Summary: Overall great experience.

Maybe this is something I don't know about but it would be cool to be able to retain these kudoboards somehow. We use them with our work emails and I don't know how to download to keep.

Positive: It's easy to use. Fits all different kinds of occasions. I really like the ability to send the Kudoboard card to the recipient, it works seamlessly and very cool to see that the recipient actually looked at it and can send a thank you note back.

Negative: It would be nice to see more backgrounds / options to choose from when creating a board. Some of the options may also be a bit too childlike for a professional environment.

It would also be nice to have some pre-written examples, for example: when creating a card "Farewell, NAME, thank you!" or help when creating a post "Thanks NAME for your contributions over the past year. Your leadership and positivity really made an impact on our org..". Something along those lines, I usually use google to help me write these things. lol

Another thing would to randomize the search when adding gifs. I often see the same gifs being used, example: searching "celebrate" gets you a gif of the office every time....

Summary: I have used this to create quite a few Kudoboards. I like it as it's accessible and very simple. I'm sure you could start to get super fancy with advanced graphics etc now.

Positive: It's simple, and quick to pay for and open. The free option is pretty sweet too. It's a fun way to collaborate with those at distance.

Negative: I reckon you could get some fancier backgrounds/GIFs etc.

Summary: Overall, Kudoboard is a great tool to use for all types of cards, such as birthdays, get well cards etc.

Positive: It helped our organization a lot when COVID hit, we were still able to provide birthday cards, but online!

Negative: It can be hard to navigate, for a first time user.

Negative: Maybe more designs of backgrounds. And the price also.

Summary: It's pretty good and I've introduced it at my new firm and it seems positive It's fun and easy to circulate and people seem to be embracing it.

Positive: It's fun, it's easy and it pulls people together when they are based across locations.
I like the scheduled delivery too.

Negative: The first level upgrade is overpriced. We're a firm of 12 and I go from the free option at 10 to suddenly paying $5.99 for up to 100. Maybe a $3.99 for up to 50??
Also, maybe some more backgrounds and styles would be good.
Also if you forget to upgrade so there's no space and people are trying to post, perhaps another reminder would help.

Negative: The gift card feature sometimes glitches. The GIF feature could also be improved. It lets you select a GIF but if you don't like it you have to reload the entire page.

Summary: It's a very good online card tool that can be used on different occasions and various options for each occasion.

Summary: User friendly way to gather posts for an event/person. Used it since Corona, when we were forced to celebrate certain events online. Now we're still using it as nice addition to live events.

Positive: Kudoboard has been an excellent platform to be able to add any type of important date for our employees, it is an excellent platform to obtain employee retention, achieving the satisfaction of each one of them with Reminders of their birthday dates, and important dates for them . The things I liked the most about this platform were:

1- One of the main features that I liked is that this platform allows me to create a personalized card for each of the employees, this card can be sent to the contact details of each of the employees, those cards can get a design exclusive, you can make use of each template offered by this platform to have an optimized design in each of the cards for your employees, in addition, the cards are sent immediately to the employees via email when that specific date arrives.

3- I also love that the platform allows me to add a work anniversary date for each employee, this is fantastic since every time an employee has completed one year within our company, we can send them an incentive through this platform and also a card personalized, so that you can properly celebrate it's anniversary, this function is very important to remember the work anniversary of each employee.

4- Another of the things that I like about this platform that has a large catalog of awards, this Catalog allows me to send gift cards to each of the employees when a recent recognition has been granted, this gift card function is very important to me as i can send gift card along with congratulations card for some kind of anniversary or for some kind of birthday.

Negative: The main negative features of this platform were:


1- The first negative feature of this platform is that the awards catalog does not load correctly in the version for mobile devices, which makes it difficult to send economic recognition to employees through this application. I totally recommend that if you is going to send an award to an employee, the version for computers is used, it is much more optimal and is capable of correctly loading the catalog system.

2- The prices offered by the platform are also somewhat high, despite the fact that you do not have to pay additional commissions for the gift card that your employees have sent and you do not have to pay commissions for each shipment of the recognition card, I consider that This platform should lower the price of its plans, both the monthly subscription and the annual subscription, since I consider that they are very high.

3- Another negative thing about this form is that there is no way to import a list of contacts into it, therefore, when you are starting to use this platform for the first time, you will have to manually register the contact of each one of them. your employees, so that they can receive the recognitions you send them and also the gift card, this is quite a painstaking process, having to register all the employees manually can turn out to be quite a complex process.

Summary: Great for what it does! Again, could have more free features and more background to choose from, which are its main drawbacks.

Positive: Ease of use! also fun to use for either friends or coworkers. people don't need much of a tutorial to work the site.

Negative: Only 10 free signatures allowed - would be great if there could be 15-20 allowed for free.

Summary: Great, Kudoboard is really simple to use and works well for our global team to recognise birthdays and special occasions.

Positive: Easy to use and personalise, flexible timings, can send at the best time or schedule to send. The GIFs built in are fun to use.

Negative: Lack of options for smaller scale bulk purchase eg. package of 20 boards per year.
