Positive: One of the best PDF Editors available on the market - easy to use and well designed - one of the best available.

Negative: The automatic renewal each year and poor support - difficult to speak with a support person and get the message through to them.

Summary: I will continue to use SODA PDF, fair price, and it gets the job done. I have been using SODA PDF for around 6 years now.

Positive: Im able to combine and convert multiple photos to PDF. Easily opens and reads my pdf docs. Has all the features I need to complete my work.

Negative: I find it difficult to copy text to paste elsewhere. I tried the OCR program and found it more difficult than simply copy/paste.

Summary: The depth and precision of answers to questions is remarkable. The operators try to find alternative solutions if the starting advise does not work.

Positive: Support for your software is outstanding. E-mail as well as Chats will provide the significant help desired.

Negative: E-mail response is not immediate but certainly substantial when it is received.

Summary: SODA PDF has been a platform that has allowed me to have a wide view of PDF files in a simple way, with the help of this platform I have also been able to replace words within a PDF file, I have been able to highlight specific words or texts in the PDF file, as well as I have also been able to completely modify the interface of each of the pages that the PDF file contains. I consider that the experience I had within this platform was extremely complete, I was able to create PDF files from scratch, I was able to create several contracts that you can use within my business area, in addition, I loved the security and blocking service of each PDF file, that It helped me to be able to share PDF files with all my employees or with my clients without running the risk that they could edit this PDF document. In addition, the service to convert documents to PDF format also works great, it allowed me to convert several documents Simultaneously, I have never seen this before in another platform, so this function was very important to me, I loved the fact of being able to commit several documents at the same time in PDF format. In addition, with the help of this platform I was able to create quite attractive PDF files, in addition, I was able to print PDF files with an optimized quality, since this platform has some good functions and tools to be able to modify the general impression of each PDF document. I consider that the company that I obtained within this platform was enough to continue using it within my company for many more years.

Positive: SODA PDF is an amazing platform to be able to customize all types of PDF files and also to convert a large number of documents. The things I liked the most about this platform were:

1- The first feature that I liked about this platform is that it is the only platform that I have found to be able to convert several documents simultaneously, I can convert several documents of different formats thanks to PDF format simultaneously, this function is very important to me , since I can convert any type of document from any format to PDF using this platform, this is fantastic.

2- The second function that I loved about this platform is the information scanning service, since I can download any type of image and convert it into text immediately, this scanning service is totally accurate, and is capable of detecting any type of letter or any type of words and convert it to a fully modifiable text, this function is very important to be able to exercise any type of image and convert it to text immediately without having to do it manually.

3- I have also loved the function in which I can divide a PDF file into several parts, that allows me to divide for information that contains some PDF file, in addition, it also allows me to combine several PDF files and create a single PDF file, with all the combined information, this feature is very important to me, as I can convert PDF files into multiple parts or combine multiple parts into one.

4- It has an integrated digital signature service, this service allows me to add signature fields within the documents or contracts that I have made within this platform, in addition, after adding to each signature field, I can add the name of the signatory of each of the fields, this function allows you to receive any type of digital signature in the PDF document.

Negative: Some of the main negative things about this platform were:

1- The main negative point of this platform that is only available in a web version is a version for computers, therefore, if you try to use it on your mobile device, that will not be possible, since there is no type of charger application for mobile devices, this platform is not available for iOS devices or Android devices, which means that you cannot edit any type of PDF file on your mobile phone, and you will not be able to create new PDF files from your cell phone either. The only App that is available for phones is SODA PDF Merge; but that app does not allow editing or creating PDF files.

2- Nor is there a digital system for creating and editing PDF files collaboratively, you will not be able to create a PDF file and edit it jointly with your work team, this function is very important when a contract is being created and support is needed from your Colleagues, however, this feature is currently not available within SOFA PDF, I hope it will be implemented in the future.

Summary: Mixed. I like the product, but Soda PDF really need to step up their support to be in tune with the needs of users.

Positive: Does everything I need it to, in terms of creating and editing PDFs, adding and deleting pages, inserting and so on.

Negative: When you run into a problem, there is no quick way of getting support bia a phone number, you have to submit an email, and in my case they took 4 days to respond. Not ideal when you are working to deadlines on urgent documents.

Summary: I write with pleasure a comment about SODA PDF software. My work (geophysics) always ends with technical reports which therefore contain not only words, but graphs, tables, seismograms. Easy modification with SODA, true conversion to WORD and other (without any loss of information) and modern software management, allow me to always get an excellent product for the customer.

Positive: All of SODA;
And before the sale, I tried a few other software products especially for the conversion of PDF files: SODA is completely the best.

Negative: Nothing;
For me all is good and in the concepts of project of this software no I found defects.

Summary: I can't fault the advice, it's just that I was without my pdf. programme for nearly two days at no fault of me or my computer.

Positive: The emailed advice worked first time although it was quite complicated as I had to switch off my firewall to achieve a result.

Negative: Unfortunately, Soda did not reply within 24 hours as promised.

Summary: I would recommend Soda as a very good value for money alternative to Adobe Acrobat which I consider extortionate.

Positive: Very very good value for money.
lots of excellent features all very usable.
My favourites being edit and convert.
I don't believe there is another pdf editor.

Negative: Occasionally selecting elements of a pdf can be difficult.
Sometimes a little inconsistent with process.

Summary: Overall I am satisfied, but will never give this company a 10. What they did was unethical. The software is excellent but the company's policies of adding products without the customer's authority sucks!

Positive: I am very happy with the product and the customer service. The software is easy to use and has many excellent features.

Negative: When I renewed my subscription for the product, they automatically added two items that I did not ask for and was obligated to pay for. I had to send an email to Customer Service to get a refund. I am extremely upset with this company for adding products/services without the my authority.

Summary: Good software to get the job done. I have been relying on it for a few years now and it has been suitable for what I need.

Positive: Had an old key for the software. Contacted them as I could not find the software to reinstall on a new computer. They set me up with a new key and a link to the version of software I had.

Negative: Would have been great if they upgraded me, but can't complain as they did get me back up and running.

Summary: If I had received an email notification regarding subscription renewal I would have been able to cancel the renewal and would have avoided the hassle of trying for almost a week to get my money back. The website should be updated. Currently it states that it should take “24 hours, but no more” than that.

Positive: SODA PDF is simple and easy to use, however I would not purchase this again because of the difficulty in getting a refund of $132.50 m; and because I didn’t receive an email reminding me of the upcoming renewal as the website states. I don’t use this product any longer and I didn’t realize or remember that it was automatic renewal.

Negative: I’ve been trying to get a refund since Thursday. Today is Wednesday. It has been almost a week. The website says 24 hours.

I didn’t receive a reminder email that the subscription was about to renew. If I had received an email, I would have canceled automatic renewal and would have avoided this difficult process.

Summary: Overall, SODA PDF is a light and smooth document editor which has all the necessary features to edit or create a document without being bulky on the system.

Positive: 1. It has a lot of features but not bulky as other document editors.
2. It allows creating, editing and merging documents with just few clicks.
3. The user interface of the application is smooth and handles large files without any lags.
4. It is flexible to use and offers a lot of customization.

Negative: 1. The free version is quite limiting in terms of features and does not give the required exposure of trail.
2. It uses resource and runs in background.

Summary: The problem was resolve quickly.

Positive: My email reporting the issue was responded to quickly with a the information needed to resolve the issue.

Negative: Nothing on the cons.

Summary: Now, after app. I felt comfortable using it. I still need to explore more functionalities of the software.
The staff is very helpful in terms of quickly responding and professionalism.

Positive: The ease of navigation is remarkable. The set of tools on the menu is stunningly comprehensive. The security of the completed document is good and can be used to replace e-sign.

Negative: E-sign and fill and signing are good features that still require much intensive understanding and improvement.

Government-produced pdf files are sometimes not easy to input as sometimes they require a password by accident even though you do not intend to modify anything on the form. Signing them is not working.

The e-signing is not good as handwriting as its stroke from your pen is by default too thick to look at .

At the start, I thought I would pay only $68.00 for pdf desk, but all add-ups like OCR edit, or Multiple Users or the like accrued to $136.00. I did not try to complain about this. However, I have not expected all other things which I may not need like OCR. The desktop 365 and 14 are not predicted for my acquisition from the point of sale, that is why I had not felt it was included in my bundle until a few trials and errors. The description of my bundle or package is not clear on this, this it might cause confusion, particularly when not everything has not been put on your invoice.

I still don't know why the price of the package goes up to $177.00 for continuing subscription, when as a preexisting customer, the user should be eligible for the same price or discount.

Summary: GOOD. Experience was satisfactory. Would recommend to others. Good communication. Refund granted as requested.

Positive: Very helpful to resolve problems. Good communication. Refund issued as requested. response via email received in a timely manner.

Negative: None. I have no cons to comment on. everything is fine.
