Summary: Overall, it works, and I've never needed support. The options, like the number of backgrounds, seem to grow every time I use Kudoboard.

Positive: Ease of use. Decent variety of background options. I like the ability to insert images, GIFs, video.

Negative: Kudoboard works for condolences too, but the name "Kudo" seems odd when sending to people.

Summary: Overall really easy to use and a great way to recognize people on my team. easy for people to use the interface.

Summary: Great way to gather messages from co-workers working remotely and deliver a personalized card to express value and care.

Positive: fun backgrounds with lots of choice, easy to customize, easy to distribute, send, include notes and photos.

Negative: It would be fun if there were more suggested choices of how the notes and images were displayed on top of the background.

Summary: We heavily use this for our corp comms celebrations. Great product. I wish the GIFs were more current, and there were more modern background choices. Easy to collaborate with others on.

Positive: Easy to use, easy to send to others, and fun for celebrations like birthdays, babies, and anniversaries.

Negative: The GIFs are a bit dated and I never see new ones. Price is a bit high for what it is.

Summary: Product is good, it works, however it can surely be improved in many ways. There should be a way to replicate past boards as it is and then customize the necessary bits each time.

Positive: Nice background designs and access to tonnes of gifs and pictures to choose from. Pre-defined email templates and text suggestions are also good.

Negative: Setting up email list isn't very convenient. Last used email ids don't always populate properly.
More background designs should be added to the picture library.

Summary: Good product. I like this product and will keep using time to time. All receivers also like it. Printing option is super good.

Positive: Easy to use. Background setting and a printing option is good.

Negative: It would be better if there are more different background designs.

Summary: My team loves receiving them, it's a great way to show just a little extra appreciation and they are fun to do! I love using them to help build morale.

Positive: I love using Kudos boards for my team in helping celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other big milestones- it's a great way to keep my team connected.

Negative: I wish there was a way to link it up to my calendar or to put in dates/events to set up boards to go out automatically- I am a busy and forgetful person so sometimes I am late to get boards sent out for my team to sign. It would be great if there was a reminder system or something.

Summary: I think it's a really nice way to share a team greeting/hello/farewell and so on. It's easy to use and allows for a lot of input and collaboration.

Positive: The ease of use, great way to share a greeting, as a team. It's a nice way to ensure everyone contributes , rather than relying on people to send or reach out individually.

Negative: It is less personal than a handwritten note or card but its better for the trees so...

Summary: Great way to connect teams all over the world to celebrate, recognize, or unite. I love the ease of set up and the ability to have all messages under one site.

Positive: Love the confetti option, the scheduled delivery and the fact that it sends out a reminder. Love that it also allows the receiver to send out a thank you note if they wish to.

Negative: Designs and customization is limited to some extend. Uploaded backgrounds become stretched and you are unable to change the color of the Title background.

Summary: I use this tool frequently to mark and celebrate events and people in my team. It's easy to use and I enjoy finding things that will make people smile.

Positive: I like the GIFS, the ease of set up, the way it makes me and my team members smile. It's easy to celebrate people and events.

Negative: I'd like to send it to more than 10 people for free but that's because I don't have a budget for this.

Summary: Overall easy to use, nice to have pictures to add and pull out of photo library. It is also nice you can change background easily.

Positive: Easy to use. I am responsible for sending out birthday and anniversary boards for our team, So I use it regularly.

Negative: Make it easier to pull up emails because sometimes they don't come up automatically.

Summary: I really enjoy using Kudoboard and I think it brings a lot of joy to people's lives in this hybrid environment!

Positive: Easy to use, great designs and makes people happy :). Love the schedule delivery option as well, makes my life a lot easier!

Negative: I've been using the pricing per board option and that ends up being a bit pricey.

Summary: Satisfied and will continue using! This has become my teams go-to for goodbye cards. It has never let me down!

Positive: A variety of card designs, gifs, and ease. It takes me only a minute or two to set up. Delivery is foolproof.

Negative: The fact that you have to pay to get more than just a few contributors but it’s still a low price.

Summary: Overall the Kudoboard is a GREAT way to show colleague support for any occasion. We have used the Kudoboard for birthday celebrations, work anniversary's and even to show support in the event of a lost loved one.

Positive: Pros of the Kudoboard are:

*Beneficial since a lot of colleagues are still remote. Its an easy way to bring everyone together to celebrate an occasion or to let someone know that they are being thought of.
*Variety of GIF images available or you have the option to upload your own photo
*Can schedule a delivery time and an email notification is provided 24 hours before as a reminder.

Negative: The only con that I have is when searching for a colleagues email address it does always populate easily.

Summary: The satisfaction of our employees has improved over time and with the help of this platform, we have been using it for a little over a year, and the results have been groundbreaking as all of our employees have been more motivated as they know that at any time we can provide them with an award for correctly completing their tasks. I should also mention that this platform has incredible automation when it comes to sending birthday greeting cards, we have the dates of birth of all our employees, so with the help of this platform we have created an automated system which is capable of sending a greeting card to all our employees by email and messaging, This automated process has made our employees feel comfortable with us since we have remembered their important dates. I must admit that our overall experience with this platform has been excellent, all of our employees are happy to be using this great service as they can receive rewards from us at any time. It is important to note that to send a gift card as an award to our employees, the platform does not charge any type of additional commission for this award, that is, no additional taxes must be paid.

Positive: Giving constant recognition to our employees for each of their tasks and for important dates for them is one of the most important things for us, therefore, the implementation of Kudoboard was essential, it is a very important system to cause satisfaction among all our employees. . With this platform we have been able to design all kinds of greeting cards, anniversaries, counting prizes for these recognitions and many other things, without a doubt this software has been important to give recognition to our employees. During our experience I have liked several things about this platform, the most notable were the following: Kudoboard It is a fairly simple platform to use, any of our employees can use it to send gift cards, congratulations, cards for a birthday or an anniversary of work, its interface in general is quite familiar to everyone and this helps anyone without previous experience to use it and generate greeting cards. Another of the main things that I liked about this platform is that it allows me to send awards to my employees. This platform has a great list of prizes available to send to employees, such as gift cards, cash prizes and many more prizes, This variety in the awards helps me to provide different recognition for each employee depending on the activity that has been completed. I should also mention that I love the way this platform saves all the awards I have previously made, so I can have full control of the employees who have already received an award, to avoid duplicate awards.

Negative: One of the main things that is necessary in this platform is that a function be implemented that allows adding a goal to be completed for each employee, it is very important for us that our employees increasingly strive to complete their activities and be the best within of the company, so it would be great if we could create a goal for them to complete in order to be recognized by us. It would be great to be able to manage all these goals from the platform, currently this is not possible, we cannot add a goal for each employee individually. Another thing that this platform does not have is that it is not possible to know exactly which employee has received the most awards, we cannot know which employee has received the most awards and which has received few awards, there is no type of list which is able to order employees and their recognition by positions. To know exactly which employee has received the most recognition, we must do this inspection manually, since, as I mentioned previously, there is no type of leaderboard.
