Summary: A fun, inexpensive, and creative way to celebrate our staff, especially during the pandemic and working remotely.

Positive: Easy to use, allows creativity, inexpensive, Many customization options without being overwhelming.

Negative: Can't think of anything substantial at the moment.

Summary: I use this for anniversary milestones and when people retire/leave. This has been great for my semi-virtual teams, when historically I would have used a greeting card that everyone needed to be on-site to use. Highly recommend.

Positive: Planned delivery helps with hectic schedules and delivering by a deadline (ex: retirement date). GIFs are a hoot to use. Found some neat anniversary backgrounds to use.

Negative: The backgrounds could use some more help. Maybe additional backgrounds? Or when a design has a graphic (like the anniversary template that shows the anniversary number) could the posts not be placed over graphic.

Summary: Kudoboard makes it fast and easy to design a beautiful card. The app is very intuitive, there are no surprises. It's just really easy to use.

Summary: Very positive - easy to setup boards and contribute to them too. High level of personalization and customization.

Positive: Very easy to use - you can personalize with pictures/gifs and write a customized recognition message.

Negative: Nothing! The product is very user-friendly and intuitive to use.

Summary: It is a great, fun, and easy way to spread joy within our company. Everyone has fun posting messages and even more receiving a Kudoboard.

Negative: Diversity of gifs, images, backgrounds: could be better
Reminder email 24 hours before scheduled delivery: limited (could be less e.g.: 8 hours, 1 hour).

Summary: I have sent a few Kudo cards and each time the recipient was very happy and the whole process was well received.

Positive: It is simple to get participation from everyone in your staff by just forwarding the link. There are lots of GIF's and templates to personalize your response on the card. You can schedule delivery, so you don't have to worry about it not reaching the recipient in time.

Negative: There is nothing that I can think of, besides the price.

Summary: Great overall impression! keep up the good work and especially the ease of use. Please keep adding new backgrounds.

Positive: It's really easy to set up, easy to schedule for delivery, and simple to use. Lots of great background designs that make the life of a busy admin assistant that much better! and the reaction from recipients is always very positive, even for those virtual cards that have a more somber tone (sympathy cards, get well cards). Love it.

Negative: The cost... but then I'd be a fool to say I love to pay for things.

Summary: Kudoboard is such a great way to virtually pat someone on the back, thank them, wish them well... it's been such a good solution to passing a card around. Scheduled delivery makes sure no one forgets to share it on time. <3

Positive: Simple to use, easy to navigate the website and customize. Love how we can add photos, GIFs etc to make it personal and fun.

Negative: We use as birthday cards as well.. would love the option to have an email reminder to send the following year (like GroupGreeting). Maybe a reminder email an hour before scheduled delivery as well? Perhaps font options as well, though that may take away from the aesthetic...

Summary: Overall great and easy to use, people love to receive something so simple yet meaningful. It is perfect for the hybrid virtual world we live in now and makes workplace collaboration easy.

Positive: This is super easy to use and it also super easy to share with others. It is a great way to show appreciation, congrats, etc., across a team virtually.

Negative: I try to use for smaller groups since you have to pay a fee if you have more than 10 contributors.

Summary: It's super easy to use and absolutely fabulous! Thank you Kudoboard for making bday cards fun and easy!

Positive: THIS IS THE GREATEST INVENTION EVER!!

Negative: Absolutely nothing. There's nothing I do not like about this service.

Summary: It's ease to use to start and great to have something started and automatically send out. It makes it easy to send out for any occasion and work on something that is shared among groups.

Negative: Links are a little bulky to send.
Not a lot of variety.

Summary: Overall I think this is a great way for teams to recognize their teammates, whether it be birthdays or accomplishments.

Positive: I like how easy it is to have all your coworkers contribute to a virtual celebration. From setup to delivery of the Kudoboard, the experience is seamless and easy for anyone to do!

Negative: There is not anything I can think of that I do not like. With everyone working hybrid at my company these days, it is the easiest way for us to sign birthday cards etc.

Summary: This is a fantastic tool and I am so glad I found it! We will continue using this as a way to engage with colleagues by celebrating and sending our well wishes.

Positive: This product allows our global team to collaborate and send digital cards to team members. When we were all on site (and a much smaller business) we would pass around a card for everyone to sign - I love how this product allows us to achieve the same task in a digital manner.

Negative: A price structure somewhere between 10 & 100 would be beneficial. We tend to be around 25 contributors.

Summary: We have used them all year for staff birthdays and it’s worked well. We are able to send it on their birthday.

Positive: We use it at work instead of typical cards which are hard to pass around. Some of our staff work remotely and it’s easy to include them.

Negative: I wish we could add more people to post on the board even if it’s the free board.

Summary: Easy to coordinate a timely, convenient birthday message from the whole team without having to pass around a card.

Positive: Easy, Fast, Inclusive. My team enjoys being able to celebrate each other without having to pass around a card - especially while being remote.

Negative: Nothing significant. It's a bit pricier than it may need to be.
