Summary: Not happy that I have been signed to an annual subscription. No positives that I can speak of with this company.

Positive: No pros for me - used them once and didn’t want to use the service again. Now I’ve been charged for an annual subscription.

Negative: I was signed up for a subscription instead of a 1 week trial. What a dodgy company so I have lodged a complaint with my bank to cancel the transaction and my card. What a stuff around. Don’t touch this company!

Summary: PDF Guru is a website where I have made a translation, i have paid for it and after, they made a subscription of 50 euros per month for which I haven't agreed. There was no message that I will make a subscription, after I have put my card details they have taken 50 euro. Why somebody would pay for separate a product that is included in a subscription and after making a subscription?
I have contacted them but they said I agreed and there is no way to make a refund. That is not true, there was not such a message that I will subscribe.

Positive: What can I like if they have stolen my money? it is a scam!

Negative: They made a subscription without my consent stealing from my account 50 euro .They would have continue each month like that . The customer service insisted I have made this subscription which is not true and refused to make give my money back. They take your card details , you pay for one thing, after they make this subscription which is a fraud.

I would caution others to be extremely careful when considering signing up for any services with this company. Their business practices are unclear, and customer support has been completely unhelpful. I strongly advise potential users to read the fine print and be wary of any automatic renewals.

Summary: Avoid at all costs, horrible company, horrible service, anti-consumer business model. Extremely infuriating to fall for a "legal scam"

Positive: Literally nothing, the pdf I paid to transfer into a word document didn't work at all. It's a scam company.

Negative: They designed their payment process to make it seem like you’re paying $0.99 for 7 days of limited access, but that’s a lie. In reality, it’s just a discounted trial that leads to an unexpected $50 charge after a week—for something I could’ve done on Word for free. The fact that complaints about this have been circulating for over seven months without any changes makes it clear they’re intentionally misleading customers.

Summary: Don’t use scammers! please this company should be shut down. They steal peoples money and laugh at you when you ask for a refund which legally i should be getting.

Negative: Tried it out for a $.99 "one-time" use which resulted in enrolling me into a monthly subscription for $49.99. I realized this two months later and wrote to them asking for refund which they refused.

Summary: I engaged with them for the purpose of securing a pdf. This was offered, and paid for at a cost of 99c. However, i then found that i had been charged $49. The Company's admin stated that the contract had been emailed, but this was a lie!! It has a contract set up without consent which has to be cancelled within 6 days otherwise the $49 charge is activated. Customer service is entirely unhelpful, their staff are clearly incentivised to reject refund requests on this issue

Negative: Unauthorized credit card charges. We I contacted their customer service they stated I did not have an account with them. IF SO WHY CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD!

They are very good at taking your money

Negative: Hard to use and also added you sneakily to an automatic monthly membership despite only what a single use. No information in sign up email but down the bottom of a receipt.

Summary: Total rip off. Avoid at all costs. I have reviewed them on Trustpilot and other review sites so that no-one makes the same mistake I did. BEWARE!!

Positive: Nothing, absolutely nothing. This is a total scam. If you used their service once (I had to edit a single PDF for 1€), they will charge you 50€ monthly using your PayPal or your credit card details, as if you were "subscribed", which I was not.

Summary: Scammers and don’t have any interest in building a business just stealing money. I am trying to think of anything positive to say but when you have had money taken without permission and no way of getting back due to technicalities - scam and should be banned.

Positive: Did the job I needed at what looked like a fair enough price but is actually a scam to steal money and take out a subscription without knowing or being alerted.

They clearly don’t back their own product or wouldn’t have to steal or have so many reviews about being thieves.

Negative: Scammed me out of £49.99 with a hidden subscription.
