Summary: In general, it's an amazing App that provide the convenience for both site team and the residents. I have heard amazing feedback about it from our residents.
I would suggest if the resident can have the option to choose how they can be notified would improve their experience. Some residents would check E-mails more, some prefers text message etc.Positive: The product itself is easy to use and the customers can be notified immediately.
The App is straightforward to use and only some simple demonstration is needed at the very beginning. It's easy for new team members to be capable to manage the parcels as well.
It also helped to save the time and reduce miscommunications. The App helped to reduce the time usage for the site team members to log all the parcels manually, which also helped to reduce the chance of mistakes or missing to log any parcels by chance. By notifying the customer, the customer can also know which parcel has been delivered. which one has not been delivered. It's also helpful for the customer to know if their parcel has been delivered to a wrong address if they received the delivery message from the courier but not from Parcel Tracker.
It also provide the flexibility to be used by multiple devices.Negative: Sometimes it would take time for other device to have the synchronization. For example, if you scan one parcel by one device but use another device to collect the parcel, it won't allow you to do so.

Summary: LOVE IT! Love how efficient the system is. It makes the whole process look a lot more professional. Parcels get collected quicker and there is a clearer track of which parcels are delivered and booked out!

Summary: My overall experience has been great, I've been using Parcel Tracker for a while now and I'm very happy I picked their solution over the others that I was looking at!
Positive: The support team at Parcel Tracker are top notch. They are available to guide you through their very streamlined setup process for their platform and are available with any questions that I might have for them, pretty much instantly.
Negative: Not many cons i can think of, I was writing this just because I was some impressed with how they guided us through setup and helped us out when we needed it.

Summary: I absolutely love using the system. It saves time and looks for professional to the customer.
Collection is so easy and quick.Positive: This is a simple and speedy way to track parcels coming through reception at a student accommodation.
Scanning is simple, once the residents name and room number are picked up, you can then scan the parcel barcode and file away in storage cupboard.
We used to manually log each parcel that entered the building, taking up to 1min 45secs per parcel. Parcel Tracker speeds up this process taking the time per parcel to approximately 33 seconds from starting scanning to completing and filing away.
Residents instantly receive an email with a QR code, which they then use to collect and within seconds of scanning the QR code they have their parcel and are back out of the door.Negative: The only issue I have found up to now is that you can't delete parcels that are scanned, say it automatically picks up the wrong resident, it would be easier to delete individual parcels when this does happen.

Summary: Great product, easy to navigate, friendly interface, saves our staff time when logging parcels a lot faster, allowing them time for other daily jobs and tasks.
Positive: Friendly interface and very easy and straightforward to navigate, saving time on logging parcels in a secure and efficient way.
Negative: App can sometimes lag when using on the phone and cannot be used on multiple devices on the same time with the same user.

Summary: Overall this is the best parcel tracker software I have used. It is better than Dwellant to scan parcels and no extra hardware is needed.
Needs to program software that can be used in mac. Little pricy for a small organization.Positive: It sends an email notification when the parcel is scanned by reception.
It also sends an email notification when the parcel is collected and gives how many parcels need a collection or how many have been collected.
It also lets the reception team send a picture of the parcel via email.Negative: Once the parcel is scanned then that's it. there is no undo option. If the parcel is scanned on a different person's email address then it doesn't let me go back and delete the log. The email gets sent immediately and if the parcel is taken off the system then it immediately sends an email saying the parcel has been collected when we are only trying to delete the wrong log. Sometimes it doesn't scan the barcode and sometimes it doesn't give accurate personal detail.

The main Con is that it only operated in android and we had an apple iPad for the concierge to use.

Summary: Very good tool to manage mailroom. It is straightforward and does what it says. The camera reading works well and identifies recipients quite accurately.
Positive: Easy to use by the mailroom staff. People got used quickly to the notifications. We can also track usage and parcels, very useful for planning.

Summary: This system is perfect for a busy student accommodation, it allows you to securely check in or parcels while automatically notifying the students that they have arrived. It allows you to securely track and monitor all parcels and I think the students appreciate that it is a much more foolproof system than manually writing everything down.
It also saves my team a lot of time, which means they can focus on other tasks and duties.Positive: Since the introduction of this system it has become obvious that it is a massive time saver as well as a very much more secure way of giving out and tracking mail for the students. Before this system was introduced it used to take us over an hour to manually log and put away all the parcels and this has been drastically cut down thanks to the Parcel Tracker system.
The students think it’s amazing and we have had very positive comments regarding it. It really helps the students that when we have processed a package they get an email telling them they can come and get it.Negative: I haven’t come across any as yet, The system does everything it was designed to do.

Summary: Overall the team is extremely satisfied with the service and we're using the reports to continuously improve our processes.
Positive: Switching from a paper-based process to a digitised system, reduced the time we spend monitoring incoming and outgoing packages to less than half. The camera scanning is great, because typing names on the keyboard can become hectic on handheld devices.
The team was also helpful when we asked for email customisation, and it was done swiftly on their side within an hour.Negative: We initially had some issues with the iOS app which was slow at pushing the data to the web platform. However, this issue had been solved in little time and has been working fine ever since.
