Summary: Overall easy to use, nice to have pictures to add and pull out of photo library. It is also nice you can change background easily.

Positive: Easy to use. I am responsible for sending out birthday and anniversary boards for our team, So I use it regularly.

Negative: Make it easier to pull up emails because sometimes they don't come up automatically.

Summary: I really enjoy using Kudoboard and I think it brings a lot of joy to people's lives in this hybrid environment!

Positive: Easy to use, great designs and makes people happy :). Love the schedule delivery option as well, makes my life a lot easier!

Negative: I've been using the pricing per board option and that ends up being a bit pricey.

Summary: Satisfied and will continue using! This has become my teams go-to for goodbye cards. It has never let me down!

Positive: A variety of card designs, gifs, and ease. It takes me only a minute or two to set up. Delivery is foolproof.

Negative: The fact that you have to pay to get more than just a few contributors but it’s still a low price.

Summary: Overall the Kudoboard is a GREAT way to show colleague support for any occasion. We have used the Kudoboard for birthday celebrations, work anniversary's and even to show support in the event of a lost loved one.

Positive: Pros of the Kudoboard are:

*Beneficial since a lot of colleagues are still remote. Its an easy way to bring everyone together to celebrate an occasion or to let someone know that they are being thought of.
*Variety of GIF images available or you have the option to upload your own photo
*Can schedule a delivery time and an email notification is provided 24 hours before as a reminder.

Negative: The only con that I have is when searching for a colleagues email address it does always populate easily.

Summary: The satisfaction of our employees has improved over time and with the help of this platform, we have been using it for a little over a year, and the results have been groundbreaking as all of our employees have been more motivated as they know that at any time we can provide them with an award for correctly completing their tasks. I should also mention that this platform has incredible automation when it comes to sending birthday greeting cards, we have the dates of birth of all our employees, so with the help of this platform we have created an automated system which is capable of sending a greeting card to all our employees by email and messaging, This automated process has made our employees feel comfortable with us since we have remembered their important dates. I must admit that our overall experience with this platform has been excellent, all of our employees are happy to be using this great service as they can receive rewards from us at any time. It is important to note that to send a gift card as an award to our employees, the platform does not charge any type of additional commission for this award, that is, no additional taxes must be paid.

Positive: Giving constant recognition to our employees for each of their tasks and for important dates for them is one of the most important things for us, therefore, the implementation of Kudoboard was essential, it is a very important system to cause satisfaction among all our employees. . With this platform we have been able to design all kinds of greeting cards, anniversaries, counting prizes for these recognitions and many other things, without a doubt this software has been important to give recognition to our employees. During our experience I have liked several things about this platform, the most notable were the following: Kudoboard It is a fairly simple platform to use, any of our employees can use it to send gift cards, congratulations, cards for a birthday or an anniversary of work, its interface in general is quite familiar to everyone and this helps anyone without previous experience to use it and generate greeting cards. Another of the main things that I liked about this platform is that it allows me to send awards to my employees. This platform has a great list of prizes available to send to employees, such as gift cards, cash prizes and many more prizes, This variety in the awards helps me to provide different recognition for each employee depending on the activity that has been completed. I should also mention that I love the way this platform saves all the awards I have previously made, so I can have full control of the employees who have already received an award, to avoid duplicate awards.

Negative: One of the main things that is necessary in this platform is that a function be implemented that allows adding a goal to be completed for each employee, it is very important for us that our employees increasingly strive to complete their activities and be the best within of the company, so it would be great if we could create a goal for them to complete in order to be recognized by us. It would be great to be able to manage all these goals from the platform, currently this is not possible, we cannot add a goal for each employee individually. Another thing that this platform does not have is that it is not possible to know exactly which employee has received the most awards, we cannot know which employee has received the most awards and which has received few awards, there is no type of list which is able to order employees and their recognition by positions. To know exactly which employee has received the most recognition, we must do this inspection manually, since, as I mentioned previously, there is no type of leaderboard.

Summary: Fun, easy, and affordable way to let know team members you're thinking of them. It's a nice digital alternative to the traditional cards and very useful as a manager!

Positive: It's a fun tool to have in the office as it let you celebrate birthday wishes, congratulations, anniversaries and more. It does wonders for morale and keeps the team connected more than ever.

Negative: It would be great to send audio only messages or at least add a few more background options for video.

Summary: Overall I like it. It is a nice way to recognize people and I like the addition of adding a gift card which I have done for my employees in the past. It has a simple interface that is very easy to use; uncomplicated. Is it possible to add a single background sound/song (welcome to the myspace generation) that could play to set the mood/tone?

Positive: I really like the gif options. There are a lot of options. I also enjoy being able to schedule delivery.

Negative: I wish that we could schedule delivery on the half hour and not just the hour as an option. Also, I find that when I am just working off my laptop (versus attached to an external monitor) the screens are more difficult to maneuver when scheduling delivery; it cuts off the calendar option until I log back into an external monitor. I'm not sure if it is my settings or the system though so I'm noting it here. Would love some additional design options though for work anniversaries, welcomes and people leaving only because those seem to be the ones we use most.

Summary: Kudoboards have become my go to e-card to deliver out to my colleagues! It's very user friendly, and I like all the backgrounds they offer. I recommend Kudoboards each time we have a going away/ major event in the office.

Positive: Love how easy Kudo Boards are to release out! They offer many gifs and images, which offer a fun custom message for all.

Negative: The price is a bit high per Kudoboard. Our office only has about 20 people. I would be nice to have a different option for smaller offices.

Summary: Really good experience with using Kudoboard, have recommended to a lot of people. I use it regularly.

Positive: Kudoboard has helped us as a company be able to send birthday, retirement and leaving wishes to people during the last 2 years. Having it electronic is amazing to just send a link out and have people use it from anywhere!

Negative: With using Kudoboard regularly, there aren't any cons.

Summary: Using Kudoboard is easier than online cards especially since it’s on one page and easily printable. Also unlike some ecards I noticed you don’t have to have someone go back in to arrange the posts before sending. Kudoboard arranges posts automatically so that it lines up the best it can at the end. Very user friendly for the office person who volunteers to collect for the office card but can’t spend a whole lot of time dedicated to the project.

Positive: I like the fact that multiple people can access the board and rearrange post but unable to edit other peoples posts. I also like that individuals can leave multiple posts especially when it comes to posting pictures that make the board more personal to the recipient.

Negative: I wish there wasn't a limited number of backgrounds to choose from. Something simple like a sunset or travels or best wishes would be prime reasons to utilize Kudoboard however a good background could help personalize the sentiment even more.

Summary: Overall great and easy to use tool to promote good staff culture, and celebrate friends and their accomplishments or milestones!

Positive: Love that it is user friendly and easy to setup and execute from start to finish! I've used it for benchmark events such as co-worker engagements, work anniversaries, and work farewells. I love that you can add gifs easily and give it your personal touch. It's also a very adaptable format going from PC to mobile. Overall love that its a way to celebrate others while working remotely.

Negative: Wish there were more fonts, and backgrounds to choose from! Also wish the add a video function was a little more customizable or user friendly.

Summary: I love the ease of creating a Kudoboard and that can send to people for many reasons. I like how there is no limit to the number of individuals who can sign a Kudoboard and that can send a board to many people at once.

Positive: The different categories of picture you can pick from. I like how easy it is when a Kudoboard is sent from someone else to log in and post a message to the Kudoboard.

Negative: Some of the button functions like scheduling board delivery are not readily apparent of what intended for. Navigating when you create a Kudoboard is a little difficult. Also I would like to see more GIFs to pick from.

Summary: Great tool for sending cards and recognizing life events in the current virtual environment we live in.

Positive: Great way to get team members to add their individual messages to e-greeting cards. Easy to use and can customize as needed.

Negative: It is sometimes a bit limiting with available animated images and card templates.

Summary: Fun platform, recipients always appreciate the cards.

Positive: Fun, easy to use, colourful.

Negative: Takes a bit to set up but less time than going out to buy a paper card, etc!

Summary: We have used it in our team at work to celebrate birthdays, promotions, and retirements. It's very flexible! And all the recipients love it!

Positive: Easy to set up. Easy to deliver. Easy to share for others to contribute. As an admin I can move contributions around to improve the overall look of the end result.

Negative: GIF function and picture uploads occasionally glitch but work most of the time.
