Summary: Kudoboard has been a great software for my company, I must admit that thanks to this platform, I have been able to keep our employees happy, this platform has allowed us to send recognitions and achievements to employees located in the development, marketing, sales, human resources and many more sectors, our company is currently quite complete, and our employees perform well in their jobs, so this platform has been really useful to be able to recognize each of the tasks they perform in their offices. In general, I consider that the usefulness that this platform has had has been completely beneficial for my company and has allowed our employees to be happy and strive even more to belong to the ranking of employees with the most achievements and recognitions. I will continue to use this platform in the long term, I consider that it has had a positive impact on my company, and I want this positive impact to last much longer.

Positive: For us, Kudoboard became an extremely important platform for recognizing the achievements of each of our employees. The features that I liked most about this platform were:

1- This platform offers us a monitoring system for each of the recognitions that we send to each of the employees, in this way we can keep complete control of the recognitions that we provide to employees in the different areas of the company. The platform allows us to have a complete record and a database of the recognitions given at any time, we can consult the recognitions provided last year or this year, this is relatively important for us, having this database helps us understand which employee has had the most recognitions over the course of the company.

2- I love the way in which this platform allows me to send monetary recognitions to my employees, I can send these recognitions by email. Thanks to this platform, it provides me with a system for creating gift cards, either to send to an employee when they have achieved something in the company or when it is a birthday, this function is very important for us, since we can send gifts at any time to keep our employees happy.

3- I love the automated function in which the platform automatically provides me with a ranking of the most outstanding employees in my company or the employees who have received the most recognition from this platform. This function is one of the most important, since I can quickly see which is the most outstanding employee or which is the employee who has received the most achievements in my company

4- The application for mobile devices also works wonderfully, and these provide complete accessibility to my control panel. Within this platform, I can send all kinds of recognitions just by using my mobile device.

Negative: There are very few negative things that I have noticed about this platform, these negative things were:

1- This platform did not provide me with a wide variety of templates designed for each of the recognitions that I gave to my employees, in this way, I had the need to import new templates of my own in order to provide a much more complete design to my recognitions. I consider that this platform should offer much more attractive designs to add to the labels or recognitions that you give to your employees, this would be great since you could vary the design that you use for your recognitions.

2- Another thing that I did not like is that the free version of this platform is quite limited, we currently use a paid version in our company, however, we lasted approximately a week, using the free version to be able to test it properly, and I must admit that this free version is too limited, it limits the number of designs that you can use in your recognitions, it limits the number of recognitions that you can create for your employees, as well as it limits the number of recognitions that you can send to your employees, it is a completely limited version.

Summary: My experience with Kudoboard has been great. It's always easy to create new kudoboards, share with others, and set it automatically to send. Makes my life easier to celebrate the colleagues' special days!

Positive: Pro of using Kudoboard is that it is easy to use, customizable (GIF options are always so fun)!, and affordable

Negative: The way blocks are showing may not be the most appealing. Also sometimes the GIF options are a bit outdated/limiting

Summary: Overall it's a good site and tool to use for sending greeting messages to staff in my office. Would be good to show the pricing or free options more up front.

Positive: The ease of setting up the Kudoboard and having a wide variety of background themes to use for the greeting card. Also easy to set up to have multiple people sign or submit their greetings to the card receiver. Nice also to have the notifications when the receiver opens the card up, or is yet to open it and then can send a reminder.

Negative: Not quite clear if there are kudoboards that can be sent free of charge from a group to the receiver. Would be nice to have free ones and mentioned on the website.

Summary: I find KUDOS boards is a great alternative to the old school hand-written cards in the office. The virtual concept can bring in people from all over the globe.

Positive: Easy to navigate and the cost is minimal. Started using KUDOS during COVD for the office and we have kept the practice after returning to work! It's great to see the GIFs from everyone!

Negative: The only con I can see is that the price increases with the amount of people who want to participate in being a part of the shared virtual card.

Summary: Great! G

Positive: Great images and GIFs to choose from - and also that we have lots of options when it comes to uploading our own images.

Negative: Wish we could have done a pic slideshow - or link a deck to one.

Summary: I think the product is a good quick fix. If there is a competing product I may explore that option due to pricing.

Positive: I find this service

Negative: Pricing tier is a bit high for the product when you have a small steam of 6

Summary: Wonderful platform - easy to use and functional. I do wish the platform had more fun, creative backgrounds

Positive: The ability to send digital gift cards to colleagues and friends with contributors. The platform is simple and easy to use.

Negative: The limited options in backgrounds for all boards, especially birthdays

Summary: Overall this is a fun product that our team enjoys using. Recommend as a fun thing to keep the team together.

Positive: It's so easy to use and fun! Keeps our team enaged and gives a platform for everyone to celebrate our colleagues accomplishments. Works well for a team that works all over the globe.

Negative: Wish there were even more board options. And that it would auto save/remind me of people's birthdays for next year. Maybe auto create a board?

Summary: Great tool to send messages of support, care, and celebration while not having to physically pass a card around multiple floors or locations.

Positive: Scheduled delivery is nice to accommodate the time zone of the recipient. The choice of backgrounds and Gifs is also good; You don't see too many repeat messages on larger boards. It is very easy to create and share around with teammates for input.

Negative: The pricing model is tricky. I understand the need to make a profit but the tiers between the bottom 2 force the user into a higher price model. 20 users is easy to hit depending on the team size but 100 may not be necessary either. There used to be a model for 50 that was a great fit.

Summary: my overall experience is great so far but the design is a it minimum as you can't change the color of the top bar.

Positive: it's easy to use and great to have teams contribute to the celebration together. Love to see there is another option for adding $$ as needed.

Negative: I would love to see more themes available, the birthday themes aren't that many to choose from.

Summary: I enjoy it very much and so does the staff.

Positive: It's easy to use.

Negative: At first the delivery part was confusing but I understand it now.

Summary: This is an awesome solution and way to recognize our employees and their accomplishments! This really brightens our employees experience!

Positive: I love that this allows me to schedule e cards to be delivered to my employees. It is way easier to use than trying to send around a physical card for signatures, especially given our workforce is often out of the office and at multiple sites.

Negative: The only improvement I can think of is to expand the library of images even more. It's already great, but I'd love to see it constantly updated!

Summary: Overall, I'm really happy with Kudoboard. Our team carved out budget for it because free solutions just don't measure up in terms of ease of use and the positive impact Kudoboards have on our team culture. With a few tweaks (as described in this review), Kudoboard would be a 5-star solution.

Positive: I love how easy it is to contribute to a kudoboard, as well as being able to include gifs and other fun ways to make it visually appealing. Our team tried to move away from Kudoboard to free solutions and decided to come back because it's so easy to get big groups together to contribute to a board, the delivery is seamless, and other functionality is just a lot easier to use than others.

Negative: I find the "account" functionality to be confusing. I can contribute to kudoboards without logging in, but it does prompt me to log in each time, and when I do, my dashboard shows some of the previous boards I've created and contributed to, but not all of them. It's confusing.

In addition, the handling of email addresses for inviting people to contribute is bizarre. It offers me a list of "recently invited" email addresses but they're mostly masked/hidden. For example, I'll see a list that looks like:

As you can imagine, when I'm inviting a bunch of people from the same domain, there are too many emails that look the same and I can't differentiate between them, so it's basically useless to me. I end up having to generate a list of emails outside of kudoboard every time.

Summary: Good and efficient and quite personal. I have not used the support function, so have no idea if it is good or bad. Therefore I rated it"Just OK". There should be a field for "not used". As for the design, it would be nice with a few more choices, or for example a choice of colouring. The farewell options were rather "sombre".
Frequency of use: 2-3 times per year in the past but it will be monthly going forward.
And well - I find 9 USD rather expensive.

Positive: A Kudoboard is an efficient way to provide personalised messages from people who cannot come to the same address and sign a physical card.

Negative: Printing was a bit troublesome, but after a few attempts I got it right. It would be great if 2 pages was possible, as the text becomes very small if there are many messages.

Summary: Useful, quick and easy to use. I use this on most occasions for the office. As mentioned it is a great tool for sending quick messages and to add more features if required making it a go to product.

Positive: Kudoboard is a very easy software tool to use and quickly set up. It's great for those that either just want to leave a message or send something extra in the way of a GIF or photo.

Negative: Basically all good though maybe a tad costly. Perhaps there could be a new charge feature for 20 posts.
