Summary: Overall, I had a great experience. So many positive signs I have seen, never had a bad experience so far. Really good, 100% recommend to others.

Positive: When I was looking for event management and tickets, I search for Eventbrite, I wouldn’t know about PromoTix, while i was looking for so many searches how to create event in Eventbrite, and so many, while all the time I am getting suggestions of PromoTix, while I thought, let me check about what it is, how it’s works and how easy it is. While I did, I found it’s very easy to manage, no money, no hidden cost, which attracts me more, to check I have registered, created a event, publish it with link and all other place I published I got really good responses, after completing event, I received email about detailed report which is free.

Negative: So far I have created only one event I am not what is cons of this but to be honest, I have did and all experience are good so far.

Summary: Overall PromoTix was super easy to use, other than the one addition that I recommend in the cons I would say that this app is about as user-friendly as it gets.

Positive: Setting up an event was easy and learning the basics without much assistance was far from difficult.

Negative: I haven’t run into many things that I would consider a con the only thing that I would recommend is adding an piece for event total tickets that are being sold to cap at a certain amount if multiple types of tickets are being sold.

Summary: Without PromoTix we would not have been able to run our first small event which has now grown into a huge festival.
It’s the perfect platform for anyone starting out in events business.

Positive: PromoTix offers you the chance to claim money for your event up front making the cost of putting on an event much easier to carry.
The charge for their service can be added to the customer and it’s one of the lowest charges of all the ticket platforms we looked at which is great for your clients and great for you.
The platform itself is easy to understand. It’s logically set out and has everything you need to tailor your event to your taste.

Negative: We wanted more split payment options but I think PayPal is now linked to the site and so gives more flexibility.

Summary: First time creating an event and this was really easy to do and I have had a great experience. will be using again for future events.
