Summary: Kudoboards are super easy and fun to use. They have become a big part of how our team celebrates our staff milestones and achievements.

Positive: Kudoboards are a great way to help celebrate our staff and recognize achievements/ birthdays. They are simple to use and bring a lot of joy.

Negative: None. Kudoboards are easy to use and set up.

Summary: Overall I enjoy using Kudoboard for celebrating events with coworkers. I try to find backgrounds, images, or gifs that relate to the person for whom the board is being made, and it is fun to see what others choose as well.

Positive: Kudoboard allows for easily creating a place for recognizing coworkers' special events, like birthdays and work anniversaries. You can share the link directly with colleagues or send an email invite for others to collaborate. Scheduling the board to be sent is simple. It is fun to see how others interact with each other through the gifs and images shared for these events.

Negative: I did not see a way to search for backgrounds. A number of categories exist, but no easy way to search like there is for the gifs or images for posts.

Summary: I (we) have been using Kudoboard ever since since it is easier and very convenient to use and now had more options to explore like the gift card, administration and data/analytics. Before, I have not been able to explore this but looking at these as it will be useful for future reference.

Positive: Easy to use.
Had a lot of selections to add on (i.e. gifs, images, and even videos).
Perfect for a virtual setting to send e-cards and be able to show that we care.

Negative: in terms of adding gift cards, I hope we can partner on existing platforms (i.e. PayPal and others) or to a more secure one since we also have to protect our users using credit card information.

Summary: Great product, continue to use almost every month for work events, a lot of people at work ask me what I use and I recommend this every time.

Positive: With the pandemic, this was amazing to send to my staff for any occasion, leaving, birthdays etc. and easy to send to all my employees to sign.

Negative: The price could be a little lower, with the exchange I spend $10 for 100 people to sign, I only need around 20-50 additions.

Summary: Very easy to make a customized and creative message and distribute to colleagues for birthdays or other life events.

Positive: No account needed for colleagues to sign a card, easy to send around the office.
Love the gif and picture selections.

Negative: Wish the free version could allow up to 15 signatures!

Summary: I have used Kudoboard for some time now, during the pandemic is has been a go to some for all occasions in groups.

Positive: People can easily access the board and it can reach people through just a share of a link. The idea that multiple people can contribute to a card makes things easier when working from home.

Negative: More board options would make it more appealing. Like card style options.

Summary: I believe this is a great tool to connect with employees and peers to recognize special events in their or the groups lives.

Positive: Ease of use and ability to involve multiple people easily regardless of location. The ability to connect with people and provide special recognition.

Negative: Would be nice to have a menu of recipients to just click instead of typing in each time.

Summary: We love using the Kudoboard to celebrate birthdays. We send birthday wish to each member on our team.

Positive: Love that we can personalize the board with different backgrounds, fonts, Gif's. Very easy and simple to use.

Negative: You are not able to upload your own image for the background.

Summary: Love using this product. I believe my team enjoys it as well. I will continue to use Kudoboard to welcome new team members and to wish them happy birthday.

Positive: I love being able to create an interactive display for my whole team to contribute to! I also like that the recipient can post thank you's.

Negative: Not enough background, or fonts or titles. I'd also love to see other options for adding photos.

Summary: It is very easy to use and the person receiving it feels appreciated too. Also, it does not look or feel half-hearted in the perspective of giving and receiving.

Positive: Some of the pros are that everyone can write in their own time, the delivery can be scheduled, and the use of gifs.

Negative: There are not much cons using Kudoboard, but if there is one con it is that it is expensive for a e-card.

Summary: Kudoboard is great for work, recommend it highly. It is a great way to recognize people and keep in touch in the work from home environment.

Positive: Easy to use, love that I can schedule delivery and add personal pictures. Also love that the person receiving it can send a thank you. I found Kudoboard by accident when looking for an electronic card service delivery. After sending the first KUDO my company loved it and we opened a company board account.

Negative: I wish there were more designs to choose from - some of the designs do not fit what I want to do.

Summary: Great platform to recognize colleagues, no matter if its work or personal. It's colorful, happy and the ability to print it is great too.

Positive: The backgrounds, the ability to deliver when ready, everything is great!!! I've been using this platform for years now and love the ease of it.

Negative: Nothing, I love it all! there is not one thing to complain about, nothing.

Summary: Overall, easy to use. Cost to set up is reasonable, but adds up as you consider honoring more employees with kudoboards. Wish there were more wallpaper to choose from.

Positive: Convenience & ease of encouraging contributions. Easy to provide link for recipient to retrieve their kudoboard.

Negative: The wallpapers aren't as appealing as they could be, even though they provide a variety of wallpaper. Contributors have complained about the fees associated with donating toward a group gift.

Summary: Every recipient has been in awe of how so many messages were posted on their board. We use these for celebrations, and to share positive messages.

Positive: Provides easy access for people across the world and work locations. This tool allows for seamless collaborations and creates such amazing products. The options are endless, really provides a great amount of things to add. I like the ability of printing out a keepsake poster.

Negative: Some of the premium options should be made available for a small cost to allow more access. The option of 100 post to unlimited seems strange, there should be another option in between these.

Summary: Overall, our team has been very happy with Kudoboard - we use it multiple times each month because it is a surefire way to include everyone in the celebration.

Positive: This is a great product for teams where some members are remote. Our team has been using Kudoboard to deliver birthday wishes, condolences, and congratulations since early in COVID, and continue using it today, since some of our team is not always in the office to sign a card. Kudoboard makes it easy to setup a virtual card, invite people to sign, and automate the delivery.

Negative: Sometimes Gifs don't load for quite a long time, or sometimes at all.
