Summary: My overall experience with Procare Solutions has been very positive. It streamlines daily operations by combining attendance, billing, payroll, and reporting into one easy-to-use system, which saves a significant amount of time. The parent app enhances communication and engagement, and the platform provides reliable tools for meeting licensing and compliance requirements. While I wish it offered online form completion for parents and staff, the benefits far outweigh this drawback, making it a valuable resource for managing a childcare center efficiently.

Positive: I like that Procare Solutions is an all-in-one system that makes managing childcare much easier. It saves time with automated billing, attendance, payroll, and meal counts while also offering customizable reports for licensing and compliance. The platform is user-friendly for both staff and parents, with a convenient parent app for communication, updates, and photos. I also appreciate its reliability, security, and ability to grow with the needs of the center.

Negative: One drawback of Procare Solutions is that it can feel overwhelming at first since it has so many features, and it takes time to learn the system fully. Some reports and functions aren’t as customizable as I would like, and occasional glitches or updates can cause minor disruptions. Additionally, the cost may be high for smaller centers, though the value is there once everything is set up and running smoothly.

Positive: I love that we can communicate with parents about their child’s day without having to give out our personal numbers

Negative: It does freeze quite often and it takes awhile for updates to happen

Positive: This application allows for total and constant communication with parents and guardians through daily activity logs and open communication through messaging.

Negative: I personally don't have total access due to my level of management.

Summary: I am very pleased with Procare. I like the reports it provides. When having to quickly check on allergies, I can print out a report for the whole center. We have found a few glitches between the desktop and online/app version. We are trying to figure out how to solve those glitches right now.

Positive: I love the parent/teacher messaging feature. It is nice that there is two-way communication between families and the center. It is also nice that all teachers in the classroom have access the the discussion. Sometimes a parent will in passing share important information about pick-up. We ask that they post that information in Procare messaging so that all teachers and administration will see the message.

Negative: I don't like when Procare goes down. Sometimes the app is not working. And we have implemented a plan for when that happens. I would also like more options in the newsletter feature.
I know that the software does SOOOOOO much more than how I am using it. I need to take a training on using the software.

Summary: I’ve worked with other communication and billing platforms, but Procare Solutions stands out as my favorite by far. It is efficient, reliable, and easy to use, helping us streamline our processes while improving communication with families.

Positive: Procare Solutions is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate for families, administrators, and teachers. It keeps everything organized in one place, making communication and management smooth and efficient.

Negative: I’ve been using Procare Solutions for over 3 years and honestly have not experienced any real issues. It has been reliable, consistent, and easy to use, so I don’t really have any major complaints or negatives to share.

Summary: Overall good easy student tracking, helpful features, but pricing could be more affordable. I think the price is worth with all the amenities is has to offer.

Positive: Easy to use, helps with parent communication, attendance, billing, and streamlines daily tasks. User friendly and easy to train staff on.

Negative: It can be costly. Sometimes updates cause glitches, and reports can be a little tricky to customize.

Summary: we really enjoy using Procare for our center. it has changed our daily routines to go much quicker and streamlined the way teachers use technology through the day. we spend less time on the tablet because of how easy it is to use.

Summary: Procare has been great for everything we need. Any of the day to day stuff that we need documentation of, we are able to record through Procare and access the information at any point. There are so many features to help keep things running smoothly throughout our childcare.

Positive: Procare helps keep our childcare facility running. We are able to have all of our families information, staff information, and invoices/tuition in one place. We are also able to record our days including attendance, meals, naps, and diaper changes. The parent portal allows us to share this information with families as well as having an easy way to contact families.

Negative: There are a lot features (which is great), however this requires a lot of time to dive into each feature that is available and how to set it up/use.

Summary: This has been an excellent service for our center. I will recommend this to anyone looking for a resource like this for their center.

Positive: Procare has been a great resource at our center. It has helped with billing and invoicing. All of our staff loves that they can send a receive messages from parents. Teachers like the observations and portfolios all in one location.

Negative: I have not found any cons with Procare as of right now.

Summary: I love the ability to send private or group messages to parents or employees.

Positive: The ease of use, the price, customer service, and the fact that parents can see photos and videos of their child’s day. Being able to see allergies.

Negative: I haven't had any cons so far. I can’t think of one bad thing to say about the Procare app.

Summary: Overall experience was good. I can us the program with ease. It's easy to explain to others what needs to be done.

Positive: It was extremely easy to learn how to use the program. I was able to create groups for my students to be with their own grade levels.

Negative: Not being able to completely remove students from the program

Summary: I really enjoy Procare. There are so many valuable functions. It might be a little difficult to find exactly what you are looking for, but customer service is great for getting help.

Positive: I love the functions, the syncing to the parent engagement app, and the customer service is Chik-fil-A adjacent!

Negative: On the parent side, if a parent has students at more than one campus (like we have) under the same parent company I think the sign in pins should be the same for the person regardless of which campus they are at.

Summary: I love everything about Procare and how easy it is to use. Our parents are very grateful that we have open communication available at our fingertips

Positive: Communication with parents, ease of use, customer support, tracking of students and their attendance

Negative: The only con in the updates during the business day making it unable to log

Summary: Overall, Elm Tree truly enjoys using Procare. We have used a couple different apps at the center over the years, but ProCare has been the favorite for the staff and parents. I highly recommend to other early childhood providers.

Positive: On Procare, we really like the ease of being able to talk with the parents in real time through the chat app. We also like the ease of the application as a whole. It’s simple to navigate for the teachers and the parents.

Negative: I don’t really have any major cons about the app. The only thing I would change would be in the scheduling section being able to add in breaks and show the schedule in the app for everyone.

Summary: Overall Procare is an amazing tool that the Daycare Center I work for utilizes every single day, as well as all of our parents.

Positive: Procare is easy to use, makes communication with parents flawless and allows us to keep in contact with parents regularly, makes billing easier, and is a great resource to help our Center and business.

Negative: I would like a feature to track a child's activities through the day and give a report to parents at pickup instead of sending updates throughout the day.
