Summary: Pretty good.
The support people didn't give up on me despite the lack of success at my end, due to a security protocol issue on my PC.
The problem, not able to activate license) has been resolved.

Positive: Having worked out the problem with activation was at my end (TLS issue), Audrey came up with a work-around and I now have a working copy of Soda PDF.
Well done.

Negative: Nothing to complain about except having to get up to speed now it's working.

Summary: I had one of the worst experiences trying to get answers from Adobe so I tried Soda. What a difference. Just because of Jessie's support I am purchasing Soda. Thank you.

Positive: Jessie was amazing. Very professional, took the time with me to answer all my questions.

Negative: None. I did not find any negatives to my recent experience.

Summary: Amazingly provide users with all needed tools to complete their tasks in a very professional way.

Positive: Extremely impressive, professional software. One of the most I fall in love with for being user friendly.

Negative: It doesn't convert from word to pdf through the option convert to... wish this can be fixed please.

Summary: Just what I needed at a price I could afford. Support has been wonderful too!

Summary: I have been a user of Soda PDF for many years and have always found their products to be excellent value and easy to use.

Positive: I have been a customer of Soda PDF for many years and have always been impressed with their product and customer service. Once you get the hang of the user interface, it's relatively easy to use most functions.

I use Soda PDF to add passwords and merge and edit PDFs several times a week. Great value.

Negative: User interface takes a little time to understand.

Summary: I am a scholar. For most everyday purposes, working with this pdf editor does the job for me very nicely, and it is affordable.

Positive: It is not nearly as expensive as the industry's most well known product. Soda has nearly all features needed for commenting and editing pdf files.
The program runs smoothly. The interface is pleasant. Text is visible but subtly softened in view.

Negative: The comments functions include sticky notes. But for sharing documents with colleagues and typesetters, it would also be useful to have a separate and more precise "insert text" box option. Most features needed are in the Pro subscription. However, additional features (e.g., OCR) need to be purchased separately. Customer service was excellent.

Summary: This program has very few flaws. It runs like a Microsoft Office program. It is able to do anything that Adobe Premier can do and more.

Positive: It is designed like a Microsoft Office product, because it is partnered with Microsoft, which makes it simple and easy to use. I think that in a lot of ways it is superior to Adobe Premier. And it is relatively inexpensive. I highly recommend this product.

Negative: When adding text, it's difficult to see where the text will appear on the document as it doesn't type in the text box where one would assume. So I always have to adjust the location by moving the entire text box after typing.

Summary: I think it's an incredible product. I operate an oilfield and pipeline service company and SODA PDF is involved in every single background of my business.

Positive: The product is worth every penny, with how much you can do. Especially someone like me who works where they are at (on the go) I can integrate SODA PDF with all of my devices and am never stranded without help because if their great customer service.

Negative: On my phone I have to download a local copy, but I am new to the phone app, and it's just an extra step to delete the copy. but like I said, maybe there is another way I just haven't gotten too far into the phone app yet.

Summary: Good overall. The operator gave me the answer at my issue, so, nothing to reproach to her. It was okay,

Positive: The operator is was very understanding to my issue, and resolved the problem in a professional way.

Negative: The waiting, but it was okay. I understand that the operators was busy. So, I just waited maybe 5 minutes until to chat with someone.

Summary: I was really happy to have had Soda PDF's basic program. It did everything I needed. I I could print the book directly from one file. It made doing the book real easy.

Positive: I used Soda PDF to print a genealogy of over 400 pages. I used Microsoft's Word program and a drawing programs where I could save them as PDFs. I was able to combine everything into one file that I could print from. Nice Program! I could also do various updates on the combined file as well. I particularly liked being able to insert blank pages where needed.

Negative: It was easy to use and everything I required it did. I could not find any fault with it.

Summary: Great experience and I would recommend soda 360 to other friends.

Positive: I do Blue Prints in Ohio and have used SODA PDF for about 3-4 yrs. Very Good Product. I just order it for another year online From SODA and there was an error in the billing. It was corrted without a problem. THANK YOU

Negative: The Software is easy to use. I use Windows 11.

Summary: Once you understand the mechanics of this product you too will be lost without it. I use it every day for big and little tasks. It is my primary PDF reader.

Positive: I can do so many things with this program. I am very happy to have it in my toolbox! As a realtor, it is important that I have a tool like this.

Negative: A little bit of a learning curve. I have recommended it to friends and a few had a difficult time learning how to make it work. I use the Pro and there are more features that make it the best choice for me.

Summary: I have been using SODA for 3+ years. Love it. It is easy to use and reliable. As good or better than Adobe programs.

Positive: Ease of use. Ability to convert to Word, PDF, and spreadsheets. Good spell check. Decent price. Beats Adobe. Using it for personal and educational purposes saves me a lot of time.

Negative: The editing features take time to get used to. I would like to see instructional videos on all the features. There are many options I don't use but might if I could view a video.

Summary: I normally use it to read pdf files and, when needed, to modify or transform them into other usable formats.

Positive: I use it every day to view pdf files, it is complete and very simple to use both for editing and for conversions to other formats.

Negative: I don't really know what to write because I'm very happy with it.

Summary: Great.

Positive: Easy to use to combine docs. Quick response to requests.

Negative: It keeps advising it's time to renew when it's not.
