Summary: Overall 4 out of 5 stars. We will continue to use these within our remote team - but only a few per year.

Positive: We like that we can have team members from everywhere add notes, gifs or support via the Kudoboard. Its easy to share a link and get team involved and delivers quickly.

Negative: I would love a few simpler board- every board has crazy designs (can be very fun) but it can be distracting from the many messages/gifs/images added and very busy.

Summary: Way better than passing around the physical card around the office for a note. Everyone on the team has loved getting their own cards. And the emails that Kudoboard sends the administrators have contained some good suggestions.

Positive: I love that there are different ways to customize each card. And it's fun for people to add a GIF or picture to their messages :)

Negative: I wish it was easier for the recipient to keep the card.

Summary: Overall, a good resource to easily send well wishes, condolences, kudos, etc to colleagues. Especially helpful for entirely remote workplaces.

Positive: I like that it's easily shareable and easy to send to the recipient. It's not terribly expensive, which is good because I work for a small organization with limited funds for things like this.

Negative: I wish there was a middle option between the 20 / 50 post allowance

Summary: I appreciate having this service at my fingertips. It allows us to recognize our team members who are located across the state with more than "just" an email.

Positive: I love Kudoboard for how easy it is to send to teammates to "sign the card" for a fellow colleague. The GIF and design libraries are fun and make it easy to really personalize your individual greeting. The scheduling feature makes it easy for planning, so I don't have to remember on the specific celebration day to send at a certain time.

Negative: It's definitely a convenience, but I think the cost is high. If it weren't endorsed by our corporate owners, we wouldn't be subscribing.

Summary: I have been using Kudo for years to share birthday wishes with the team members, I am happy with the service!

Positive: I like the ready to use templates based on the type of the card, option to add gif/jpg to personalise

Negative: Once I scheduled the delivery and got mixed up with the time zones

Summary: Great and worth it ! I would defo recommend it anyone, you can use it for work, personal and all types of occasions!

Positive: Its a great idea because these days people are too busy to be buying cards and people can just read through their cards when and wherever!
The themes and Giphs are a good touch too!

Negative: Maybe offer a custom option to upload my own photos

Summary: Love using this for company cards for employee announcements. The cost is on par with a physical card and less waste.

Positive: Super easy to set up and send out to the signers. Like that I can just copy a link to an email rather than entering every single email.

Negative: Would like more up to date designs. Be able to change fonts per user. It is nice to see others add their personality.

Summary: This is a handy tool for celebrating across teams - whether it is for birthdays, anniversaries, first days or departures - it is a nice way to send a note to acknowledge a milestone and brighten someone's day!

Positive: Kudoboard comes in handy for celebrating a number of team occasions and milestones, especially for distributed teams. We use it to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions.

Negative: I can't think of any major cons with the product..

Summary: It was good overall. Easy to set up and easy to copy link and send to people so they can also contribute.

Positive: I like that you can add pictures and gifs and always have it. I also like that you accept donations.

Negative: When setting it up, people have stated that they did not realize it accepted donations though I set up the option.

Summary: i love being able to use Kudoboard as an accessible way to celebrate and share wins with a global workforce. I think there's an opportunity to venture into the video collection versions of these too, maybe an integration or collaboration with Canva to be able to differently edit, etc.

Positive: Easy to setup and archive the boards when using or after i had completed, liked the ability to drag posts around

Negative: i don't love the interface it feels very "cartoonish" or "cliparty" and I would love to see a more modernized design.

Summary: Kudoboard has been a great software for my company, I must admit that thanks to this platform, I have been able to keep our employees happy, this platform has allowed us to send recognitions and achievements to employees located in the development, marketing, sales, human resources and many more sectors, our company is currently quite complete, and our employees perform well in their jobs, so this platform has been really useful to be able to recognize each of the tasks they perform in their offices. In general, I consider that the usefulness that this platform has had has been completely beneficial for my company and has allowed our employees to be happy and strive even more to belong to the ranking of employees with the most achievements and recognitions. I will continue to use this platform in the long term, I consider that it has had a positive impact on my company, and I want this positive impact to last much longer.

Positive: For us, Kudoboard became an extremely important platform for recognizing the achievements of each of our employees. The features that I liked most about this platform were:

1- This platform offers us a monitoring system for each of the recognitions that we send to each of the employees, in this way we can keep complete control of the recognitions that we provide to employees in the different areas of the company. The platform allows us to have a complete record and a database of the recognitions given at any time, we can consult the recognitions provided last year or this year, this is relatively important for us, having this database helps us understand which employee has had the most recognitions over the course of the company.

2- I love the way in which this platform allows me to send monetary recognitions to my employees, I can send these recognitions by email. Thanks to this platform, it provides me with a system for creating gift cards, either to send to an employee when they have achieved something in the company or when it is a birthday, this function is very important for us, since we can send gifts at any time to keep our employees happy.

3- I love the automated function in which the platform automatically provides me with a ranking of the most outstanding employees in my company or the employees who have received the most recognition from this platform. This function is one of the most important, since I can quickly see which is the most outstanding employee or which is the employee who has received the most achievements in my company

4- The application for mobile devices also works wonderfully, and these provide complete accessibility to my control panel. Within this platform, I can send all kinds of recognitions just by using my mobile device.

Negative: There are very few negative things that I have noticed about this platform, these negative things were:

1- This platform did not provide me with a wide variety of templates designed for each of the recognitions that I gave to my employees, in this way, I had the need to import new templates of my own in order to provide a much more complete design to my recognitions. I consider that this platform should offer much more attractive designs to add to the labels or recognitions that you give to your employees, this would be great since you could vary the design that you use for your recognitions.

2- Another thing that I did not like is that the free version of this platform is quite limited, we currently use a paid version in our company, however, we lasted approximately a week, using the free version to be able to test it properly, and I must admit that this free version is too limited, it limits the number of designs that you can use in your recognitions, it limits the number of recognitions that you can create for your employees, as well as it limits the number of recognitions that you can send to your employees, it is a completely limited version.

Summary: My experience with Kudoboard has been great. It's always easy to create new kudoboards, share with others, and set it automatically to send. Makes my life easier to celebrate the colleagues' special days!

Positive: Pro of using Kudoboard is that it is easy to use, customizable (GIF options are always so fun)!, and affordable

Negative: The way blocks are showing may not be the most appealing. Also sometimes the GIF options are a bit outdated/limiting

Summary: Overall it's a good site and tool to use for sending greeting messages to staff in my office. Would be good to show the pricing or free options more up front.

Positive: The ease of setting up the Kudoboard and having a wide variety of background themes to use for the greeting card. Also easy to set up to have multiple people sign or submit their greetings to the card receiver. Nice also to have the notifications when the receiver opens the card up, or is yet to open it and then can send a reminder.

Negative: Not quite clear if there are kudoboards that can be sent free of charge from a group to the receiver. Would be nice to have free ones and mentioned on the website.

Summary: I find KUDOS boards is a great alternative to the old school hand-written cards in the office. The virtual concept can bring in people from all over the globe.

Positive: Easy to navigate and the cost is minimal. Started using KUDOS during COVD for the office and we have kept the practice after returning to work! It's great to see the GIFs from everyone!

Negative: The only con I can see is that the price increases with the amount of people who want to participate in being a part of the shared virtual card.

Summary: Great! G

Positive: Great images and GIFs to choose from - and also that we have lots of options when it comes to uploading our own images.

Negative: Wish we could have done a pic slideshow - or link a deck to one.
