Summary: Overall experience is fantastic. So easy to use and takes no time at all. Simple process to accomplish this task.

Positive: It's so easy to set up and deliver to the new colleague on their first day with the company. Provides a warm welcome.

Negative: I don't feel as though there are any cons to this system.

Summary: I will continue to use this service to acknowledge and support my team. It is worth the expense and easy to use.

Positive: No matter where people are located (in the office or remote) everyone can participate in giving acknowledgement/support to colleagues.

Negative: I wish there were more options for formatting and design.

Summary: I have been using Kudoboard and will continue doing so. It's a great tool that enables anyone to create a simple but effective digital group board for a special occasion.

Positive: Easy to use, many useful settings, you sit back and watch the birthday boys and girls get their greetings.

Negative: Could offer more backgrounds. Suggestion: option to blur the background.

Summary: Easy for everyone to use, easy to send and receive, great personalization opportunities, affordable, convenient (can get people working remotely or family members in other places involved), nice backgrounds and a decent variety of them.

Positive: We've been using this for work, has been great when everyone's working remotely to be able to create a "card" of sorts for team members who are leaving or going through a major life change (i.e. wedding, condolences). Super easy for everyone to use, even for the people on the team who aren't great with anything that has a hint of technology associated with it. Easy to deliver. I love the pictures, GIFs, etc. you can add too, makes it fun and personal.

Negative: I don't really have anything to improve upon, maybe just more backgrounds or fonts to use?

Summary: This is a great, highly flexible tool for helping groups of any size to have social recognition and feel connected.

Positive: This is a great, highly flexible tool for helping groups of any size to have social recognition and feel connected. The ability to use animated GIFs, videos and static images from any source really provides great customization options. It allows social media – level of interaction recognition and satisfaction without having to employ any of the large commercial social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. In this way, it is not necessary for all or any of the members of your team to have social media access in order to benefit from this type of social interaction.

Negative: Tutorials for novice users to log in using single sign-on, would be helpful.

Summary: Overall my experience with the Kudoboard has been great and I would def use it frequently going forward.

Positive: I love that it's very easy to add GIFs to the posts and it has a few background themes to choose from.

Negative: Although it allows me to upload a customized picture and use it as a background picture, the picture didn't show in its full size.

Summary: Great option for celebrating! It's so easy to get contributions from all over the world. Everyone I have sent one too has been so appreciative.

Positive: Very user friendly. Contributors don't have to log in to leave a comment which is fantastic.

Summary: My experience with this product has been excellent since the start of COVID and I would highly recommend it to any organization looking to celebrate milestones. This is far more engaging than passing a card around the office and far more discreet.

Positive: -The gift card feature helps raise funds even if colleagues aren't on site.
-The board UI is super simple to navigate and I seldom ever have questions
-Colleagues love getting to write heartfelt messages and even goof around with funny pictures

Negative: -Wish there were more background options
-Gift card feature charge is reasonable but seems a little high
-When printing the board into a book or poster, the animated pictures get a little pixelated

Summary: Overall I enjoy using Kudoboard for celebrating events with coworkers. I try to find backgrounds, images, or gifs that relate to the person for whom the board is being made, and it is fun to see what others choose as well.

Positive: Kudoboard allows for easily creating a place for recognizing coworkers' special events, like birthdays and work anniversaries. You can share the link directly with colleagues or send an email invite for others to collaborate. Scheduling the board to be sent is simple. It is fun to see how others interact with each other through the gifs and images shared for these events.

Negative: I did not see a way to search for backgrounds. A number of categories exist, but no easy way to search like there is for the gifs or images for posts.

Summary: I (we) have been using Kudoboard ever since since it is easier and very convenient to use and now had more options to explore like the gift card, administration and data/analytics. Before, I have not been able to explore this but looking at these as it will be useful for future reference.

Positive: Easy to use.
Had a lot of selections to add on (i.e. gifs, images, and even videos).
Perfect for a virtual setting to send e-cards and be able to show that we care.

Negative: in terms of adding gift cards, I hope we can partner on existing platforms (i.e. PayPal and others) or to a more secure one since we also have to protect our users using credit card information.

Summary: Great product, continue to use almost every month for work events, a lot of people at work ask me what I use and I recommend this every time.

Positive: With the pandemic, this was amazing to send to my staff for any occasion, leaving, birthdays etc. and easy to send to all my employees to sign.

Negative: The price could be a little lower, with the exchange I spend $10 for 100 people to sign, I only need around 20-50 additions.

Summary: Very easy to make a customized and creative message and distribute to colleagues for birthdays or other life events.

Positive: No account needed for colleagues to sign a card, easy to send around the office.
Love the gif and picture selections.

Negative: Wish the free version could allow up to 15 signatures!

Summary: I have used Kudoboard for some time now, during the pandemic is has been a go to some for all occasions in groups.

Positive: People can easily access the board and it can reach people through just a share of a link. The idea that multiple people can contribute to a card makes things easier when working from home.

Negative: More board options would make it more appealing. Like card style options.
