Summary: Overall my experience has been great and Procare has been a easy tool to use to communicate for each child's progress.

Positive: I am a Teachers Assistant and I really like how the features are easy to use and navigate the information for the classroom.

Negative: Sometimes the classroom can get busy and making it a challenge to have the time to put input the information in.

Summary: I would highly recommend using Procare to manage a daycare/preschool. Without it, we would have to pay more administrative workers.

Positive: Procare allowed us to start up a daycare with professional integrations. We are able to create and manage leads, communicate with parents, clock in/out for staff and integrate with our payroll software, bill and receive payments seamlessly, etc. We can see who is here at a glance, and keep our classrooms in ratio with no problem. We can send incident reports, keep track of potty times, naps, meals, etc.

Negative: There are a few minor things that I feel like could be improved on, but Procare welcomes feedback and is good to research what the users want and implement those things when practical.

Summary: I have had a great experience with Procare. Any issues I have they are resolved quickly and the customer service is great.

Positive: Child information, staff information, billing, etc., all in one place. It is great. Easy to use. Customer service is excellent.

Negative: I wish Procare and Family Engagement would sync staff sign-in and out. That would make it so much easier to keep track like I do for the children.

Summary: It's great, I do prefer it to other apps and I find it is very easy to use. It has everything you need in one place!

Positive: I love that you are able to have the desktop function for Admin and the online version for staff and parents, and that you can use the time clock function.

Negative: Nothing at the moment, I have used Procare for 10+ years and it just keeps getting better.

Summary: Procare is a great platform, and I'd recommend it to any childcare center looking for an efficient way to stay connected with families.

Positive: We use Procare to communicate with parents, and it has been a fantastic tool! The ability to send messages, pictures, and videos makes it easy to keep parents updated throughout the day. The interface is user-friendly, and it really helps streamline communication between staff and families.

Negative: As admins, we can't edit messages once they're sent. If a correction is needed, we have to delete the message and ask the teacher to resend it, which can be inconvenient. Adding an edit feature for admins or teachers would make the system even better!

Summary: We love Procare and use it daily. The lesson plans are great for our 2-5 aged rooms but infant and toddlers needs improvement.

Positive: We like the ease of lesson plans, parent communication and billing. Also, our parents love it as well.

Negative: Infant and toddler lesson plans are not very detailed.

Summary: I love it, they have made before and aftercare tracking so much easier for me

Positive: Procare has made our aftercare tracking and billing more efficient and easier to use. Was easy to adjust too and update with new students.

Negative: That once a child is in they can't be removed even if they left our school.

Summary: Procare Solutions is a wonderful program for all your daycare business needs.

Positive: Procare Solutions is very user friendly and has many features that you can add to your program.

Negative: It took some time to get used to but you will eventually get used to it.

Summary: Procare makes it easy for me to keep things running smoothly so I can focus on building those special connections with every child.

Positive: Procare helps me stay on top of everything—whether it’s tracking attendance, organizing, and keeping everything ready for each day of fun.
It’s more than just software; it’s peace of mind knowing I can give our kids my full attention while staying organized behind the scenes.

Negative: My only complaint is that we did not have this program sooner, as this program is a game changer.

Summary: Procare Solutions has streamlined our administrative processes, allowing us to focus more on providing quality care and education for our children. It’s an invaluable tool that has enhanced our operations and strengthened our connection with families.

Positive: Procare Solutions has been a game-changer for our center. The automated billing, attendance tracking, and parent communication tools have significantly improved our efficiency. The platform is user-friendly, making daily operations smoother for both staff and families.

Negative: There is a slight learning curve when first using the system, and occasional updates require some adjustments. However, the customer support team is always helpful and quick to assist.

Summary: It has made opening and managing a childcare center so much simpler. I like that billing, enrollment, attendance, daily activities, staff management, and parent communication is all in one place.

Positive: I like that everything is one place. It is easy to use and has great customer service. We have been able to go completely paperless, and still meet all the state requirements for licensing.

Negative: There are occasional glitches, like any technology, but the customer service is great at helping when that happens.

Summary: We have loved being able to share pictures with parent as well as the daily activities . I like that I can monitor what each staff is approved to do on Procare.

Positive: I love the parent sign in/out portion. As well as being able share pictures and daily activities with the parents.

Negative: I would like an easier way to do payroll for the entire staff at one click instead of multiple clicks.

Summary: The training was thorough and there is always a member that can help you on the phone or actually jumping on your computer.
The program fits our needs perfectly and I would recommend Procare to any childcare center

Positive: I am new to Procare but it is really a wonderful platform. It is easy to use, so far, and the customer service is outstanding

Negative: We use for tuition and I am looking into the financial reporting side. I have no issues at this time

Summary: I do enjoy how the desktop communicates with the cloud and vice versa in seconds.

Positive: Communication with staff and parents is so easy. Communication between platforms is just in seconds.

Negative: Setting up new modules can take time if it was not in the program already.

Summary: Great software for a childcare center. Helps with billing, payments, communication and filling documents.

Positive: Great for communication with families, billing is made so much easier and being able to put all of the children's information in the system and printing out reports.

Negative: A lot of information in the beginning to take in but once you get use to it there is so much useful information.
