Negative: System Outages in 2024: There were noticeable system downtimes throughout 2024, which temporarily disrupted access to updates and caused minor inconvenience.

Limited Photo Interaction Visibility: When multiple people interact with photos on the timeline (think 3 or more), it’s unclear who they are. With only my wife and me using the app to see our child, seeing three or more interactions can be confusing even though my guess is it might be a parent of another kid that's also in the photo.

No Quick-Access Checkout Feature: The app lacks a feature like an Apple Wallet card or QR code integration for checking out our kid from daycare. A “checkout ID” with a PIN or QR code, similar to other apps like car insurance, would streamline the pick-up process.

Summary: It's a great program to use for child data. Easy to operate and easy to read reports. Makes it easy to pull what I'm looking for up and have the data in front of me when working on projects.

Negative: I think the app needs some improvements with terms of messaging and editing messages.

Negative: Difficult to run reports, not compatible with Apple and sometimes mobile phones, wish their was a way parents could provide a signature during the online registration process, pay at the checkout kiosk using the app at sign out.

Negative: We wish there were more report options available. For example, we wish there was a way to print all enrolled children's typical schedule with no specific dates.
