Summary: Overall good experience except for the limitations on how many people can post. I use this product for team birthdays and congratulatory events.

Positive: The product is easy to use. It is straightforward for all team members to use, there is a good selection of GIFs to choose from.

Negative: Limit to number of people who can post without the premium version. I believe when I used to use it before there was no limit. So I started using it for that reason. Could use more background options.

Summary: Overall love it, use it quite frequently for IC anniversaries, IC departure, and birthday celebrations!

Summary: I would recommend this product to others. It is a great way to celebrate someone's accomplishments and show them they are valued.

Positive: Ease of use, ability to customize how the board is sent and to whom it is sent. easy ability to add in Gifs and videos.

Negative: Sometimes it is hard to know everyone to send the board to since you may not know everyone they have interacted with. I also think it would be cool if there was a slack integration.

Summary: Kudoboard is a magnificent platform, since I started using it, I have noticed that my employees are now much happier, this platform allows me to obtain a correct retention of employees and improve the satisfaction that each one of them has when receiving a card of thanks or a card of recognition for any of their work, within this platform I can create personalized cards, with attractive designs and enter the information within the card that I want, I loved the experience obtained with this platform so far, I consider which has been key to developing a correct delivery of acknowledgments to my employees, since I have been able to enjoy a large number of dishes that allow me to create personalized cards. I am very happy with the experience I have gained here. I have also been able to enjoy the system for sending electronic gift cards. I can send electronic cards by email, but I can also send them by direct message. One of the main things that I love about this platform is that it has all kinds of pre-designed templates to send some type of recognition or a birthday card to an employee, all the templates offered by this platform have an attractive design which allows congratulations card for my employee have an optimal and unique design, in addition, you can also change the design of each of the gift cards that you send to your employees. In addition, I love that it is a platform that has data storage, which is capable of keeping a specific record of the number of recognitions that have been sent to various employees, in addition, I love the great variety that exists when sending cards As a gift, you can send gift cards for online purchases or for physical purchases.

Negative: Kudoboard is an incredible platform, really since I started using this platform I have only noticed positive features and factors, at no time has this platform given me any kind of problem, it has served immediately to send all kinds of recognition to employees and to be able to automatically configure the sending of greeting cards for the birthdays of our employees. This platform has never given me any type of problem, I am totally satisfied with the functions offered, with the payment rate offered and also with the support team that has been attentive to solve each of my concerns, in conclusion, I have never had no problem with this platform.

Negative: It would be great to be able to search for specific backgrounds and have more background options!

Summary: Overall, it works, and I've never needed support. The options, like the number of backgrounds, seem to grow every time I use Kudoboard.

Positive: Ease of use. Decent variety of background options. I like the ability to insert images, GIFs, video.

Negative: Kudoboard works for condolences too, but the name "Kudo" seems odd when sending to people.

Summary: Great way to gather messages from co-workers working remotely and deliver a personalized card to express value and care.

Positive: fun backgrounds with lots of choice, easy to customize, easy to distribute, send, include notes and photos.

Negative: It would be fun if there were more suggested choices of how the notes and images were displayed on top of the background.

Summary: We heavily use this for our corp comms celebrations. Great product. I wish the GIFs were more current, and there were more modern background choices. Easy to collaborate with others on.

Positive: Easy to use, easy to send to others, and fun for celebrations like birthdays, babies, and anniversaries.

Negative: The GIFs are a bit dated and I never see new ones. Price is a bit high for what it is.

Summary: Product is good, it works, however it can surely be improved in many ways. There should be a way to replicate past boards as it is and then customize the necessary bits each time.

Positive: Nice background designs and access to tonnes of gifs and pictures to choose from. Pre-defined email templates and text suggestions are also good.

Negative: Setting up email list isn't very convenient. Last used email ids don't always populate properly.
More background designs should be added to the picture library.

Summary: Good product. I like this product and will keep using time to time. All receivers also like it. Printing option is super good.

Positive: I love using Kudos boards for my team in helping celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other big milestones- it's a great way to keep my team connected.

Negative: I wish there was a way to link it up to my calendar or to put in dates/events to set up boards to go out automatically- I am a busy and forgetful person so sometimes I am late to get boards sent out for my team to sign. It would be great if there was a reminder system or something.

Summary: I think it's a really nice way to share a team greeting/hello/farewell and so on. It's easy to use and allows for a lot of input and collaboration.

Positive: The ease of use, great way to share a greeting, as a team. It's a nice way to ensure everyone contributes , rather than relying on people to send or reach out individually.

Negative: It is less personal than a handwritten note or card but its better for the trees so...

Summary: Great way to connect teams all over the world to celebrate, recognize, or unite. I love the ease of set up and the ability to have all messages under one site.

Positive: Love the confetti option, the scheduled delivery and the fact that it sends out a reminder. Love that it also allows the receiver to send out a thank you note if they wish to.

Negative: Designs and customization is limited to some extend. Uploaded backgrounds become stretched and you are unable to change the color of the Title background.

Summary: I use this tool frequently to mark and celebrate events and people in my team. It's easy to use and I enjoy finding things that will make people smile.

Positive: I like the GIFS, the ease of set up, the way it makes me and my team members smile. It's easy to celebrate people and events.

Negative: I'd like to send it to more than 10 people for free but that's because I don't have a budget for this.
