Summary: Overall, SODA PDF is an easy to use and feature-rich document editor which can be used to do any kind of operation on a PDF document. It also has some additional features like implementing password protection on the documents.

Positive: - SODA PDF provides a clean and attractive user interface that gives a rich viewing experience.
- It allows to digitally sign and password protect the document for additional security.
- All the editing features like editing, merging, and adding media works flawlessly.
- It also allows converting the document into many formats.

Negative: - It does not work smoothly in low-end systems and require high system memory to work without lags.
- It is not available on the mobile platform.

Negative: - Appreciate a better pricing
- Less easy to use when not full window because of layout / control

Summary: With various features documents can be processed as required. E-sign option is an important tool to get documents attested electronically which was most helpful during the Covid phase.

Positive: Soda pdf with its various features like conversion, merge, e-sign gives complete access to carry out document handling efficiently.

Negative: Slow response when using drag option to get files in one file to merge.

Summary: Good program for my needs (merging and sometimes editing pdfs), I can not judge for users that may need more features.

Positive: It's an easy program to use without needing to go through extensive manuals. Perfect for my needs, (which aren't very extensive I must admit)

Negative: Nothing specific..sometimes it's more the (non)compatibility of the documents I receive that cause the problems I guess. ;-)

Positive: Functional alternative to Adobe with power user features. Customer service response was excellent when needed.

Negative: My belief is a user with above average technical experience in converting and editing pdf docs will benefit most and can get a much better deal than Adobe.

Summary: My very positive experience has been somewhat tainted because of waste of time and efforts to manage downloading updates which I do not need at all (the old version was quite ok).

Positive: I like this product. It is quite convenient and easy to use (but not install after updates unfortunately).

Negative: But I hate extra efforts experiencing a conflict when downloading updates for Soda PDF. It took me months and a lot of nerves to settle this "conflict"!

Summary: Overall, SODA PDF is an all-in-one tool to edit any kind of documents. It has many useful features that works very efficiently, saving a lot of time.

Positive: - It is a versatile tool that brings all the PDF editing tools at one place.
- It helps in merging, editing and compressing large PDF into small size.
- It allows signing any document online with created e-signature, saving a lot of time.
- It is robust and flexible to use, and it also has user-friendly UI.

Negative: - Sometimes when merging two documents, it changes the layout of the document. Other than that, there isn't anything to dislike about the application.

Summary: Only used on occasions, such as unzipping files and signing electronically. It is an adequate application for my needs, at a reasonable price.

Positive: I can sign electronically and do everything Wordzip does easily. It is compatible with my main software packages.

Negative: I did not like being upgraded to the full pro version using mark non-use as the invoice default. Would be more consumer-friendly if the choice of opting in was used, not opting out, when asking if an upgrade was wanted as it is error-prone.

Summary: Overall, Soda PDF can be a good application to create and edit PDF files. It has a lot of useful features that can be used by both students and professionals.

Positive: 1. Soda Pdf provides an environment to edit, create, and merge PDFs instantly.
2. The application is not complicated to use at all and can be used by anyone.
3. The standard version is more than enough if you are not a power user or a professional.
4. Edited and created PDFs can be saved directly on cloud.

Negative: 1. Merging the document tend to take more time in processing than any other operation.
2. It consumes a lot of resources while running.

Positive: Good program will not use much but need from time to time.

Negative: More features than I really need. Will use mainly for converting photos to jpegs and a few pdf conversions for insurance and tax purposes.

Summary: The support team is helpful and it gives me confidence in using the program. Quite satisfied with the support.

Positive: I had problems turning off comments which appear automatically when I open my pdf document. I suppose they were generated because the pdf file was created from AutoCAD drawing.
The SODA PDF helpdesk was extremely helpful and prompt to advise me what I had to do to remove the comments.
I was impressed by their efficacy of their response and of course, very grateful.

Negative: The need to have internet when using the professional version.

Summary: I could not describe what what the cause of my issue as I did not know what I did to cause it. This did not phase the support person who simply cut through all that & arrived at the real problem. The "fix" was then relayed to concisely & correctly enabling a better than satisfactory resolution.

Positive: The support person (name available if required) was knowledgeable & equally important was able to understand my technophobia whilst at the same time solving my problem.

Negative: There was nothing that I would like to record here except that if I have to the support person may have expected my knowledge of simple technical terms was way better than it actually is.

Summary: It took me awhile to get it running smoothly, but I had great support and they did a great job of working with me. I think some of my problem was really my lack of knowledge. I am able to use it pretty easily now.

Positive: The customer support was really amazing and got me just where I needed to be. I would definitely recommend this program.

Negative: The problems with the newest version although they are taking steps to work things out. Very gracious of them to provide their 2020 version until the bugs are worked out in the 2021 version.

Summary: I think this is a great product over others I have used, including foxit and adobe and just have to find time to figure how to make this most of the features.

Positive: I have been preparing documents for a tribunal and downloaded this because what I had been using was inadequate. The product had everything I needed including being able to add and remove pages. What I have used, I have been impressed with.

Negative: What I think would be good is a quick reference help for users like me who don't always have time to learn how everything works. I noticed that when I added page numbers the box stayed black and I couldn't figure out how to make them colourless.

Summary: Soda pdf has become an essential tool in the business - especially during lock down. PDF is used by so many of my clients so having the ability to edit the documents has saved time.

Positive: Ease of use and intuitive.
OCR recognition.

Ability to electronically sign documents.

Negative: Sometimes conversion of pdf to word document misspells some words.
E-signature package is an extra cost.
