Summary: We have struggled in my work place for a while logging parcels and I often get a lot of people come to me and I'm not sure if there is anything for them so this is just what I was after. I like that there is an app and so different members of our team are therefore able to sign parcels in and out.
Positive: You can log both incoming and outgoing mail

Able to add employees via uploading an excel file
Ability to add notes, as I wanted to add what was in the parcel
Ability to add other information on e.g Purchase orderNegative: Nothing that I can see- although I am only in the free trial period currently.

Summary: An excellent all-around mailroom parcel logging solution that I can highly recommend to any business. Customer support is extremely responsive, friendly and helpful.
Positive: Everything we needed to step away from manual parcel logging we found in Parcel Tracker. It has all features that small or large mailrooms may require - detailed parcel logs, signature collection at check-out, automated notifications by SMS or email. The app is highly customizable and the developers are constantly working to improve it. The interface is intuitive and easy to use and navigate. It also helps to have both desktop version and an iOS/Android app. The price is reasonable for an enterprise, and for a small mailroom the free version is sufficient.
Negative: There are a few minor UI bugs and some helpful fields/features are currently missing. The phone/tablet app was glitchy at first and didn't sync properly, but that was fixed. It would be great to be able to assign more than one email per notification, hopefully that gets added in the future. In general, the developers listen to the issues and are highly interested in making the product better with future updates.

Summary: overall we are satisfied with the product and the features. it has helped us reduce missing packages and the use of paper.
Positive: it's easy to use and keeps us organized. i love the chat feature when i have questions and getting a hold of a person for help is easy with quick responses. i love the customization for most of the features on the app/web.
Negative: on the web, it does not save my settings to default when looking at the parcel inbound/outbound list. i can create a saved setting list but having to always switch over to the saved setting when navigating through the web site and every time i log in can get pretty annoying. there should be an option to have a default AND save different settings.

another con, is when using the app and searching a person's name you have to click the search icon to pull up the person's packages. i think it would be easier that while i type their name a box displays with those that fit the typed letters and i can quickly click on the person i'm looking for.
hope that makes sense, if these are possible please let me know. i wasn't able to figure it out on my own. -

Summary: So far we have really enjoyed the software and would recommend this product to any college mailroom.
Positive: The customer support is amazing, very quick response time and very professional. The Parcel Tracker team worked with us to meet our needs and are incredibly friendly. The app is smooth and captures information with ease. Students love the QR code and we are receiving very positive feedback from students and staff.

Summary: As detailed above, Parcel Tracker is an easy to use solution and one which I would recommend to anyone. It was a smooth installation and set up and following go-live we have had much the same experience. Would recommend to any PBSA providers.
Positive: The system is very easy to use in both the mobile application and web based formats. Being an administrator, my use is predominantly the web based format and I find it to be useful when troubleshooting any issues.
When I check in with site, I often get feedback of how it is easy to use. We rarely hear of any frustrations from their side. If we do have issues, the support team are more than willing to help. They are prompt and attentive to any problems we may be facing. This has not been frequent, but when required has been most helpful.Negative: When we do hear frustrations, these are often related to the connection between devices. We had issues following a recent update but the team were most helpful in resolving these.

In comparison to other Parcel Delivery Companies, Parcel Tracker is very competitive on price.Positive: Easy to use from a any phone.
Training modules/guides were easy to follow.
Tech support is readily available, however pleased that we have only called upon this once in just over a year.Negative: No obvious cons.

Summary: We are very happy with its use and look forward to the implementation of new applications in other areas such as access control.
Positive: How easy and intuitive it is to use, as well as how easy it is to make modifications. Package management is much simpler, faster, and more precise than with the system we had before.
We're saving a lot of time that we can dedicate to other tasks. We've also reduced the number of package incidents by making it easier to control and audit when necessary.Negative: The first installation required some extra work since we used another system for many years and a lot of data had to be transferred. There has not been a single problem that the support team has not been able to help us solve immediately.
