Summary: I can't think of a better way to spread good cheer and recognition among our staff. Everyone gets to be creative, yet it doesn't take a long time to create a post. Therefore, our participation rate is very high.

Positive: I like that everyone is able to contribute to good wishes for co-workers. And that the access and navigations are super easy to use.

Negative: I don't love the cost -- wish there was a way for our office to purchase access, maybe annually, for multiple initiators to access. Currently, each manager on our team has to buy their own access, separately. Also, I wish we could do more with the fonts -- like adding color.

Summary: I truly like this tool, is a easy way to celebrate milestones, it’s simple to use and makes a difference to the people that receives one.

Positive: I love that you don't need to be worried about sending the kudo on time, you just program the date and time and That’s it.

Negative: In free version you can only add 10 comments. It’ll be great if you can create a full list with all the celebrations during the year.

Summary: Good. It's a great product to use in the workplace in place of the super large cards that had to be physically circulated around the office and excluded employees at other sites.

Positive: I like that it's super easy to set up, our workforce can access it from all sites and locations and we can customise our additions with gifs, images and memes.

Negative: I'd like to be able to customise the board more. Change the header colour as well as the background to suit the recipient. I'd also like more diverse backgrounds to suit different hemispheres and cultures, not just US.

Summary: It is easy to add messages and send the platform to others to have them add their own messages. I like that everything is combined on one webpage and you just have to scroll to see all your messages.

Positive: Kudoboard is a great platform to provide delightful messages quickly and seamlessly to team members. I like the ability to add GIFs.

Negative: I would like additional GIFs as well as the option to customize the design of the board more (more colors/options)!

Summary: This tool is easy to use and intuitive. It’s convenient and even better that you can schedule deliveries of the boards so that you don’t have to remember to share or send it. It’s great to be able to have contributors to add to the recognition being given whether it’s a bday, anniversary, or a pat on the back kudos makes it easy to send boards to anyone using just an email address. I’ve used the tool more than 5 times in the past month along.

Negative: I don’t really have any cons to point out at this time.

Summary: Overall happy with this we usually do the 100 signatures board for 5.99 and it seems like the perfect amount.

Positive: It's so simple but effective; insert a Giphy or image and write a note to your colleague, friend, family member. We use it for colleagues birthdays at my work and it's always a nice thing to arrive in your inbox on your birthday. Makes you feel appreciated. It is very user-friendly unlike some other similar programs I've seen.

Negative: Cons would be that you have to pay to upgrade the board...would be nice to keep the price consistent and not $20 for unlimited posts.

Summary: Love this! Time saver for a large team to create post to celebrate or farewell for someone. Really like the features where you can add the picture, and video to make the post more fun and meaningful.

Positive: It's very easy to create, the gif, png and videos already in the system are great which makes the post fun! I have a large team, this really helps to save time.

Negative: The option to download the board is great, but you can't print form your computer nicely. It will be great if you can print out the post individually.

Summary: Overall experience is great! We can communicate with each other and celebrate milestones wherever we are. Very useful and fun to work with.

Positive: My company loves to use Kudoboard since a lot of us are remote and it makes it easier to celebrate by writing nice things. It also has a way for printing it which is awesome. I like how you can add pictures as well.

Negative: It would be nice to have a membership for those that use it frequently.

Summary: Overall creating and sharing a Kudoboard for a team member is easy to do and the available customizations are cute enough.

Positive: Kudoboard is easy to use and set up for team birthdays or goodbye cards. Simple and easy to pick customizable options make it quick to create.

Negative: Would like the option to upload customized backgrounds and fonts!

Summary: Way better than other free group card tools i have used in the past. I work at a school and for a non-profit.

Positive: Easy to use/simple features, fairly versatile - could be used for many occasions, visually appealing.

Negative: Would love to see more design features, themes, etc., price.

Summary: Overall great experience.

Maybe this is something I don't know about but it would be cool to be able to retain these kudoboards somehow. We use them with our work emails and I don't know how to download to keep.

Positive: It's easy to use. Fits all different kinds of occasions. I really like the ability to send the Kudoboard card to the recipient, it works seamlessly and very cool to see that the recipient actually looked at it and can send a thank you note back.

Negative: It would be nice to see more backgrounds / options to choose from when creating a board. Some of the options may also be a bit too childlike for a professional environment.

It would also be nice to have some pre-written examples, for example: when creating a card "Farewell, NAME, thank you!" or help when creating a post "Thanks NAME for your contributions over the past year. Your leadership and positivity really made an impact on our org..". Something along those lines, I usually use google to help me write these things. lol

Another thing would to randomize the search when adding gifs. I often see the same gifs being used, example: searching "celebrate" gets you a gif of the office every time....

Summary: I have used this to create quite a few Kudoboards. I like it as it's accessible and very simple. I'm sure you could start to get super fancy with advanced graphics etc now.

Positive: It's simple, and quick to pay for and open. The free option is pretty sweet too. It's a fun way to collaborate with those at distance.

Negative: I reckon you could get some fancier backgrounds/GIFs etc.

Summary: Overall, Kudoboard is a great tool to use for all types of cards, such as birthdays, get well cards etc.

Positive: It helped our organization a lot when COVID hit, we were still able to provide birthday cards, but online!

Negative: It can be hard to navigate, for a first time user.

Summary: We have been able to replace physical letters with electronic letters from this platform. Every time nine employees join our company, we can send a letter of recognition to their main inbox so that this new employee feels comfortable in the company, in addition , the platform automatically sends congratulatory messages every time the work anniversary date of each employee approaches, it also sends congratulatory letters to their inbox automatically, the automated system helps a lot with this congratulatory letter without having to do that process manually. I am very happy with having been using this platform in recent years, I consider that it has helped me a lot, I am much happier with their working hours, in addition, with the help of this platform we have granted many recognitions, it helps encourage them to continue working with us, we can Send simple acknowledgment or acknowledgment, via email. Kudoboard has been the perfect solution for there to be a system for sending acknowledgments and sending electronic letters when necessary.

Kudoboard also allows me to send all kinds of recognitions for employees, I can send recognitions previously designed within this platform, however, I can also create much more personalized and own recognitions, I can add a corresponding logo to each recognition, in addition, I can modify the complete description of each recognition and send it to an employee in a few steps. Negative: I would like this platform to have more variety when it comes to sending specific gift card awards to employees, currently there are several options to choose from to send this gift card, however, there are simply many more gift cards from different stores that are used within the United States, I hope this gift card store to send cards and mods improves within Kudoboard, I would love to see more gift card options.

Summary: I like this product and I prefer it when selecting online cards overall the price compares with other products that they are free.

Positive: I like the options to add photos, videos, gifs, and sharing with our colleagues around the world. We are an international company.

Negative: Maybe more designs of backgrounds. And the price also.
