Positive: It has tons of cool features but the best thing I liked is able to collaborate with teams in real time. Getting set up was fast and easy. It has a robust messaging and file sharing room which works flawlessly on cross platforms.

Negative: Customer relation integration has less to do. Please add more features.

Summary: Overall if you are frustrated with the limitations of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office then ONLYOFFICE is the best tool to try out. It offers every customization to make the working system streamlined.

Positive: I've been working on ONLYOFFICE Docs for the last 1 year and the best thing I liked about it is that they continuously keep uplifting their product limits. The platform was very easy to use. The converter of docs to Markdown works smoothly.

Negative: The form builder has less customization like logo placement and menu design.

Negative: I liked this tool. Nothing major to share about its cons.

Positive: ONLYOFFICE is a versatile software. Its macro feature is integrated with OpenAI helps me to save a tremendous amount of time. It provides short-form data to better analyze spreadsheets. Its document editor supports formulas where you can simply get statistical, logical and mathematical results by adding shot code formulas in tables.

Negative: So far I don't have any strong dislike about ONLYOFFICE.
