Summary: This product is a fantastic PDF handler. I use it constantly to convert PDFs to other formats and have always been pleased with the result.

Positive: The product delivers everything it promises and the ease of use makes it an everyday app for me. I recently asked for support and was immediately satisfied via online chat. I've used SODA PDF as an alternative to another PDF product and have found it to be easier and more intuitive. I'll continue to use it for my default PDF handler. Thanks for a great product.

Negative: No one feature jumps out as a drawback. I'd prefer seeing page number advance a little easier on a large document.

Summary: Making correction of the PDF, split and sign, margin, extract and insert of the page working impeccably.

Positive: Features of this product is great. All you need you can find in SODA. Speed up open. Easy using made this program comfortable for daily using.

Negative: Some time when you going to print, the preview page showing full page, but printing cut end of the page.

Summary: Good but didn't need I much. It works ok does what it's supposed to do not good to look at, but you can live with it.

Positive: Easy to use PDF editor included OCR editing, PDF creation and reading of PDFs. Good all around cheaper than Adobe.

Negative: The colour is hideous, bright red is hard to take I hope they change it.

Summary: Overall product is excellent.

Positive: I have used larger company PDF software, and SODA's solutions and service are much better. Product menu layouts are easy to understand, and service is excellent. I received Chat transcripts without even having to ask!

Negative: Nothing to dislike.

Summary: I was up and running, after I had made a mistake by deleting . They got me up and running in 10 mins.

Positive: There always there when help is needed.
I purchased in 2016, doesn't matter there still there. Even though it's been 6 years, I called and they where there. It's so easy to use this, is why it took 6 years needing there help. (my error).

Negative: I haven't had no issues at all with this program. Getting help there time is a bit different than mine. But I always get though.

Summary: Very useful application in its flexibility and support which is available 24/7 irregardless of location.

Positive: I have used SODA PDF in the process of communicating with my building contractor and Drafting contractor I have found it a very efficient and record keeping method reducing any misunderstandings as all the Drawing changes are on record.

Negative: I can add comments and highlight areas of change on Drawings.

Summary: Though I had to get a new key, no biggie, support got it to me in one day. Can't beat that. They are responsive.

Positive: Love this app. Service is exceptional. I'll be using this for a long time. It's much better, easier and cheaper than the other ... you know...

Negative: I had to get a new authorization key when my old machine died.

Summary: Overall a good interaction with Claire which was handled very well and won me as a continuing customer.

Positive: The promptness and professional handling of my concerns with my account.
Claire was very knowledgeable and able to address my concerns with authority.

Negative: The phone support additional cost was not very clear and was added on without my specific approval. Claire assured me that this portion will be returned to my credit card.

Summary: Very happy with this product, price, functionality, design, features and is very very easy to use.

Positive: I like auto updates and features which make my job easier.
Also good value for money and easy to use.

Negative: Long respond time from customer service when there is an issue or when I have a question.

Summary: I've been using this service all my life. The best pdf all around website. The OCR is top-notch, compression is fabulous too. What else do you want?

Positive: Hands down this is the best all-in-one service I've ever come across. i have checked other services like Adobe, but they don't have an online OCR function. soda pdf does everything in an effortless and convenient way.

Negative: 0 CONS.
Even if you face an issue, there's a superb customer service available. They would help you right away.

Summary: Fantastic total professionalism from TIM in Customer Service. This is why I use SODA PDF on my personal computer.

Positive: It's great to know that if there is any type of billing question, SODA PDF will take care of it. Great Customer Service.

Negative: My SODA PDF Subscription was still good for another year, but I received this update and was charged the wrong price for what I thought I needed so I contacted the company by e-mail and the monies were placed back into my account.

Summary: If you want the BEST pdf creator, editor and reader then I highly recommend SODA PDF! You will be forever glad you found such a wonderful product.

Positive: I like every aspect of SODA PDF and you will too, no complaints. And if you ever have a problem with their software the tech support is out of this world, I have always received a FAST response to my issue. Even when I caused the problem, they were there for me and very courteous.

Negative: Can't think of any. And I have tried all the rest and when I found Soda Pdf I was knocked back as to how well the program really was!!

Summary: Very good and happy that I have renewed. Pdf use worked well in enabling document to be formatted to the form required.

Positive: Quick renewal and price was right. This is my second year of using the pdf software. Simplicity really.

Negative: Must notify me before any renewal are made. Renewal can not be automatically carried out.

Summary: Awesome software easy to use and very powerful and useful, SODA PDF saved me soooo many times to edit like an invoice or so. Great work and the team is very responsive!

Positive: You need to modify quickly and easily a PDF ? Yep SODA never failed me!

There are many options to convert really fast any format into another it is so intuitive!

Negative: It is a shame that there is no HOME edition (no monthly subscription) anymore.

Summary: Soda PDF is a great alternative to Adobe Acrobat and much easier to use. Pricing is very affordable.

Positive: Soda PDF works great on my PC with Windows 11 and seems to integrate well with all of my products.

Negative: Where there are software issue, I usually have to uninstall the product and then reinstall. That is very time consuming.
