Negative: Tried it out for a $.99 "one-time" use which resulted in enrolling me into a monthly subscription for $49.99. I realized this two months later and wrote to them asking for refund which they refused.

Summary: I engaged with them for the purpose of securing a pdf. This was offered, and paid for at a cost of 99c. However, i then found that i had been charged $49. The Company's admin stated that the contract had been emailed, but this was a lie!! It has a contract set up without consent which has to be cancelled within 6 days otherwise the $49 charge is activated. Customer service is entirely unhelpful, their staff are clearly incentivised to reject refund requests on this issue

Negative: This company exists to gather money from very misleading payment terms. it offers a cheap solution but entraps users into a long term contract.

Summary: Poor. I would never recommend this company, not ever! They charge your credit card without being authorized

Positive: Nothing! They scam you with a free trial, then charge your credit card. Their customer service is a joke.

Negative: Unauthorized credit card charges. We I contacted their customer service they stated I did not have an account with them. IF SO WHY CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD!

Summary: I would not recommend this platform or organisation to anyone. The platform is not very user friendly and there are sneaky charges that create monthly subscription

They are very good at taking your money

Negative: Hard to use and also added you sneakily to an automatic monthly membership despite only what a single use. No information in sign up email but down the bottom of a receipt.

Summary: Total rip off. Avoid at all costs. I have reviewed them on Trustpilot and other review sites so that no-one makes the same mistake I did. BEWARE!!

Positive: There is nothing good to say about this scam business. They take your money and rip you off. They are Cyprus-based fraud co.

Positive: Nothing, absolutely nothing. This is a total scam. If you used their service once (I had to edit a single PDF for 1€), they will charge you 50€ monthly using your PayPal or your credit card details, as if you were "subscribed", which I was not.

Negative: SCAM!! SCAMMERS!! THIEVES!! Guys, be careful.

Summary: Scammers and don’t have any interest in building a business just stealing money. I am trying to think of anything positive to say but when you have had money taken without permission and no way of getting back due to technicalities - scam and should be banned.

Positive: Did the job I needed at what looked like a fair enough price but is actually a scam to steal money and take out a subscription without knowing or being alerted.

They clearly don’t back their own product or wouldn’t have to steal or have so many reviews about being thieves.

Negative: Scammed me out of £49.99 with a hidden subscription.

Negative: THEY charge $1 to use the service then a week later charge $49.99 and then refuse to refund it.

Summary: By the time you realize it, it’s too late. PayPal won't issue a refund because the transaction appears legitimate, and since PayPal doesn’t refund, the company won’t either. Be cautious and avoid paying these people anything—it’s a scam!

Summary: I was only editing a PDF file, but they sold me a monthly subscription of US $45.99 without my authorization or consent, and charged me the first month's fee through PayPal, though I paid for editing the PDF US $0.99 as well. I am very disappointed, and I am still fighting for a refund.
There are flaws in the process. They pretend that it is free of charge to create or edit PDF files, but they charge, and their charges are in US dollars. This means you get another surprise when you are charged.

Summary: It's internet cheating! Folks, never use it!

Positive: No pros.

Negative: I edited one page (pdf), as needed urgently.
Paid 0,99 Euro for download a revised doc. And that's it.
And two months later I found a bad surprise in my online banking! This PDF Guru began to deduct 50 Euro per month!! What for?!
I already cancel that two transfers in my online banking.
Paypal must obey same (reward the payments).

Summary: If I have anywhere to report this scam company I would, I was not the only one scammed by this company.

Positive: Couldn’t save the file after spending 2 hours editing the PDF. Wasted money and time, nothing good at all!

Negative: Paid for the trial and they automatically subscribe their monthly membership which was $49 per month without notification, all you get was a junk email saying that they will start taking your money after the trial period. They refused to give refund as their website has all the policy to back them up. They meant to scam your money that way, if you don’t check carefully you end up paying $49 per month for this crap service.

Positive: Absolutely do not trust them. They refuse to refund me after I only purchased the $0.99 option. They trick you into charging you $49.99 and say you should read the fine print. I hate scammers. I would like my refund!!!

I used it as a one off paying 99p and even at that it was terrible.

Scam website that doesn't tell you they are going to charge you £49.99 a month when you use a one off 99p feature.

Negative: If I could give this less I would.

I used this to make a 99p pdf which was a rip off at that for the software.

I just logged into my banking app to see I'm being charged £49.99 a month to use this. At no point did I sign up for a monthly subscription as who in their right mind would pay that for this.

That's 600 a year.

Absolutely shocking.

At no point did I agree to these terms.

At no point did I create an account with password so you can't even log in to cancel.

I'm contacting my bank to get the money back.
