Summary: Kudos to Kudoboard. The platform is easy to use and is an easy way to recognize a team member, particularly during the pandemic, when we don't gather and can't "circulate" a card to sign. I highly recommend it.

Positive: Easy to use; easy to invite other people to join in; fun graphics. Team members feel recognized and appreciated when a card is received.

Negative: There are no features that I do not like.

Summary: I love using Kudoboard! It's efficient at work and staff really respond as it's easy. And then the recipient is surprised to see how many people care.

Positive: The ease of sending a link to staff to wish someone well, congratulations and even sympathy. I enjoy the ability to load GIFs into the "card". The option to print the card.

Negative: I did trial the business plan, but did not like the limit of up to 50 colleagues. My boards vary audience so it 's not always the same 50 people.

Summary: Very easy to use. This is a standard practice at our office for celebrating birthdays and work anniversaries that allow multiple team members to add on. I like that you can forward to link as well so team members can add on additional people!

Positive: I love that you can add gifs and photos to the board to make it more fun and engaging. I also like that you can send reminders and schedule a delivery!

Negative: I wish there were more layout options to choose from.

Summary: Very good tool that I highly recommend. I use it yearly but it can be used for different purposes and you can print your posters.

Positive: I just love using Kudoboard. I discovered it during the Pandemic as a way to congratulate and recognize our seniors and since then I have been using it. It makes very pretty posters as there is a variety of beautiful backgrounds to choose from and it is very easy to use.
I highly recommend it.

Negative: I do not have any cons for the moment. I have had a great experience with the tool.

Summary: I am in the customer service industry and deal with issues daily. The team from Kudoboard was one of the best I have ever experienced. I wish I could hire them to support my business.

I am a forever customer and advocate after the service and support they provided!

Positive: I subscribed to a higher-priced plan that I did not need. When I inquired and asked for help, the team followed up with a recommendation and helped me with the solution.

Negative: I selected a $99 Memorial Board. I did not realize I could have selected a lower-priced option that would satisfy my project.

Summary: Overall Kudoboard is a great tool for the workplace. We can celebrate each other easily.

Positive: I love that we can send shout outs to our coworkers. We have also been using Kudoboards to welcome new members to our workplace, and I love that while setting up the board I can schedule the delivery date and not have to worry about remembering to go back in and send it after the new employee has started working.

Negative: I wish we could customize the colors and font types for each message to allow for more personality in the messages.

Summary: Love Kudoboard and everyone that has received it has given such great feedback on it . Even when I create a board for someone seeing all the message , phots and GIFS just makes me smile and cheers me up.
Such a great way of share greetings when you want to include others in the messages

Positive: Very easy to use and like one big card -Where people can upload pictures and gifs to it and share personal messages. As a board owner I can invite people to add to the board or copy link and send out to email addresses. I can set up the card to be delivered in on a certain day and time . It such fun thing to receive and may backgrounds to pick from ... I not tried it yet but something I will do is to down load it as poster/book.

Negative: not really experienced any cons to it yet so nothing to call out.

Summary: Kudoboard has been a wonderful resource for our organization. It has provided an opportunity to connect and recognize people for their accomplishments, and is also utilized for special events (ie- birthday, retirement, get well).

Positive: I have always had a consistently good experience. I love that you are able to make personalized messages with ease and that it is pretty user friendly.

Negative: Not able to customize backgrounds. It has limited backgrounds.
No cons so far...

Summary: Really easy to use, I like the ability to schedule delivery. I like the option to copy the link to the board and send this on to the contributors.

Positive: Easy and fun the create. I like how you can schedule the sending of the item, and the ability to add your own images.

Negative: Nothing I can think of, perhaps having more than 10 items on the free board?!

Summary: I found this during COVID and wish I'd had it before. We've always struggled with getting people to return a card when passed around the office or to have a card with enough room for everyone to sign. Kudoboard is PERFECT for large offices in that everyone can sign it easily (and even at once and after it's sent!), access it quickly (via email!), and even personalize it beyond a mere signature without using up all the space in a paper card. Plus, you can add fun memes, pictures, and videos! The backgrounds are easy to find and apply - and there are a lot of cute, occasion-appropriate styles from which to choose! This really is a wonderful platform and I am going to use it again and again for birthdays, retirements, congratulations, and anything else we may need. It's also great for family to do when we all live states (and even countries!) away!! A cousin is getting married next year and this is definitely on our list - it'll be a beautiful, inexpensive way for all of us to send our love together. :D I can't say enough positive things about Kudoboard!

Positive: - Easy to access

- able to get a multitude of people from many different places to all sign a card easily and efficiently
- scheduling the card to send at a certain time makes it easy to set up and forget about it
- Allowing posts after the card is sent is an awesome way to ensure everyone gets a chance to sign!

Negative: I truly can't think of many cons, but it might be nice for the creator to do the following:
- upload a personalized background
- see who made a post and forgot to sign it
However, there may be the ability to do so and I just haven't explored enough to see if I can!

Summary: Lets our team collaborate in sharing good vibes, so important for remote work. Easy, pleasant to use interface.

Positive: It really is easy. I especially like how you can add images and gifs from within the app, and the auto reminder features to contributors.

Negative: Would be ideal if free version available for larger number of participants.

Summary: I use this consistently for birthday and leaving cards! Find it really easy to use and does a great job of having that 'birthday card' moment, even when working remotely.

Positive: Design options (e.g fonts, backgrounds).
Options to add GIFs.
It feels more fun than a card.
Easy to share and collaborate with others on.

Negative: I wish there was an annual subscription, as I use it frequently.

Summary: Such a creative and fun way to give affirmation. The bonus is that the final product can be printed for the receiver.

Negative: After creating 5 plus kudoboards - have yet to find a con.

Summary: I really enjoy using Kudoboard, and I recommend it to friends for their companies. I think it's really friendly and easy to use, I really like the scheduled delivery option - this makes sure everyone gets theirs on time without me needing to remember to send it!

Positive: The different themes and styles, it's not just for birthdays but can be used to celebrate other things too. It really encourages managers to think about celebrating the smaller wins as well as the larger ones and big anniversaries. Being able to link and include gifs is great for those who don't always know what to say.
So much easier than a physical card, and better for the environment too!!

Negative: Nothing that I can think of! It might be good to be able to re-arrange the board to put a picture of the recipient in the centre, but that might already be possible!

Summary: Overall it is a good platform to use to send e-cards across your team for a birthday, farewells, welcome, or goodbye!

Positive: Loved the app. The app is good and meets all my expectations while sending an e-card. Thank you so much team!
