Summary: Very good app for our use case, our staff enjoys working with the app and it is important that it is used.

Positive: Very easy to use, the videos and explanations as well as the training are simple and understandable also for people with less technical experience, the OCR feature works mostly very well but if not it is easy to find the recipient.

Negative: German language is not perfect translated and sometimes we have to reset.

Summary: We have had only great feedback from our staff and customers re this product. We would not go back to our old system and would highly recommend parcel tracker to anybody who handles many parcels as part of their work process.

Positive: Very easy to use. Very easy to train staff on. Very reliable and very speedy. It has cut down tremendously on the work required to handle our parcels. Compared to our old system which was highly manual it is a no brainer.

Negative: There are no cons to this system. It is very efficient and accurate. It has revolutionised our parcel system.

Summary: Really good app to use, easy to train staff with. Less likely of losing parcels on site. So easy for the residents to show a QR code and scan to locate the parcel.

Positive: The digital log of each parcel for residents is really useful, knowing if we still have a parcel or the resident has collected it is a great feature especially when we are queried about them. It's really simple to use and fast compared to our old process.

Negative: We had a bulk upload of main residents which is great, although when we have one off short stays it can be a little bit annoying as these residents won't be on the system and we would only know by human knowledge (only criticism).

Summary: Much better than the system we were previously using. Very easy to use as the system automatically generates a QR code which residents can scan and show proof of delivery. System automatically sends confirmation once they have signed and collected the parcel which helps to manage lost parcels.

Negative: You can't see the images taken with the phone when registering the parcel. I'd like to be view the image I've taken...

Summary: It has made our jobs a lot easier so we can free our time up for other tasks, would highly recommend!!

Positive: Love the app, really easy to use, great to keep track when receiving such a high volume of parcels, extra security for staff on site when storing parcels on behalf of other people.

Negative: Takes a bit of getting used to, especially if you are not particularly tech savvy, and sometimes the data extraction is a little delayed for the changes in customers we are holding the parcels for.

Summary: Very pleased with this product. We receive thousands of parcels each year and the time saved by only requiring to take a picture of the address or barcode rather than typing in the details into a system is huge. The user interface is intuitive and very easy to use and we haven't encountered any issues to be concerned about.

Negative: Haven't encountered many so far. We've had a syncing issue once with the data showing on different devices but that was rare.

Negative: None, as so easy to use. So simple to operate, adding parcels then issuing them to the students.

Positive: Time savings, reduced the pickup time as recipients are notified upon arrival, less possibility of loss, better managment of packages.

Negative: Nothing so far, everything is working great and has exceeded expectations.
