They were great. Glad to be back.

Positive: Being able to fill out forms. Convert to other formats. Ease of using the app.
Choices are many and good.

Negative: ZERO things I found that could be considered a con.

Summary: The support that I got was timely, professional and resolved my issue.
The support team provided fantastic service.

Positive: I recently switched laptops and wanted to continue using Soda 8. I didn't know the email I had registered with and contacting support, Jake was extremely helpful getting my install resolved.

Negative: I had no issue with the support service. Everything was resolved.

Summary: Some features are not as good as Adobe but it is great for the price. Also had problems erasing and/or changing type that I didn't add. But I only have been using a few days.

Positive: Pretty easy to use. Great price even after the introductory price, I won't be using the features of the Pro so it wasn't worth the price. I like that they had add on features.

Negative: Could use better help instructions. The type feature is very inconvenient. I complete a lot of forms and I had to click on the feature each time I made an entry.

Summary: Excellent Support system for a good product! I have been using the online version until it ran out and now I have upgraded and purchased the desk top version.

Positive: I recently upgraded my account and I was having trouble activating and using the program. I used the chat feature and within a minute I was speaking to Molly who helped me resolve my problem. In these Covid times it is a blessing not to have to leave your cell number and wait hours for an answer or help.

Negative: Online and desk top do not sync like i would like them to. I was using online before.

Summary: Very happy with this product, company, and support. It's easy to use and when I do need support, they are always there to help.

Positive: The SODA PDF 8 software I have been using for the past few years has been great and does all that I would want in a PDF editing/creating software package. Support is excellent as well.

Negative: I have no issues with this software, company, and/or support.

Summary: Overall very satisfied with SodaPDF and their customer support service which always giving me a helping hand with my experience.

Positive: Multiple features and a very simple UI design.
Very simple to use and very convenient especially for students like me who often need to convert to pdf or to words.

Negative: Constant notification upon opening windows on the upgrade for Soda PDF.

Summary: If you want the best software to create maintenance plans, invoices or any GREAT looking, and easy forms, use SODA PDF.

Positive: I have been using SODA PDF for years and I love the way everything looks when done. I create a template for my maintenance plans and only have to do it ONCE, because I just edit the date and other info using last years contract. And creating a new template is also a breeze. SODA PDF rocks!

Negative: What I didn't like was one day I installed an anti-virus software program and the virus software messed up my Soda Pdf and it would not work, I was fretting real bad, but the tech support got me back up and running in no time at all!

Summary: Fabulous, quick service. Can often be so difficult to deal with products purchased online so it was refreshing and very much appreciated to have this dealt with quickly, efficiently and beyond expectations.

Positive: My query was acknowledged immediately and dealt with quickly, efficiently and had a much better outcome that I expected. These guys are stars!

Negative: There was nothing to not like or call a negative. The handling of my issue/query exceeded my expectations.

Summary: Very good experience, I would use again if needed and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Positive: Found it very easy to merge my files together, so I can sell my patterns as PDF's and not hard copies.
Easy to cancel as it is not needed anymore.

Negative: Nothing needs changing, really happy with everything.

Summary: Overall, It's an amazing tool available in the market as we can merge pdf, convert pdf to various other format like word, excel, jpg and even ppt and the best among is we can esign the document in the tool which encrypt our documents.

Positive: Free Trial to assess the tool.
Function to view documents from side to side view.
Has an OCR tool.
Docs can be compressed to reduce the size and quality isn't affected.

Negative: Doesn't not have a mobile applications.
OCR tool is not available in standard version.

Summary: Very positive. The only problem I encountered is that, when I try to delete a newly saved file, the program prevents me from doing so, saying that it is still open. I overcome the difficulty by closing the soda program.exe by Windows "task manager", but it is annoying.

Positive: I am an old customer of SODA PDF PRO and I have always found your support service excellent, which responds quickly and well. Congratulations!

Negative: Intuitive and simple to use program. At the moment, I think it's the best on the market.

Summary: Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. I did my research by reading a number of online reviews. I first looked at the price - it was about 5 dollars a month (I got it on special). Adobe goes for about 20 a month. The other alternatives were very close but when you analyzed the features, and more specifically what I need for my purposes it became clear that SodaPdf was the winner. Do your own research before you buy. Customers review are great but in the end you need to verify with a hard investigative and open mind.

Positive: It's not often that you get a great product at a great price matched by excellent service. That's what I received from SodaPdf. As far as I can see, it does everything that Adobe does at a fraction of the cost and if you experience any difficulties, the service guys will do backflips to help. This is why little guys are so important in the marketplace. They keep the big guys in check. Maybe Adobe will pay attention.

Negative: Absolutely none. The price is a fraction of Adobe and when compared to the other alternatives is is equal or less. But when you factor in that this software provide more features than the non-adobe alternatives, it's a no-brainer. Do your research.

Summary: Overall is very good. If some of the options become more user-friendly especially conversion & copy paste options.

Positive: Very useful for day-to-day operations. A good one if you want to edit the pdf file into the same pdf file.

Negative: limitations regarding certain things like most of the documents which converted to word don't go exactly. you have to do page & paragraph formatting from A to Z.

Summary: Love this program. We have saved money switching over from some bigger names PDF brands. This is a fantastic software for the average user, and has all the features for the power user. Integrates nicely into other software, and helps reduce administrative tasks such as filing and saving. The app is handy as well! Highly recommend, give it a try.

Positive: Love all the available features that come with this program. For a fraction of the price as some other PDF software, this program has it all, including a handy app. This has been an invaluable tool for our staff on the road, especially those with a lot of receipts. We have integrated the software into our cloud filing so it works along with our other programs with out a hitch.

Negative: Can slow down occasionally when trying to save documents.

Summary: It is an easy-to-use platform to create documents instantly. It is highly recommended because it is very useful in any company and helps to modify the document in a simple way. In addition, documents are saved directly in the cloud. The software has excellent editing tools and is very easy to use. The user interface has very good graphics and can be used for different purposes.

Positive: The number of features is unparalleled! It is also affordable and convenient. It allows to create PDF files from different types of documents, edit them, extract images, merge PDF pages into one document or split PDF documents into separate pages. This is an excellent software that allows you to use it online without having to install anything on your computer. No need to waste a lot of time reading manuals or handling settings! This is a major upgrade to free products that usually restrict editing.

Negative: As often happens when testing the trial version, once the trial period expires, Soda PDF Anywhere only allows you to view PDF files, merge them and use basic conversion tools. The cost of reactivating features tested during the tour is a bit high.
