PurelyHR Time Off is a 100% web-based software solution that automates employee absences, time-off and leave management. PurelyHR's Time-Off allows three types of users: employees, managers, and admins. Each user has their own access and permissions. Audit trails of all time-off requests are available, as well as multi-level approvals, automatic length-of-service accruals, time off reminders, bulk user imports/updates and Google Calendar and Outlook integrations.

    PurelyHR has a better employee portal than other HR software

    Summary: PurelyHR is a key service for improving the overall human resources of any company, which serves to work with automated tracking of the history of each link of the staff, including their quality of work and their attendance, so it serves to make reports that lead to the creation of payrolls.

    Positive: From PurelyHR it is easier to access the information of all employees within the company, and it is possible to add reports on the complaints that have been filed about them, on the development of their work actions, and on the increase of their relationships with us, so you have a total view of the history of each of them.

    Negative: PurelyHR does not provide tools to track candidates during the hiring process, such as a scoring system to help you make decisions based on things like personal presentation and interview quality. The employee portal is good, but does not allow employees to comment on their satisfaction with the job.
