Summary: Ever since we have used this software in our company, the rate of our productivity has significantly increased which is very noticeable. This is worth using and I’m just thankful our manager has discovered it.

Positive: This app excels with user-friendly tools, enhancing seamless communication & collaboration effortlessly.

Negative: It is so balanced that makes it so hard to not like any aspect of this software.

Summary: With the transition to Connecteam we have everything under one app, which is also cheaper than the previous 4 together!

Positive: Finally an app with all the tools we were looking for! Up until now needed to pay for 4 different apps, and to ask our employees to download them.

Negative: Not much actually. Maybe the only con is that we didn't hear about them before hahaha.

Summary: I am recommending this app for businesses because of its useful tools for monitoring daily operations, communication, and even employee management. This can significantly improve the efficiency of daily business operations to grow and expand further.

Positive: More effective management and monitoring of employees along with their progress in their tasks & projects.

Negative: I feel like its integrations could be improved further which could contribute to its already useful features in a wide array of needs.

Summary: Perfect tool for our company's security in terms of sensitive data. I am confident that Venn is more than capable of protecting our company and provide an extra line of defense.

Positive: I rely on this software to effectively manage my small remote team, providing essential tools for management, communication, monitoring, and collaboration. Its user-friendly interface complements the extensive range of features, making it a cost-effective investment for our organization. This software significantly enhances our daily operations, ensuring that our team's needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Negative: Web version is far superior than mobile. I wish they would improve on the mobile version for more convenience.

Summary: There are progress monitoring, time clocks, workflow management, task planning, and many more tools in the Connecteam app that are useful in employee management. There are also communication and collaboration tools that make this software perfect for our small business.

Positive: One advantage of using this software is the effectiveness of the management and communication of this software.

Negative: This seems to be the perfect software for us which is why I don't dislike any tools in this software.

Summary: This software is great for us in the construction industry because of its useful tools like GPS time tracking, geofencing, report forms, communication, etc. It makes our daily management and communication easier including end-of-day reports which allow field managers to send reports remotely without having to go to the office.

Positive: It does have a complete set of tools that is very cost-effective which is an advantage for me and my team.

Negative: The only missing in this software is video chatting.

Summary: Consistent and accurate tracking of time and attendance is the most useful tool for us in using this software behind communication and management tools. Managing a large team is very exhausting and time-consuming but with the tools in this software, some of the tasks can be automized which is less work for me to do other important things.

Positive: This is also great for communication and collaboration within our team to improve our overall productivity.

Negative: Lack of video chatting is the only disadvantage of this software.

Summary: Connecteam advocates for a consistent communications option, which validates the innovations that a company have and the direction that a business takes. There is an advanced form of remote sharing, which saves business from extensive resource usage.

Positive: Connecteam allows team member to constantly engage, and have a solid form of discussion concerning the possible business process. More so, Connecteam increases the digital remote management, which is efficient in sharing different items and solutions.

Negative: Connecteam has a design that is slightly rigid, and it can be improved to increase suitability and functionality. The demands from users should be taken keenly.

Summary: The customization, upload and filtering, and mobile app with geofencing; allows me to manage multiple teams from home- and the mobile app makes logistics real-time, even when I can’t be present. The checklist and reporting features allow for seamless communication. The time clock linked to the job scheduling and being able to manage Payroll with a QuickBooks integration, saves me hours of painful typing.
What’s more is the support. I am constantly attempting feats for which I need assistance and they remain up to challenge. I am now excited to begin my Course series and develop our in-house Safety Training. I have to stop now as I could write more.

Positive: I am so excited about Connecteam. I began programming the same year Toshiba released its portable tape player with auto-rewind- through Y2K (lol) and death of HTML to WYSIWYG. Then 2005, bi-lateral carpal tunnel, and again 2012 post-surgery- somewhat of a living torment for a humanoid- was the death to my tech career. VPN, telecommuting, TTS, handwriting pens, touchscreens, were all in their infancy. I waited nearly 20 years to return to work.
Who knew a series of serendipitous acts would land Connecteam in my search results? I didn’t but it created an opportunity to launch ideas trapped in a 2 decade-stasis!

Negative: I understand the break down of modules. It is beneficial to pick and choose. But when you need something across the board, it can add up. The con of the con is that end the long run it still saves you.

Summary: Overall, I'm hopeful and excited forCconnecteam. It's a newer platform, but the innovation the team behind it are passionate and helpful. They're customer service is blazing fast and were always there to answer my questions and sometimes - my frustrations. My team excited for this platform and looking forward to getting newer features

Positive: - All in one streamlined platform

Negative: - All in one, however as a result some features do lack depth. For example:
Quiz feature - Only have ability to answer multiple choice or upload files. No multiple answers/short/long.
- Minor bugs that can be frustrating at times.
- Rewards feature not available in Canada
- Some simple things are not included in the basic plan, so as the name suggest it's BASIC functions. However at times it feels like some things should be in the basic plan.

*all of this has been communicated to Connecteam and I'm confident that they are already improving.

Summary: Amazing experience but limited to implementation.

Positive: The product- is able to solve my scheduling nightmare in a very user friendly way.
Above all I have an amazing success manager assigned to you every step of the way.
I have the support of other success managers willing to and available to answer any question 24/7 through the life of the software.

Negative: Did not pick up this earlier, was sitting in email past one year.
Needs to add invoicing part.
I have very specific needs too which am sure they can work on.
